I don't know what the other reviews are all about, I go here exclusively for my pizza! I love their deep dish with pepperoni! They are alway nice here, men and women. I just ordered a pizza and the girl looked for a coupon or special for me, without me asking.

This Jets is 0.3 miles away from my house. Their pizza is standard. Customer service is seriously lacking. Rude staff will encourage me to explore one of the thousand other pizza options in the world.

My family has been going to this Jets for years. Until recently (after the re-model) I have not been satisfied with this place on more than one occasion. I assume there is high turnover at this location because the girls who answer the phone orders do not always know the specials going on and have given the wrong information before. There was a special for a medium pizza for $5 or $6 at one point and the chick on the phone did not even mention this special, so when I went to go pick up the pizza I did order, I saw the poster plastered on the window about this. I was really annoyed when I saw that special, and ended up paying for a small when I could have gotten the better deal for a medium!! I also have noticed that when I pick up a pizza and take it home, it is so hot that the cheese just falls off, and we always end up burning our mouth on the cheese AND the sauce. I have never experienced this at any other pizza joint, so I don't get what their issue is. Jets overall is good pizza, but I wish they would work the kinks out so I don't end up permanently taking my business elsewhere.

This is the best Jets around. The pizzas are what you'd expect and the delivery is fast. Whenever I've gone in for slices they always have them ready.

I go to this Jet's because it's the closest to my house but I think I may just drive a little further to get the type of customer service that I deserve. When I go into the store the guys are usually very rude. The ladies are a bit nicer. But the final nail in the coffin was when I called my order in for pick up and I knew they had a deal with a coupon (that I misplaced). The order taker asked me if I still had the coupon. I told him that I was trying to locate it but if I didn't have it how much would it be. Now most businesses would still give you the offer without the coupon, but not this Jet's. He gave me the actual cost. I know they have tons of flyers sitting on the counter with the coupon in the flyer. I ended up not going there and will not be going there again

Through the years, and different locations,..this franchise, on 10 mi in particular, is the freshest,and they don't "chince" on the toppings..theyre the best one.. Only complaint..wings are extremely small ..and have changed from lbs to a "count", when ordering..not good..and I no longer order their wings :(..

Best Jet's Pizza In Michigan. I just have to comment again on how well this Jet's Pizza make's their pizzas. They are not skimpy with their sauce,cheese etc. like all and I mean all of the Jet's Pizza places I've been to. St Clair Shores,Grosse Pointe Jet's are only hurting themselves by not giving their customers a well made pizza. Keep up the good work folks because you are one of the best!
