I used to be a hardcore fan of Mango's when it first opened a few years ago, but lately the quality of the food has been lacking, the chicken subs they are known for have been dry, and service is even worse then normal compared to typical Dearborn standards. There are definitely better and comparably priced hookah lounges close by.

Drove from cleveland and it was well worth the drive. Abe "rick ross line up" greeted us at the door with smile and respect. Then Ali " rugby" alusha was our server who had us laughing all night as he changed the charcoal frequently and helped us enjoy our time. Shout out to dearborn mango cafe for the love!

I read some less than stellar reviews about this Place, I have to admit that I'm very shocked because the place is perfect, the people are friendly and everybody is very accommodating. Charlie the curator of the place is very friendly on a personal level, he remembers everybody's names and he welcomes you at the door and sees you off when you're about to leave at the door as well. Their food is amazing and the prices are very reasonable, if you get a chance you have to try the sushi, their sushi chef is very capable and his recipes are very unique. The waitstaff is what makes this place the gem that it is, Ali, Fatima and Hussein are The ones that I was lucky enough to deal with And each one is better than the next, Give mango's a chance and I promise you not only will you not regret it but this will become your normal hangout and you will crave coming back here over and over again. Final thought, make sure you try their hookahs, they're Fantastically put together :)

Terrible food.... nice location. The ambiance is great, beautiful dark and ornate, comfortable, very modern. Mango raw juice delicious, hookah eh, the hookah itself was shitty, broken hose with electrical tape, n it broke when I put the tip in. Things went downhill from there... The salad was iceberg and stingy on the dressing. My date (from Jordan herself) and I ordered boneless chicken and the shishkabob combo plate. Damn the rice was awful, smelled old and my date swore she had mold in hers. The meat taste warmed up but not all the way... Kibbe was alright, and the doma was flavorful, highlight was definitely the hummus. I would never eat here again, but only come for hookah ambiance, and light snacks, NO MEALs.

I don't really know what to rate this place, I could just as easily rate it 1 or 5 stars. For starters I only eat here late night and when you go and sit inside the service is horrifically bad and the bathrooms are usually a mess / flooded. The real secret here is that if you just want food then go next door to Mango's to go, and skip the wait (and the seated dining experience). Their smoothies are beyond amazing, and made to order. The shawarmas are above average and my friends tell me that the salads are very delicious. So from my experiences the food is great but the service is awful.

The dirtiest place ever. If you don't believe me talk a walk next door where they cook the food and you'll see the grill. It's supposed to be stainless steel but you'd never be able to tell because it's entirely black from never being cleaned since it's been open. The bathrooms are equally disgusting. Do NOT order food from here unless you want to get sick.

My friend and I went here because we wanted to smoke so we ordered the Mango mix flavor. All of the tables were filled in the place, but there no reason why it should take OVER 30 minutes for a hookah to be prepared. I was so upset with how long it took that I went to our waitress and cancelled our order. Ridiculous!! I will never go back. Ever.

I wound up at Mangos on a fluke. On my way back from dropping a friend off at the airport, I was looking for a juice bar in Dearborn recommended to me by Rodger W. but I couldn't remember where it was. Since I don't have a fancy smart phone and my phone battery was about to die anyway, I drove up and down Warren a few times until I told myself that Mango's was the place he had yelped about. Turns out he was talking about Misho Juice ( yelp.com/biz/misho-juice… ). Right place or not, I had a really great smoothie here. It tasted really fresh and great. It had Strawberries, Raspberries, Kiwi, Honey, and more! The place looks really new and modern, especially compared to its surroundings. I went on a saturday morning so there wasn't anyone else in there, but it definitely looks hip. They have a full menu of Middle Eastern and American dishes. They also serve several varieties of crepes. The fresh fruit cups look really awesome too. I'll definitely be back for another smoothie and maybe to try the food.

the food is not that good, and the hookah is average. i must say that there are many other places in the Dearborn area that serve great food and a much better hookah

Atmosphere was good... They had a very nice lounge area. The appetizers were decent the main course meals were not the best. Stick to the appetizers and sandwiches. Hookah was ok.

Hookah is average, this is Dearborn there's a hookah lounge on every corner and Mangos is sub par. Service tries their best, but they are so over worked. Bathrooms are absolutely filthy. I have no idea why its just disgusting. One good thing is the sojouk sandwich, but don't try anything fancy whatever you order, everyone on my table who wanted a sub or special request had to send their food back. Smoothies were good, probably best thing about the place. And outside was nice to sit, if you're with a large group just do hookah and smoothie there and you'll be alright.

