I actually love this place been here at all kinds of different times and its been good every time. I went once at 12 a.m with some friends (one was smashed) and they were still really nice and welcoming. The southwest chicken sandwich is fabulous!! I've been here about 7 times and never got "baby size chicken" so I'm not sure what that other review was saying. Maybe a bad night or something. They also have a great variety of beer and mixed drinks.

Terrible service and inconsistent food. Worst employee I've ever seen is named Joe. Can't get an order right or tell time. I highly recommend you ask for someone else other than Joe otherwise your food will not be right!

I had to reheat my takeout. It was cold, and the service was not helpful at all. I have to invoke a 6 month ban on bdubs before I would even consider going back.

Extremely dark, especially for 2:00pm. As in, we had to use our phone flashlights. The customer service was pretty bad and the overall experience was just disappointing.

I feel, as a whole, Buffalo Wild Wings is a solid 3 star chain restaurant. From the countless ones I've been in, everything stays the same. The same can be true for the Chesterfield location. No matter how many people are in the actual restaurant, there is always a wait. Always. No matter what time I've dined her or ordered a carry out, there is always a wait. Once you're able to sit down you'll likely notice there is a fair share of tables open. I understand being understaffed occasionally but on a busy weekend night, seating the most you can with a large wait would help out a bunch. My friend and I dined here this afternoon because we wanted to catch up with some wings while watching the Red Wings game. The hostess asked us if we wanted a high top or table and we said a high top. Loved that we had an option (quieter area, more TVs!) The good service went downhill a bit after that, however. A different waitress/server gave us our drinks, apps, and food. By the end of our order we ended up having about 5 different people helping us. Glad we had people helping us, not so great that they didn't really help us much. My friend and I needed refills on our drinks and no waitress/server was found. Our "waitress" came by right after our food was served and said it was the end of her shift and she needed to cash us out. Said we wouldn't be able to order anything else (we were going to order dessert) because no one was working the high top tables in the bar area. Great. Good to know we know who our waitress is after seeing her only once the whole night! This is awesome! I'm still not sure how no one was going to work the bar area on a busy Saturday night but I can only hope that got settled after I left. The food itself was good, as always. I usually mix up two flavors of boneless wings and opted for Chipotle BBQ and Medium tonight. Great options that go superb with some ranch and celery! Wanted to try the limited flavor but one of the waitresses helping us said they wouldn't have it for a while. Bummer! I'll be back here soon, probably for a carry out, since I get my food quite quick and don't have to worry about who's helping me! Still a good place to watch a game and catch up.

My boyfriend and I eat here quite often, usually sit at the bar, food is always excellent.. seeing as we always order the same thing. Service is good if we sit at the high tops but the gentleman behind the bar gives far the worst service ever. I am a server so I always give people the benefit of the doubt but after probably 6 times of sitting at the bar not a thing has changed. Empty beer glass for a good five minutes... how does that happen when you are sitting AT the bar and he is constantly walking around "looking busy". So the reason for the 3 stars is because of the service at the bar.

All my friends rave about how great "bdubs" is so I decided to finally give it a shot. My boyfriend and I dined in late night (11pm) recently and the place had very few tables full. A little shocking since there was a Tigers game on and it's one of the only restaurants in the area that is open at that hour. There was a sign next to the hostess stand that said "please wait to be seated" so my boyfriend and I did just that. We waited 5 minutes before the hostess showed up and told us she forgot to switch the sign and told us to go seat ourselves. Rude. We immediately got our drink orders taken care of (1 pop and 1 alcoholic beverage) Upon waiting for our drinks we both browsed the menu. First thing I noticed was how steep the prices were. I felt like I was buying an arm, a leg and a kidney from someone-haha. My boyfriend and I each ordered small size order of wings (at least 10 it says on the menu) He ordered traditional wings, while I ordered boneless wings. Food arrived approximately 35 minutes after we ordered. Waiter kept coming to the table to say our food was ready shortly. The boneless wings were really small and fuel of breading. Not much chicken. I had mine topped with honey mustard. Very very salty! I counted 7 wings, despite ordered a small order- Not a snack size. I would recommend having the cooks keep the sauce warm or room temperature. The chicken was hot but the honey mustard sauce on top was from the cooler. The menu said celery/carrots were served with the chicken so I opted for celery and ranch. Ranch was also very salty and celery had a few brown spots but probably my favorite part of my dinner. Our bill was over $40. $10.29 for a small size wings. You can get a better deal at the local Kroger deli. Also we noticed we were charged for our celery and carrots. We thought "served with your choice of celery, carrots, bleu cheese or ranch dressing" meant it came included with our meals. I think Bdubs is all about a "hip" hangout spot for friends and sports games. Food isn't really that good and the service was fair.

