The toppings on the pizza are so skimpy you can barely find them so order double. I ordered pan pizza and received regular round, but the crust was good and the sauce was tasty. The "boneless wings" are dried up tiny pieces of chicken nuggets with a side of sauce. I don't like a lot of meat and typically pick half off, but The Italian sub came with so little meat I was stunned. It didn't even come close to covering half the bread. Seriously. The chocolate cake was decent. The frosting was good and made up for the dry cake. It's grocery store quality. Sorry to say, but I wouldn't order this food again if it were free. Really.

So I actually am kinda a fan of this place. I am vegetarian so u really can go too wrong with my pizza. I usually add extra butter and cheese to my crust and I am accommodated with no problem. The 50% discount for ordering online is awesome too. However last night I had the worst experience. I normally do take out but yesterday was my birthday and I wanted late night "drinking food" I was staying at a nearby hotel so I figured I would try delivery. What a mistake!! I ordered at almost 10pm online it stated I would have my food at 11pm. At about 10 after 11 I called to see how much longer. They answered and stated they were closed I explained to the guy that we ordered and paid online an hadn't received anything. He stated the driver was making deliveries and should be there soon. I waited a little longer and about 11:20 I called back and asked where was the delivery guy (mind you the hotel is literally walking distance from their store) he placed me on hold while he called the guy....no answer. WTF! The guy on the phone stated if he wasn't there in 10 more minutes the food will be free. Well hell it just ought to be. About 8 minutes later we get a call from the delivery guy stating he was about 1mile/5 mins away.... so he has been driving around with the food all this time. We got the food at about 11:35 an hour and a half from a place that was less than 5 mins away. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. I saw a flier with their 50% off online ordering and figured it was worth a shot. Although the coupons don't state that they can't be combined with other offers, the 50% off only applies to menu prices. I went ahead with an online order and was pleasantly surprised to see my order would be ready in about 25 minutes. I left work and walked over there and arrived right on time. The guy working the counter and phones was clearly frazzled and overwhelmed. One he got the phones on hold he asked for my name. He checked and determined that he had not even started my order yet. I asked how long he would need to rectify this and he said 15 minutes. With no where to go I wasted 15 minutes in the courtyard. After my 15 minutes was up I went back on to get my pizzas. I was then told that they still hadn't started my order. At that point I decided to leave and not come back. This was a terrible experience and I couldn't even tell you if the pizza is good or not.

Love this place. Have ordered four or five times now and have never been disappointed. Toppings always seem fresh and abundant. The 50% off deal for ordering online is nothing short of amazing. Delivery guys are always pleasant as well.

Horrible service, rude employees, consistently late...and then late again...and never call to inform you. Completely unreliable and always have excuses as to why they can't get the orders right or on time.

The online deal makes this pizza more than worth it! We have ordered 4 times and the pizza is always delivered on time and tastes great. The spicy Hawaiian and the BBQ pizza are both amazing. We will definitely be ordering from here often!

Great food! Love that we got 50% off our order by ordering online. The philly chew steak pizza was one of the best I've had and the garlic bread was a fantastic bang for your buck!

This place is pretty good! It is nothing superb, but it gets an extra star because the price is so low. If you order online you get 50% off of pizza. I would recommend their BBQ Chicken Pizza. Also, they can deliver subway with their pizza because they share the same space. If you are flying solo, a personal pie with two toppings is around $4 and you could probably share it. So, it is fair to say that this is the only $2 lunch in the city.

I give one star only because it is the least I can give. I ordered delivery for the Philly cheese steak sandwich, chocolate cake and added bbq wings just to try. I'm glad I ordered the wings because it was the only decent dish on my order. The "cheese steak" sandwich was very dry and only contained a trace of cheese. I took pictures of the sandwich because I could not believe the restaurant actually let this travesty out of their kitchen. I'm a self proclaimed chocoholic. Never met chocolate I didn't like. Until now. The chocolate cake is absolutely horrible! It tastes like cardboard or the container it was packaged in. I am both disgusted and disappointed with the quality of the "food" I received.

