The food here is fantastic!! I've had the pizza, burgers, and fish n chips and it was all great. Another gem is the spinach n artichoke dip. I usually don't like this so for me to this is special. Lol The downfall is the waitresses. Annoying and take their sweet ass time and after 9 Dj Dirty White comes and that's a joke.

Prices are a little high looks very nice inside karaoke night is great you could tell they spent a lot of money on re doing Rosie O'Grady's. great atmosphere and good drinks. the bouncers there also take it a little bit over the top. But I still will go for happy hour.

Stopped in late last night for a sandwich and pizza and was not disappointed It was late and looked like there was only one server Alicia who did a great job even though you could tell she was swamped, never waited for a drink and the pizza was awesome Been there many times and will continue

Excellent pizza and very kid friendly! Each kids meal also comes with a small sundae. Lots of beer selections and great service too! We just moved into town and we have found a new favorite pizza restaurant!

Fun. We had a great time at this place. The food was very good and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We are not drinkers, so the place doesn't intimidate one to not want to eat there. It does have a bar but it isn't the center focus of the place. TV's in the booth add to an enjoyable experience. Not only do you receive good food, but fantastic service is a added bonus that makes the whole dine in experience worth while. After Dinner, there is a wonderful Pinball Arcade that you don't see anywhere else around here and that is the reason I would keep going back. We had a blast, and thank you owners for thinking about entertainment, outside of the box. Pinball and good food, who could ask for more.

My wife and I went Rosie O'Grady's July 9th for dinner. The food was very good and our waitress was excellent. But the hostess had me questioning her table selection for us. We were taken to an out-of-the-way booth that was near the kitchen door. After sitting for a minute, I realized it was a known cold area. Our waitress later confirmed. So I walked around the restaurant to see if other sections were full. They were not. This has happened to me few times before, being placed away from other diners. I wonder if the decision of our hostess is something that is told to her by management.

Terrible. Ate there last night (weds nite) - service was slow....I ordered a burger medium and it came out well done. I had to ask for napkins and silverware after my food was brought to the table. Waitress literally served me a burger without a bun (how I ordered it) - and I didn't have a fork and knife to eat it. Refilled my iced tea in same glass - didn't empty glass of melted ice - didn't add ice - so refill was warm. Won't be going back.

This place just blows. Definitely one of the worst places I've been to. My wife ordered shepards pie and it came out as a pile of meat in a bowl of grease. My burger wasn't much better. It's also really loud. If you want a place to get wasted I'm sure this is fine, but I would eat elsewhere. Also, don't forget to bring something to pick the fruit flies out of your teeth with!

Have you just turned 21? How about 54? If you're either of those ages, Rosie O' Grady's will make you happy. Wow, does this place suck -- and it's a shame. First of all, I really enjoy the ambiance of this place... it just has a really nice look to it. Unfortunately, that ultimately doesn't mean piss. The eats just consist mediocre bar food at slightly high prices with nothing that stands out. The drinks are also about a buck more expensive than they should be... sorry, not interested. People also jump up and down about the idea of TVs being *everywhere* ... so what? At least 3/4 of them have severe screen burn, so it's more of a frustration than anything else. If that isn't enough, if you come in on Friday or Saturday, there tends to be a ... I don't know. Hand-towel-hander-outer (?) in the bathroom who like to chat it up. Sorry man, I don't know about you, but when I gotta tinkle, just leave me alone. If you have any sort of stage fright, your bladder won't be emptied in Rosie's bathroom, I can tell you that. This seems to be *thee* bar in Chesterfield/New Baltimore, but I have no idea why. If you want a decent bar in the area that doesn't cater to D-bags, visit Eagles.

Watered down beer, cheap whiskey, small portions, bad wait staff, loud, smokey and expensive! Just what you'd expect on St. Paddy's day...NOT. I was extremely displeased and disappointed. I will not go back...even if promised a pot o' gold!

Someone needs to turn either the a/c on or some fans. The sweat is dripping off the bartenders forehead into my adult beverage. I am leaving when this sweaty beer is done

Nice bar. Ice cold beer and decent coffee. Friendly staff. Potato skins made with too much cheese and green onions vs chives as the menu states. Real bacon chunks vs bacon bits was a nice surprise. All the patrons seemed like they were having a great time. Update to Amy, I did go back a few days later and had the quesadilla. Delish. The lady that waited on us was very pleasant and funny. Went back again on a Saturday night and enjoyed a few pints, played kino and had fun watching people while listening to a nice mix of music. I will certainly come back next time I am in Chesterfield or close by. Great atmosphere.

About six of the best pinball machines of the 90s all in great working condition? Just a few minutes from where I live? Can't argue with that! They have free pinball on Mondays too, after 8pm in case you have a weird work schedule and you can make it on a Monday evening. They have terminator 2, fish tales, fun house, ripely's believe it or not, and World Cup soccer as well as a couple less known machines. Oh yeah and there's booze sold here too.

