Stayed at the Hilton downtown and ordered pizza from here this past weekend. We thought the pizza and cheesebread was awesome. They showed up exactly when they said they would. If I'm ever staying downtown and looking for some late night eats, I'll definitely be hitting up this place again. Sounds like other people have had some rough experiences, but I have absolutely no complaints. I have no idea where this place is actually located, but I'd like to give it another shot soon. Good, Detroit-style deep dish pizza.

This place has been pretty good the last couple of times. Although I ordered lunch at 11:15 today with their site saying the opening time was 10:00am. I received a call around 11:20 with a young lady explaining that it would be just over an hour before my order would leave. Not because of other orders but because they didn't have a driver. I don't claim to know all about delivery pizza business but it seems like a delivery driver may be a vital piece to the puzzle!

Pizza was pretty good but it took 2 hours to get to us...and the delivery guy said he forgot our soda in his car. We paid him including tip hoping he would run it back to our door, he didn't.

I live in the area and although this isn't the best pizza in the city, it's still pretty goddamn delicious. Cheesy, hot and the bread! Love it

Pizza was not worth almost 30 dollars and the bread wasn't flavorful. Just like the pizza. It was on the brink of being cold after we received it about a hour after calling for delivery. Won't be ordering from them again. This is the second time in a stretch of 2 yrs. Not worth it.

I don't really get all the bad reviews for this place. We often order from here around 2 AM and they're always super accommodating, fast and delicious, unlike every other pizza place in Detroit (who either won't deliver where we are or stop taking orders like an hour before close, and also have thin, flimsy, greasy pizza - not Detroit style!) The pizza is good, Detroit-style pizza. Get the square crust. We've never had any of the issues everyone else seems to have had. When they delivered we got it in less than 30 mins, and when we picked up we were able to get the pizza in under 15 mins. The guys on the phone are always pretty nice. The prices are fair. The pizza is good quality. Conclusion: Other reviewers are just unlucky and whiny.

I give this place 5 stars because I live in midtown Detroit. There is nothing for delivery. Dominos and Jimmy Johns. I don't even count Detroit One. That's literally it. Anyway, this place is great. Found it about a month ago, and its perfect every time. When I say perfect, I mean for delivery. I am inspired to write this review after just having the chicken parm dinner. It was genuinely really good. I've also had the pizza, super stix, sub's, and everything is good. The service is the best in this neighborhood by far. Even the packaging is good. I'm not sure how the rest of the locations are, but the Detroit spot is doing it right. If you have any money and can make some kind of somewhat good food. Open a delivery place here. Please

DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM HERE! I ordered pizza for delivery at 11:04am. I was told it would take 1 hour to 1.5 hours to be delivered. I called at 12:39 and my order had not left yet. I was told they were just now making my order and it would take another 20 minutes. I decided to just cancel my order. If you do decide to get pizza from here, I would highly suggest pick-up. On the other hand, the pizza isn't that great either. Sometimes it is burnt and sometimes it is under-cooked.

Good pizza, actually delivers in detroit and in good time. Will be trying their different pizza options.

I recently moved downtown from the suburbs. I have ordered delivery multiple times, both on weekdays after work and weekend evenings. Every time I call, the employees are extra polite. The pizza is always delivered within an hour, and it is still nice and hot. This is becoming my go to place for delivery.

Today, ordered 3 pizzas and a salad at 11:15am. Showed up at 12:53pm. I had a very grumpy and hungry office on my hands! I called at 12:15 and was told the delivery person had left 10 minutes earlier and "would be there in 5". Twenty-five minutes later I call back and was told "he just left". When I asked about the two different stories, I got a lame response. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Passport is in a convenient location in Midtown with late hours. That is the only good thing about this place. The staff is untrained and Dave, the cook/manager is a douche. The young lady took my order, overcharged me and had the wrong items on my order. When I looked over the receipt after wards and asked for an adjustment Dave gave me a problem. It's not my fault your counter person put in the wrong thing, charged me too much and then told me the wrong information regarding the food. He then proceeded to cook my food and left off the crust flavoring that I asked. This is after I asked the girl before I left did they put it on there. Calling back to complain about my screwed up order was the icing on the cake. He saw no big deal and blamed me for his screw up. I should have knew something was wrong when I walked in to both of them eating sandwiches at the front counter. Unprofessional, overpriced pizza that is worst than a frozen grocery store pizza, and overrated. The only good thing of the $30 meal was the chicken wings. Not going back ever. I'd rather starve than have the headache of Passport Pizza.