Worst pizza place in Detroit. The staff is incompetent, they will NOT honor your groupon codes unless the manager is in. They won't follow the rules of groupon, and specifically say (the manager I mean) she would rather sell the old pizza than honor the groupon deal. When Questioned, the staff (a dingy looking tall boy) will say "the groupon doesn't say you can use the coupon code" because apparently he doesn't know how coupons work. Groupon rules state if it doesn't specify combination or expiration, then there is no rule against it so they MUST honor it. They still wouldn't so I'll be seeking a refund work groupon. I spoke to the manager OC and felt disrespected and humiliated. I will certainly never return and I encourage others to do the same. Gotta love incompetent people!

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE Let me first say that this was the single most terrible pizza and customer service I have ever encountered. This story is 100% factual and I have the photos attached to corroborate. I was at a NBA Finals gathering downtown. I was told to order from Jets Pizza but I like to support local businesses / mom & pop stores. Seeming like one of those, I ordered from Asiago's pizza. The delivery guy named Mike delivered the pizza after around 40 min. No problem. I made it upstairs and opened the box. A mess. A colossal disarray of cheese, grease and toppings; bunched into the cardboard box's corner. Half of the pizza, and I do mean half, was bare. Just wet dough and tomato sauce remnants. As you can expect, I called the establishment immediately; before he was even out of the complex's gate. There were only two people on staff that night. One person in the shop and the other delivering. When I called and calmly asked for a refund. I was assured I got one when Mike got in. When he finally made it in and I was able to speak to him, he quickly became defensive and literally blamed me for the wrecked pizza; saying that I must have knocked it into a wall. Seriously. Knocked the pizza into a wall and half of it ended up in the corner. I was in disbelief. He refused to give me a refund. That's when I became angry and demanded my money back. He hung up on me. I called back. He went on a rant about how it wasn't his fault and then hung up on me again. I went down there. While there, I found out that he paid for another pizza to be made out of his own pocket and tried to go deliver it. Now I was just confused. I ask for refund. You refuse to give it to me saying its my fault. Then, you make another pizza that I never requested? Guilty conscience maybe? Nevertheless, I finally convince him to give me a refund and he sarcastically says "I'll give you your refund." And he presses his fingers against the cashier dashboard in a random and sloppy sequence that yielded no results from the IPad. Then he said, "Refund, done." It was here I realized I was dealing with a child. Again I had to convince him to give me a REAL refund with a receipt. After getting sufficient evidence, I left. I spoke to the manager (yesterday), hoping that her professionalism and customer service would deter me from writing a review. Quite the contrary. She said, and I quote, "I don't want to make this a big deal". The unprofessional-ism just had no end. She interrupted me several times while trying to tell her my account; offering me a free pizza. Three times she offered. As if somehow my desire for pizza from a place who recently failed to do so would erase my woes. Unbelievable. Do not eat here. The place is poorly run and maintained. Below, someone named Kal K. (Owner?) commented on my post. I find it highly disturbing that he would lie in a comment to save face. I never asked that the employee be fired and he knows that is incredibly dishonest. This is not about mistakes Kal. K. This is about how they are handled. Lying and blaming the customer is surely not the way. The fact that you would lie on Yelp, as well as not offer any sort of apology or mends to the situation in your post is a testimony to the piss poor customer service this establishment offers.

This is the best pizza place for students. Fits our budget perfectly and is good on taste. I love the online discount coupon. It saves a lotta money for students. The delivery time is also pretty quick. I hope they keep the offers coming up.

Imagine if a Domino's retailer didn't like the associated fees for being a franchise. Instead of selling the oven and ingredient trays, the owner decided... "WHO CARES, I CAN START MY OWN PIZZA JOINT!" While this would be a great set up for a prime time hilarious comedy, it was just a shittay excuse for a pizza place. The toppings are gross. The crust is gross. The service is... the same. But get this.. as a BONUS!!!!!! THEY HAVE HAVE A SMALLER MENU THAN EVER BEFORE!!!!!! Seriously Cadillac square retail space owner: They are building a Subway less than two blocks away, your pizza under dominos was convenient if nothing else, and your new venture into pizza is giving everyone in the apartments next to you some really gross food poisoning. Cut that out.

Cold cold pizza. The pizza was a decent deal at half price off, however it was so cold. I had to re-heat the entire order in the over. If I wanted to cook a pizza, I would have done so myself. The ingredients were below grade, the crust had a "last weeks oil" flavor. Overall, this was a horrible experience. Avoid this pizza, unless you have absolutely no other options.
