All Starbucks are the same for the most part. Same colors. Same designs. Same items. The only things setting one from the others are the location and the employees. This one has both. Great location. Plenty of parking. The employees are very respectful. The outdoor seating area is convenient as well especially during days with decent weather. If I had to choose one Starbucks to go, it would be this one.

I'm from Washington, Starbucks corporation's home. I am choosy about my coffee. I was out of town for a wedding, and needed something other than weak hotel coffee, so came here. It was a pleasant surprise--well made shots, perfect amounts of the right syrups, not too weak or strong. And the baristas were all very quick and polite. Pretty good for a Midwest Starbucks!

Nice location, but very busy. The parking can be tough since it is a one way lot. This location had a nice selection of food. My drinks were great, and the baristas are very professional.

It's a Starbucks! Pretty basic - you've been to one you've been to all of them. This place get's two stars due to inconsistent service. They are busy, but not crazy busy like the one I've been to on Main St. in A2 in the morning, but definitely busy. Parking can be a pain as the day goes on. I usually stop by between 7:40 - 8:20am on my way to work. I usually do not have a problem getting a spot around that timeframe. If you wait passed 8:30 however it gets really crowded in the parking lot. I really am irritated that I ordered a tall specialty drink and by the time I went to drink it in the office (perhaps 5 minutes from the store to my work) I realized it felt really light. Popping the lid open, I see that the tall cup (12 oz) is only filled halfway. And I paid full price! I even made eye contact with the lady who put whipped topping and placed the top on. Meaning she saw that there was only 6 oz of liquid in there, STILL put the whip on, topped it and handed it off. So she's either A) A moron, B) A jerk, or C) all of the above. An alternative is they don't know how to steam milk properly and put a crap ton of foam on there, but seeing as I ordered a specialty LATTE and this is also Starbucks and we all know they don't do real cappuccino's anyway, I'll also add to the list: D) Lazy. But again, it's a Starbucks and the ladies behind the counter were older and seemed new, so maybe they haven't been chewed out yet by customers who won't tolerate that. I did stop by again (I only got an iced coffee this time, since I had no faith in their ability to provide anything else) and they barely managed that. I don't know if it was the bad experience from before that left a bitter taste in my mouth or if they didn't know how to make iced coffee (a common issue) but it was also meh - very watery, probably didn't help they crammed as much ice in there as they could. I'll just go to the one on Outer Drive since they've been on top of their game every time I stop there (consistently good iced coffee, not too much ice, much busier than this one but fast!). I have been sure to mention this to others looking for Starbucks in the area, go to the Outer Circle! They are properly trained!

Aside from being very busy, I cannot complain at all. They make whatever you want, and with a smile! Parking can be tough, but wait a bit and someone usually leaves.

I am clearly a fan of this place. It's clean and spacious serving all varieties of coffee and other edible products...Their coffee always tastes freshly brewed! Maintained by smiling faces and always filled up with mixed crowd chatting over something invigorating! The only complain I have is limited parking space available here. I do understand that there a lot of shops too nearby but it would be great if something could be done about parking around this location...

This is my favorite Starbucks and for my mom as well. Fast friendly service but the parking is what gives me anxiety about this location. Especially if I'm in a hurry. When I'm not, I just drive behind the plaza and park in the parking structure. Do more walking which is great thinking how many calories you consume at Starbucks :-) The outside seating in the summer is beautiful, with a beautiful fountain and flowers.

I come to this location often! Baristas are always smiling and friendly. Great place to come study. Bad thing is the parking....the lot is a mess. Also wish there was just a bit more seating available!

Decided to come again for some coffee after I picked up some doughnuts at Dunkin Doughnuts. Great coffee and kind batista at this location. Usual hangout for students collaborating from the nearby U of M Dearborn.

The staff is pretty friendly. The pumpkin spice latte was just average. I'm not sure I understand how I can get a different-tasting pumpkin spice latte at every single Starbucks - but it happens. Such is life, I guess. BUT, the staff was so nice because I told them that I got a free drink email for my birthday. My Starbucks card didn't work. They gave it to me anyway. So cool. The parking BLOWS. But you can actually park behind the building and walk through the little breezeway. Works like a charm.

Here I go, reviewing another Starbucks, but this place is one of my favorites of the chain in the area. High ceilings, plenty of windows, and the most lovely decorations for the holidays. It's just so nice sitting here and looking at all the lights on the trees in the courtyard outside. In the summer the courtyard is lovely and adds some more desperately needed seating. It also had the added benefit of being the spot where one of my best friends and I meet to catch up at when he's in town so I've got the nostalgia factor goin' on here as well. :) The main drag is that the parking here SUCKS. The parking lot is always completely packed so street parking is in order. And all the street parking is metered which means you may have to interrupt a really good story over lattes to run back to the car and toss another quarter in. Annoying. Also, I'm not the only one who loves this spot it seems. It can get VERY crowded so seating can sometimes be difficult. I'm sure the other night I looked like a right creeper hovering around the place looking for a table but you've gotta be quick here or you'll end up standing around forever!

One of the loudest Starbucks I have EVER been inside! This particular coffeehouse is strangely configured and you cannot find a quiet seat anywhere. The small area in the back of this Starbucks is situated right next to the bathrooms and stock room, which is a nuisance. The tables near the front of the Starbucks are positioned right next to the door. Instead of relaxing and enjoying your coffee, all you see and hear the whole time is the continual traffic of customers coming and going! The only decent spot in this place are the 4 horseshoe-shaped chairs, which are perpetually occupied with older, foreign men! Baristas are nice, friendly, make conversation, and have your drink ready in a timely fashion, which is a plus! You should be considered lucky to find a parking spot directly outside this Starbucks. Otherwise you will have to park at the parking structure 2 blocks away and pay .75 cents just to grab a quick latte.