Great decent pizza at a great price. Excellent hours and right down the block, They deliver until 2 am, and pizza is hot and fresh. Not a place to go and sit but perfect for pickup and delivery. Great student rates and great tasting pizza. Will definitely return.

What a mess. Ordered food at 4 PM. At 5:10 they call me to tell me they're out of ribs so I settle for chicken despite really wanting ribs (paid ahead of time on GrubHub). It's 5:40 and still no food, I call and she says 20 minutes because "they just got cheese in". 6:10 - the delivery guy calls me. I wave at him, he sees me and parks. He calls again, says where are you, I stick my head out the door and wave again. Does he think I'm going to go to the car and get it? 5 minutes go by, I look out the door and shrug my shoulders as if to say "WTF is wrong with you, you stupid moron?" That prompts him to come out and finally, 2+ hours since I ordered, give me my food. Unbelievable. They could have just ordered from another pizza place and that would have been faster. The pizza and chicken is okay but after that experience I would have needed to have multiple orgasms from it to give them another star.

I like the food but it's a bit unnerving when the delivery guy calls you and starts barking at you on a number you don't recognize before you have a chance to ask who your speaking with. He just started at me like "WHERE U AT?! Excuse me!!! Where are you located?!!!" Then when I tried to answer he just kept interrupting and barking at me like I was ruining his day each minute I'm on the phone. I'm a great tipper and customer... Just try to practice a little customer service. Without us none of you would have a job! Just don't treat people like shit!

Food is GOOD but when you order for delivery they like to hang up before they can say "thank you". They took my order & hung up the phone. TERRIBLE. ONE STAR OFF OF THAT

Eating here got ME Food Poisoning; and then I was cussed out by the Store Manager when I called to complain about the food making me sick. Then when I called to report getting ill from the food to their corporate office I was cussed out by SUE; one of the owners in sterling heights. that should tell you that their rudeness starts at the top. if you eat here be aware that the CHICKEN and BEEF On The Pizza is RECYCLED from The LEFTOVERS literally. the health department has complaints on this place for their unsanitary preparations and storage. this is the type of place you order from if you want to make someone hate you. the experience of ordering from here a second time totally changed my first impression. the rudeness and inability to even say thank you when completing the order was a signal that I was in for more than just poor manners. best bet - is to PASS on Passport Pizza Always.

This is not pizza this is dough with some watered down tomato sauce on it. Come on with all the great pizza around this town you have got to do better then this. Detroit is the pizza capital of the world. Please don't waste your money or your time. Really

Mmm I love Passport! Not the cheapest pizza (but if you really want that then go to Little Caesars) but a great alternative if your craving Supinos thin crust but don't want to dish out that much cash. Tons of options when it comes to toppings/ crust/ styles. As a student living on campus, this place is great- late night delivery and online ordering. I've always had great service, no complaints here!

  • Daniel S.

The pizza is mediocre at best, and despite their claims of having the "best wings," the chicken is nothing special. Online ordering and late hours are nice, but if you're going to spend money on pizza or chicken, there are certainly better options. Unremarkable.

Placed my order through the 877# on their web site. They told me 45 minutes. Called back an hour later to check on the status, they told me the store was now closed and I likely wasn't getting any food. Lo and behold, they were right. The place had decided not to deliver my food, nor to call me and tell me it wasn't coming.

I've always had good experiences at this place. I like their pizza and cheese sticks. Pizza is pizza. And this place gets the job done.

I have yet to have a good experience at this store. They are constantly rude to their employees and the last time I was there the guy working was cursing constantly. Also, they take forever to even take an order. The pizza is average, nothing special. The only good thing is they're open late. But, if you have the choice, drive 5 minutes east to Supinos.... better pizza, great staff, and about the same price.

Believe it or not this place makes gluten free pizza and bread sticks. Not the best in the world, but decent. They also deliver until 3 am and have chains all around Detroit.

Lots of good choices, pop & ice cream for sale, decent street parking...But, we had the philly cheese steak pizza. Square, which i thot was bad but i was outvoted by the mr. Too little n relatively flavorless steak, too much cheap cheese and only salvageable for the bread sans the toppings. Gr8 bbq sauce but overcooked wings.

Late night pizza eaters in the Wayne State/CCS area, rejoice! Passport Pizza is open til 3am, and the pizza is GOOD! They also do wings, ribs, salads, calzones, and more, all for reasonable college-student type prices. There isn't much else to say. It's good, it's cheap, it's fast, it's close.