Yet another "meh" place. Food is "meh," drinks are nothing special, beer selection is mediocre at best. Not a whole lot of reason to come here, other than it's close and most of the other places in the area suck too. I'd rather go to Tin Fish or Bar Louie any day.

Portions are ridiculously small and over-priced. This place used to be so much better before they remodeled a few years ago. I've had more disappointing experiences than good ones since the remodel. I'd never recommend this place to anyone because you pay way too much for very little. Drinks are very expensive, too.

Saturday day night and everything was ALRIGHT!! I rarely ever eat when I do go out and had the Chicken Quesadias, they were the best I've ever had, great filler if you need a good meal. A scoop of sour cream and the guacamole was perfect, lettuce also. Do yourself, family, friends a favor and get THESE !!! Thanks Rosie and wonderful staff..:()

Met family here for supper. Ordered the pizza (Monday half-off). Square, deep dish, not too bad. Average prices. I have heard about their burgers, but haven't tried them, yet.

The food and service are pretty good. But the atmosphere is for the 21-29 crowd even though they say they are family oriented. If you are looking to slam brews and hit on lady's this is the place. If you are looking to take your girlfriend or wife somewhere and have a few drinks and eat, I would recommend somewhere else.

I really like their pizza, the sauce has a great flavor. They always have a special going on and have a very diverse menu. Try the wraps as well, their pretty good and the fries are amazing! They have eight pinball machines and classic arcade games in their backroom.

Close. Affordable. But this establishment needs to invest in new tvs. Bdubs is right down the street and sports, especially football, demands a good view. Capitalize on the fact that you have a decent beer selection and get the sports crowd in here! Pizza is great and the boneless wings are perfect.

    (3)
  • Scott O.

the bar is a cross between a sports bar, family restaurant, and night club. wish they would just pick one and go with it.

  • Christian E.

Went here a handful of times back when I lived on the east side, and was never disappointed. It does get very crowded in there though, so be prepared for that if you go on a weekend or holiday

We walked in at 5:30. Hostess was in the phone with customer which was fine because there were 3 other employees at the hostess stand. I ask if anyone is waiting on a party of 5 because I didn't know if my friend was there yet. They stare at me like I'm speaking another language. I look around and just ask for a table for 5. One employee says it's her first day. This is the only thing said to me for 8 minutes!!! Honestly the people behind me are with a party and go around us as no one will speak to me. The hostess gets off the phone and I say to her I need someone to tell me what is going on. She says there will be a wait I ask how long and everyone stares and they say they cannot tell me. What the heck!! A manager comes up and I tell her no on will communicate with me at all she says we have booths the hostess says she doesn't want a booth! What I was never given an option. We take it. Server was VERY slow they had silverware rolled in napkins so old and used they look like diapers. Food was ok not a lot of flavor. I will not be going back . The first people you see shouldn't be so rude and clueless!

I've been here a few times for get together with friends. Good pizza, but the main reason I return is for the deep fried pickles. Yummy! I'd rather have great food than TV's everywhere. If I wanted TV, I'd stay home.

Had dinner this evening at Rosie O'Grady's. People rave about this place I'm not sure I see what they are talking about. First of all it was not really that crowded yet after we were seated we had to wait at least 10 or 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table to offer us a glass of water or anything. The place is very loud with televisions everywhere but not sure who is monitoring what is on the televisions. My wife had the chicken fajitas they were chicken fajitas nothing special I think the tortilla was store bought and they were kind of blah. We got a pizza to split it with everyone at the table the pizza was good not great just another pizza. The hamburgers are fresh and tasty but you should be able to get a fresh and tasty burgers almost anywhere. It was not a hamburger that you would say this is the absolute best hamburger in the world it was just another hamburger so all in all I'm not giving a O'Gradys a bad review I'm just saying it's nice to have a decent restaurant in Chesterfield but the prices here are way way too high especially for this part of town. Probably won't be back but you never know I like to give every place at least a couple tries.

The food's good but service was not very impressive. The server was inexperienced and had very little knowledge of the menu. The bartender/bartenders have no clue how to make a coffee drink. Perhaps they should take a class or purchase a manual to reference. I sent the first drink back, and the second one tasted like soap, after telling the server, she made no further attempt to resolve the problem. What was even more disturbing was the fact that the manager didn't come to check in and ask us if everything was okay? That to me is poor management and is a reflection on the establishment and explains why the service was so poor. My friend insisted that I have a coffee drink since I suggested it in the first place and ordered me a baileys and coffee..it's impossible to screw that one up! The server then charged us for that drink after taking the first two away. Today's experience was very disappointing especially since the first two were good ones. We discovered Rosie's when on our way to our cottage and is a nice midpoint to stop for a bite to eat. One bad experience is typically enough for me not to go back..I will probably give it one more shot, but if the experience Is anything like today's, I won't bother going back.

Went early on Saturday night- the atmosphere was great. They have a sound system so you can hear televisions main sporting event. It's not a place to go for a quiet date. The food was good and service was above average. The pizza is very good and the chicken strips were delicious tender and plentiful.