I called today tried to order sushi after calling twice they finally answered the third time. I asked nicely if they were still serving sushi at 11pm, he responded but I couldn't hear him due to the noises in the background, I asked nicely to repeat him self and he hung up on my face. I thought this might have been a mistake but when I called back, he answers I ask him again and he just hangs up in my face again! Very rude!

Went out with my buddies today at Mangoes. Good food and great place for Shisha. The chicken was a little less succulent although the overall experience was saved by the ambience and the missing cog-wheel was compensated by the immense hospitable attitude of the server. Shout out to the staff at Mangoes. Great job!

I have no idea how anyone can review this place bad except for ONE THING: the wait time lol. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars... We always get takeout from here and it takes at least 30mins to get the food out. But as some say, some things are worth the wait! Their food is absolutely DELICIOUS! And omg the smoothies - you have to try the avocado one! Also everyone who works in the takeout building is super nice and friendly, I've never had a bad experience, they really know true Arab hospitality!

Extremely slow wait staff, and the food and drinks are average. Overall the place is nice, great outdoor seating and a lot of decent things like location, amount of menu options, et. I think they need to hire more people and also up their service level.

The place was absolutely disgusting and is an insult to middle eastern cuisine. My mother was visiting from over seas and I took her there because it was new, the name was different and it was in a new building. But all that icing was nothing more than a cover up for what I was about to experience on the inside. The entire staff looked scruffy, dirty and had pompous attitudes that you could slice with a knife. The place was as dirty and grimy as the grill that they grilled on. This place shouldn't be claiming to be middle eastern and should just stick to being a hookah bar with nasty sub sandwiches. If the food was somewhat decent I would of overlooked the staff and the grimy glass. But unfortunately that wasn't the case. Man you really have to go and that's why you only got a one star!

I had stopped going here to eat awhile back because of the obnoxious screaming soccer fans that tend to take over the place. The food is good enough for take out though. I called fifteen minutes prior and they had some of my order correct but apparently whoever took my order did not give the entire message to the cooks, so I had to wait while they made the rest of my stuff which consisted of a sandwich and a chocolate crepe. So, minus one point to the person on the phone for not telling the cooks my entire order and making me have to wait while they made it. The chicken sandwich and chocolate crepe were good. I did not care for the bruschetta.

I go here in the summer. Beautiful outdoor patio with TVs and music. Great to chill and smoke hookah. Spicy chicken sub is great too. But be ready for hawkville! Bcuz this place is full of hawks... Especially the boater ones!

Every time I visit Dearborn, I make mango's my destination for a fun and relaxing night. Ask for your server to be Ali, he's a super funny and friendly and an attentive guy. He makes sure our hookahs and overall experience is always perfect. Love this place.

Best hookah in town with excellent service. The double Apple was flavorful and the charcoal was replaced every 20 minutes. I ordered a pot of tea and it came with a cup of mint and a cup of honey on the side. They do have food, but I didn't experience it today. My server was Yoshi and he was knowledgeable, and on point on everything we requested. Mango is now my Hooka joint in #Dearborn. Thanks.

Great hookah venue. The customer service was average. However, the cheaper prices of the food makes up for the customer service. The food is prepared in a building adjacent to the main building; so you will see people carrying food across the parking lot to be served to patrons. Nonetheless, my food was hot when I received it, and it was tasty. This is a popular place so it was alway packed. I plan to return.

Mango's cafe has very comfortable seating and has many varieties on the menu but waitors and waitresses tend to slack off. Came here with a party of 12 and all of our were received in different timing. Shrimp sub from here is by far the worst! No taste, plain and stale. I have to admitt that there sushi is amazing! Best shrimp tempura roll I've have ever tasted. Don't come here during weekends, service is extremely slow just to let you know.

quite possibly my favorite hangout spot, ever. Unfortunately, it is now a hike for me to get there (8 hours, hah). The service is great. You can make reservations, and coincidentally, they have the best sushi in the Detroit, not lying. The prices are VERY reasonable, and the manager is super nice. The servers all help each other out. They have a beautiful outside dinning area which is great in the summer, and they have a bonfire too. Their hooka is my favorite, ever. They always make it just right, and never burns too fast.

I used to love coming to mangos at their old location. Since they moved I've been back a few times with a continual decline in service. I won't be coming back again.

Worst take out experience ever in Dearborn last night, two meat shawerma and one chicken sub took Mango 40 mins, I repeat it was only 3 sandwiches to go not 30, and when It was delivered they weren't warm enough to be enjoyed. highly unsatisfied customer and I would never recommend ordering if your time was valuable . That's my number 7343836945 That's my number
