This Mickey D's is great because: 1) it's clean 2) bathrooms are serviced hourly 3) it's pretty inside with plants and artwork 4) they are engaged in community activities 5) wi-fi 6) 24 hour drive through 7) decent outdoor seating area One drawback is that they are often very busy and slow..... And lots of homeless people spare-changing cars in the driveway.

This place is way to hit or miss for me. 1 in 8 times they'll be amazing, but the rest of the time... 1) Expect to not only be asked for money from bums who will literally rush your car regardless of their safety, but also for the staff to yell at the top of their lungs at the bums right into your ear. 2)There is always a wait for food that doesn't even come out fresh... In fact, the only food you don't have to wait for is ice cream, which they give before the food and rudely demand that you eat it while waiting for other said food, even if you ordered it for some one else. Then they get all put out when you say you'd rather have a fresh one with the rest of your order and mutter under their breath about you being a four-legged female dog who's too good to eat in her car. 3) The food... It just really sucks. The bread is always stale, you're lucky if some one even bothers putting the condiments on the burgers and even more lucky if your nuggets actually get sauce, and the fries occasionally have salt on them when they aren't as hard as a brick. On top of that, even if you have to wait for your food to be ready, it's always cold or lukewarm. Never actually hot. Avoid it if you can, but since it's one of the few fast food places near me, I guess I'm stuck until there's a new place.

Worst place on the god damn planet.. All I go there for is Coffee and a Sausage Mcmuffin.. Thats it, that's all I get there and they consistently screw the entire order up.. Not to mention 50% of the time Joe Blow and Susan Blow working the windows have just enough CVS cologne/perfume on to put a nice permanent coat on the lid of my coffee lid.. Why the hell are you asking me if I would like the cream put in for me? Of course I would, I'm operating a 3,000 lb. motor vehicle at speeds upwards of 80 miles and hour. Sure I'd love throwing in the task of pouring numerous mini cream buckets into a scolding hot cup of sub par coffee whilst swerving in and out of traffic.. Place is filthy, employees are incompetent and the place must have a contract with the Neighborhood Service Organization because there is at any given time 400+ bums there... I have never seen a business run so poorly. I'd be embarrassed if I was the franchise owner...

For a Detroit McDonalds this is one you can trust. The food is good, as well as the friendly staff. They are busy but work real hard to make the line move as fast as possible. They now even have Vernors on tap. Amazing Detroit drink. Yay go woodward mcdonalds!!

First my sausage mcmuffin was burnt. Second place is dirty. On windowsill by booth there is dead fly and two dead bees. I worked at McDonald's in high school and our manager rode us all the time about cleaning eating area for customers. Not sure what person is managing today...but they need to tell employees to clean. Can't imagine what kitchen area looks like. Foul on so many levels and it is not even busy.

Meh... They let me poop without ordering anything once. I bought a bum a sandwich once, he seemed to enjoy it. They give me the stinkeye when I order. The one on the east side is supposed to be better.

2 stars is spot on. Pros: -24/7 drive thru means you'll be entertained at the drunk people in the parking lot at 2am -employees are extremely friendly!! -food is better than the mcd on Mack -lunch is served at 11am on weekdays and weekends -convenient location Cons: -there are homeless people who stand outside, will bang on your window, and yell and harass you. Management actually will listen and respond if you complain about it. -wait times are hit and miss. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes the drive thru is so so slow -they've gotten in the habit of giving me ONE NAPKIN for my entire to go order. -___- more napkins please..at least give me two.

I have been a customer at this McDonalds maybe ten times in two years. It's always been a last resort because I was very hungry and very short on time. They have NEVER gotten my order right. The troglodytes working there have always acted like taking my order was the biggest inconvenience. FEMA should be called about the way the bathrooms look.

where to start, just pulling up to this place you see a line, not your regular line but one that resembles that of a gulag feeding line , it took 35minutes to finally make it to the mic, put my order in 3 times while having the person behind the mic yell at me "yo say dat again ", and then to the fun of picking up my food, after they had messed up two orders in 1 week i decided to just keep it safe and order a muffin and sweet tea....i got the muffin but mid rink came back as a bitter mixture of unsweetened coffee tea and lemon....needless to say, I'm driving to the one on mack from now on. on the plus side, if you're a fan of the walking dead, expect the hobos to storm your car and grope at it until you give them money or yell at them.

This is not so much a fast food restaurant as it is a waiting room for Hell. The wait is that of a Soviet era bread line. If you are lucky the panhandlers will try to bum money off you in a respectful way. The place is filthy, the bathrooms in particular. I'd advise against making a special order of any kind because, while they've never screwed up my food, the messing up of orders seems to be rampant here. And you know what? I don't even blame the staff. It''s bad enough going here to eat; I can't imagine working in this hellhole for eight hours a day. But, hey, they've got good food, right? Ya ever seen Super Size Me? Mmmmm, unhealthy burger from cows that grazed o'er burned down Amazon rainforest. Good ol' Mickey D's. I'm loathin' it!

if you want coffee, a salad or a pie ok - but other than that, think hard because you could be here for a while waiting for them to make it your way. This is the busiest mickey d's in detroit so be prepared for a short wait. they have wifi so enjoy it while you wait. their interior is nicely decorated and is always clean, and neat. they have a guard to keep out panhandlers and to control the highschoolers who populate the dining area often until it closes at 9pm. the parking lot is well lighted and their drive through lane is open 24 hrs. I'm glad they're there but somehow at this location they seem to hire drive through people who can't understand that NO Tarter sauce on a fish sandwich means NO Tarter sauce. that's so simple that eachtime I order a fish sandwich and ask for NO Tarter I wait to get my food, inspect it before pulling off and am assured that I'll have to wait for them to Scrape it off..yeah. it even happens inside. the managers know me I've had this problem so much. It makes me wonder why the cooks don't listen to the orders ? haste always makes alot of waste should be painted on the walls of this place above the prep station. if you're patient the managers will get your food made right and usually it only takes an additional 10 minutes. better to wait believe me. they at least try and you have to give them credit for that. at this location I've found that generally the cashiers say thank you when they hand you back change or your card inside and in the drive through. they always ask if you'd like condiments before handing you any bag. it's sort of a way to cut waste I think which is perfect. that way I get what I want instead of a bag full of whatever. if you want 2 bbq sauces instead of ketsup you can have it here.

The homeless will be on you before your car door is open, but if they miss you don't worry; there're plenty more inside sleeping in the booths.