Ordered the "Ultimate Pizza" Crust burnt to a crisp, toppings were skimpy. Also ordered the Chicken dumpling soup "no signature soup here!! " Needless to say my party won't be back. Service.... I'll be right back with crackers for your soup.....Never came.

Nice place, good food and good drinks.... THAT IS IF YOU CAN GET ANY SERVICE. service here sucks or is nonexistent. Last time i went here we had no service for 6 minutes upon being seated we were completely ignored we left i called to complain to a manger and of course there was no manager available. I want to like this place but they continually disappointment.

Ok. Cool set-up! Average food with high prices. Drinks are pricey too. Good place to go have a drink with the girls. Have enjoyed the characters that come in with my daughter. I would go back, but just due to lack of competition.

Went there last night for diner. Had been thinking about Pizza all day. We ordered the Large Ultimate. The Pizza arrived after about 15 minutes and was hot but not what you normally see when a pizza comes right from the oven to the table. The flavor was OK and the crust OK, but it was seriously lacking in Cheese, and Toppings. The "Hand Sliced Pepperoni" was so thin it would tear if you tried to lift it off the pizza. The mushroom count was very low and most were dime size bits. While we did eat the entire pie, we were hungry, I probably would not go back there again. Rosie is just too tight with the cheese and toppings for our taste. They are not bashful about charging either. The 8 Slice Ultimate was $19.95. I don't mind paying a premium price for premium food, but this was just average.

Rosie's has gone through a few makeovers in the past 5 years. As a bar to meet some friends and drinks, it's great. The meal aspect changes. Most recently the menu changed and is a bit smaller. They still have free kids meals (regularly $6) day on Wed, and those meals include drink and dessert. Today we chose the Buffalo Chicken pizza, side Caesar and side House salad with honey-Dijon dressing. The salads came quick and were fresh. It didn't take much longer for the pizza to arrive but it was not good. There was hardly any flavor and WAY TOO MANY pieces of celery on it. Go to Rosie's but don't get the Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

Tv at every booth, bar is circled by TV's, great burgers, great drinks & beers! Prefect place to watch the Michigan games! Miss going here! Huge parking lot! Always busy here! Bouncers are super cool! Beautiful bar, they just added on a upstairs room. The food is outstanding! Ribs, sandwiches, onion rings, everything is great here! DJ is great and they have music theme nights. Great drink specials during happy hour. Also their pizza is famously known! Amazing!

The place is big and I really like the set up. Waitress was kinda cooky and took about 15 minutes to get our Black and Tans (first drinks of the night). Food was OK. I had the buffalo chicken wrap. Fries were well done which I liked. All in all service was alright. They seem to have alot of drink specials which is cool.

Great for a sporting event but it gets too loud it's hard to carry on a conversation. Food is good. Atmosphere is great.

Food isn't bad but they always have loud music and bartenders are slow! Definitely not a good place to watch a football game!

Ive eaten at both the Chesterfield and Ferndale Rosie's many times. The Bugers are big, tasty and amazing... Their Chicken & Dumplings are the absolute best in Michigan that Ive found. Simply just amazing.... NOM NOM NOM.. They have OUTSTANDING Pizza! (Mondays it's 1/2 off on a Large... The Coal Brick Oven, their pepporoni is just amazing again... I highly reccomend this place...

Rosie's has a huge bar with over 100 high definition plasma screens. One of the best places to watch sports in the D. This place has changed quite a bit over the years - it was a brew house, and then the Greek restaurant. Completely redone, and recently remodeled with "the addition". They have lots of specials too. Monday is half off pizza (they have a coal brick oven), and Tuesday is 6 dollar fajitas. This place seems to be do everything right, not sure how it could be improved. On any weekend or major holiday the parking lot gets packed. I only wish I was the owner of this place, it seems to be making money hand over fist.

    (5)
  • Daniel L.

I would rate Rosie O'Grady's average. The coal-fired oven makes good pizza. Daily fresh ground hamburger makes a great sandwich. The fish is great. Beers and galore. Hard to get a bad seat to watch sports. I would have to say over the years the quality has dropped. They need to pick it up. No resting on laurels when it comes to quality, you know.

  • Barry S.

Not impressive at all. When i have to tell the bartender how to make a basic drink that has been around for 200 years i raise a question. Then when i order two drinks and they have run out of a basic ingredient my question is then answered. This isn't a legit bar. This is a bar for people who like nonsense drinks with over priced mediocre food. Cocktails weren't impressive at all and that not taking away the facts that the garnish was missing everytime. Sadly, due to the lack of bars around this area they probably are the best which means i won't be going to this area of bars much unless it is an emergency.

  • Jack R.

Individual TVs at every table so you can watch whatever you want. Three hot female bartenders on the Friday night I was there. Large menu, but I only had beer so I cannot comment on the food. I enjoyed myself and would go again the next time I am in the area.
