Ok here it is. The place is nice and clean. The bagels are fantastic. The staff in the morning is really bad though. Barely any eye contact if any at all and just plain rude. The first time I tried the place it took me a minute to choose from the menu since their selection is quite big. I felt like the person waiting on me was frustrated. I'm not a regular there yet so give me a second to figure out what It is I need. Overall experience was ok. Staff needs to wake up before coming to work or just quit if you hate dealing with customer service.

Great place to go if you want the staff to point at you, laugh, & makes jokes about how you look. The staff needs a lesson in how to be nice to human beings. Seems like it's a hard concept for them to grasp. I'm 7 months pregnant & had to listen to two employees talk about my weight and tell me I barely look pregnant. Do they make fun of overweight people too? Get your shit together. The bagels weren't great, mine tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. They put so much cream cheese I wanted to throw up. Never ever ever coming back here. Ever.

This is the first time I ever had an Einstein Bros Bagel. I have to say that their bagels are the absolute best. The coffee was fresh and delicious, too. I wish they had a drive-thru, but it definitely was worth the stop. I am a fan.

I tried applewood bacon, cheddar and egg on an Asiago bagel. It was pretty solid. This is a good place for an on-the-go bite or small lunch stop. Though it is corporate and average, hence the 3 star rating.

By far the best selection of bagels in Dearborn! The food is great and so is the coffee. Clean place with friendly and great service.

I'm not usually one to complain, but the female staff was one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. She wouldn't make eye contact, had an attitude, and looked unprofessional with her piercings. The definition of rude. Also, I paid extra for cream cheese which was less than a tablespoon , and my coffee was filled only more than an inch from the rim.

I love Einstein Bagels. I think it's written into my genetic code that I must have at least one Einstein bagel a week to thrive. I come here all the time (as evidenced by my check-ins) and usually get great service. Sometimes it's shoddy but they recently hired a lot of new workers, so I've given them some slack to get everyone up to speed. Einstein's bagels are great! They have a couple dozen to choose from. My favorites are Asiago cheese, honey whole wheat and potato. Jacob goes for pumpernickel or six cheese. If you've never been, it can be expensive, especially if you're used to cheap shitty bagels at other places. You pay more but you're getting a much better product. They use premium whipped cream cheeses (in all different levels of fat; their strawberry is my favorite and it's 25% reduced) and also offer peanut butter, hummus, butter and preserves as spreads as well. If you like saving money, join their e-club. I usually get 2-3 coupons a month with good expiration dates for free bagel+cream cheese when you buy a drink, BOGO lunch sandwiches, free drink with bagel purchase and 25% off your entire purchase (including bagged coffee, if that's your thing). They have ample seats, are definitely kid-friendly and offer tons of menu items to please all sorts of people. If you're vegetarian, the Veg-Out sandwich is a great sandwich my friends always order. They even have pizza bagels. I hardly order them because they're kind of expensive, but I can say they're really delicious and filling. Einstein's also have a pretty extensive coffee drink menu. Jacob loves their specialty coffee like Autumn Roast and Winter Blend, which unfortunately are limited to a couple months a year. He also enjoys Neighborhood Blend, their take on "regular coffee". But Einstein's doesn't do anything "regular", they're all about upping the ante when it comes to premium bagels and coffee.

The staff here is made up of young teens (or at least that's what they appear to be - I didn't card them). I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. You'd expect a staff like this to be grumpy and full of attitude working at a bagel shop during their weekend away from school, but these kids were awesome. The kid running the register was super friendly (not just to me, but to everyone else in line and the older woman whose friend had lost her keys). Then I watched another young employee (this one a girl) walk another customer's order over to her and wish her a good day. Maybe it sounds like basic customer service, but really, these employees were a notch above. They were so kind and genuine. Oh, and the bagels? They were great.

Stopped at Einstein Bagels for the first time to pick up lunch. Decided on a bagel sandwich with chicken salad. The bagel was one with "Everything". Quite tasty, liked the chicken salad it had cherries and almonds in it. Although it was good it was quite intimidating to eat. Had lettuce, tomato, and onion on it and needed a fork in order to eat it because it was breaking apart. Probably will go back and try a bagel sandwich of a different variety! For $6.50 you get a bagel sandwich and a bag of chips or potato salad. The establishment appeared to be quite clean and the workers were very accommodating!
