I used to be friends with this guy who said bad pizza is like bad sex - it's still pizza. And I heard Domino's revamped their product because it had such a bad reputation. Well, they need to re-revamp because their pizza still blows chunks. Gimme some bad sex any day. You can have this pizza.

Is a Domino's pizza joint even worthy of a review? Well, since I've reviewed strip clubs and other dive joints this just kind of falls right in line doesn't it? I've ordered from this place several times & have had mixed experiences. The first time I ordered online they were actually on-time! Then, a few weeks later I ordered on a Friday night and they took damn near 2 hours to deliver the pizza! No apologies & after multiple calls I finally said just give me my money back! 5 minutes later the driver shows up at my door! He apparently was in the Brewster Projects looking for my house which I clearly stated was NOT in the projects when I talked to him 20 minutes prior to him showing up. I wonder if I would get this same kind of service in the suburbs....just saying...

This is the only Dominos nearby with the Brooklyn Style Pizza. I Absolutely love the Brooklyn Style at Dominos. Infact I am Eating on now. However the staff member are very rude alot of the times.

Please for the love of all things holy. If you are sending out delivery drivers PLEASE make sure they know their surroundings or have the proper tools to help them find the delivery location. I cannot tell you how many deliveries I've gotten where the driver calls 2+ times trying to find my home. On a Main Street, 2 miles away..but hey, the drivers are always nice! I just think in-car routing systems would alleviate headaches for customers and drivers alike.

I have to say that ordering online is lots of fun. I like to watch my pizza be created virtually and then I love the fact that they have a time line that shows exactly what is happening with my pizza while I'm waiting for it to be delivered. So right now, Krystal is prepping my pizza. Oh wait, hold on, Krystal put it in the oven one minute ago. AWESOME! Love it. Never have I felt more connected to my pizza and those who make it for me.

I am sooooo tempted to tell the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. but I'll be nice. they think customers can't read the prices on the menu above their heads ? co'mon $1.00 for marinara, when it says .50. that's the least of my issues with my most recent visit. and to be honest, I probably won't be going here again for a looooooooong time. it's time to start going elsewhere to get service, and quality. theirs sucks. -0- out of 5 on this visit and I gave them a two here to be nice. they lost me as a customer today, all over rudeness and .50. yeah fiddycent.

I've had countless good experiences with this place but tonight the service I received outraged me. I do not usually get mad over things like this but this was bad. I called to place an order and I guess the last time I ordered I was at a friend's, so when I went to get my order delivered to my house, the guy on the phone said he couldn't change my address, which I later found out is for "security." That's not the point. The reason I am writing this is because of the way this guy on the phone who said he was the manager, was SO rude to me. He said, "I don't give a damn if that's where you live" about changing my address and than hung up on me. I called back twice and he hung up on me two more times. I was willing to place a carry out but I got hung up on twice. After this I went onto the Domino's mobile app on my phone and placed an order no problem...to my home address. No security problems there and no horrible customer service. Come to think of it the only good experiences I've had here have been through the app I have, so I guess they can be thankful for that or they'd probably loose a whole lot of customers. It is actually easier than ordering on the phone! That is absurd.
