I've ordered delivery online over five times and they've gotten my lunch correct with speedy delivery every time. The French bread is always fresh and the meat/veggies are tasty. Thanks for being there in my hour of hunger, Jimmy John's :)

This is the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to, and I've been to many. They def missed the "freaky fast" memo here - it's always a twice as long wait here than what it takes at other JJ's. Make sure to check your sandwich before you leave out because at least twice I've been handed another customer's sub order. I'm sure there are similar standards across all franchises as to how much of what goes on each sub, but I swear it always seems like the sandwiches here just aren't filled with as much meat and veggie fixin's as you get at other locations. Worse sandwiches...that take longer....blah. You're better off driving a few blocks over to the one on Griswold.

This was my first time at a Jimmy John's and was very disappointed. The sandwich was very skimpy on ingredients, I asked for light mayo and the mayo was oozing out the sides of the Sandwich and the customer service was at a bare minimum. Subway is a better option.

Well seeing as it was really cold today and not wanting to hop in the car or people mover i called JJ's for a delivery. Quicker than Dominos but thats not saying much when the order is wrong. Asked for packets of condiments, and nothing on the sub. I received no packets and dijon mustard on a Italian sub, yuck. I also order online with explicit instructions on where to enter the building, and then watched as he rode by on the bicycle. I guess if your in a pinch they will do, but I'll try somewhere else.

Wow, my second JJ review in a month. This one will be much different than the last, which was about the JJ in my Chicago neighborhood. I called JJ on a Sunday afternoon to see if they were open. The guy picked up the phone and said 'JIMMY JOHNS WE'RE CLOSED' I started to say "Oh ok, I was just checking to see if you were open. Thank you' But the guy hung up in the middle of my sentence. Talk about rude. What the guy doesn't know, is I am pretty crazy about customer service. Read my other reviews, it's a touchy subject with me. So hey, JJ. I visited Detroit. You pissed me off. Now, I will post about how much your customer service sucks on every social media outlet I possibly can. CLICK!