Stopped in today. Kind of hard to tell if they were open or not, it looks dark inside from the parking lot. Nice hostesses and good waitress, very friendly staff. Ordered one of their samplers, my daughter got a chicken wrap, which she loved. The food wasn't bad. I was impressed that nothing was overly salty like the majority of the food in most chain restaurants. I would like to go back and try some of their other items. It's nice to see a big open space with lots of seating and where families are welcome, even noisy toddlers.

A friend and I visited here for lunch and sat at the bar rail. Allie B the bartender was marvelous! Very friendly and on her game with customer service. The food was delicious, definitely recommend the nachos! I will be back for the food and customer service again.

Got take out from here tonight. The food wasn't as good as I remembered it (probably due to not drinking anymore). Anyways the food smelled like garbage and tasted pretty awful. I had honey bbq boneless wings and potatoe wedges. Cost way too much for some frozen chicken chunks and potatoes! I won't be having anymore cravings for this place.

I had the worst experience here. This place will give you at least 6 wings less than what you ordered. Their receptionist and people who make carryout orders are very rude and unprofessional. I will never order here again and will be filing a formal complaint since they hung up on me and my fiancee a total of 4 times. We did not ask for a refund or any type of compensation yet they were still rude and unprofessional. I will never order from this location again and will be filing a formal complaint. If you order from here make sure you count the wings. If i could I would rate this place zero stars and I will never order from this place again.

This one is hit or miss on the food, couple times lately came out like it had sat for 10 minutes in the kitchen. Prices have gone up to the point where it's now noticeable. Wife and I with 2 kids under 3 had a bill not including tip for $63... and they need to update the beer menus need updating bad as they haven't had 312 for more than 2 years and it's still advertised. Nothing better than a 312 with hot sauce. Looking for an alternative.

My wife and I ordered asian chicken and barbecue chicken salads. Both salads came with fresh ice berg lettuce. The problem was that most of the lettuce was the thick chunky white crap from the middle of the head that nobody wants to eat. It was like they were just trying to get rid of the undesirable lettuce. Salads should be made mostly of the leafy green ends. The stuff they served us should go in the garbage disposal. We will never order a salad from this BWW again.

The wings were so small you almost needed a magnifying glass to find the meat! Seriously, the wings must have come from baby chickens -- will never eat there again.....

Not sure what to say..... Took an hour and 15 minutes to get food. Food came out wrong. It was a big group but the waitress could not handle more than 5 people. Manager finally came 15 minutes after the food started coming out. Our group needed atleast the help if the waitress's standing around. You would think the manager would have helped the waitress as soon as he saw a large group. But the restaurant had only a few other tables. Not sure what the problem was. I can't wait till the bill comes, should be very interesting.

I may have finally been converted back to being a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I used to love it several years ago when the only one around was in Mt. Clemens ... but I slowly lost interest. I'm not sure why. The onion rings at Buffalo Wild Wings are still probably my favorite anywhere, especially when dipped in their Southwestern Ranch sauce. The beer selection is also very respectable ... a nice list of craft beers. I got myself an Arcadia Angler's Ale last time I was in -- it was nice and cold, and I think straight out of a fresh keg. I also sat at the bar for the first time, and it was cool. TVs everywhere, and would be an awesome place to watch a Tigers, Red Wings, or ... *cough* Lions game. I'd like to go to a local chain like Rosie O'Grady's instead, but their beer selection not only sucks, but their food is overpriced. Wild Wings may be a state chain, but at least the food doesn't blow, and they have craft beers at somewhat fair prices (I believe it was $4.75 for a 20oz during Happy Hour). The Happy Hour here isn't anything mindboggling, but you can save a buck on anything you order.

The service at this Buffalo Wild Wings is terrible... It was ok when they first opened, but it has increasing gone downhill since. There have been at least two occasions that I ate my whole meal of spicy wings with no drink, which is one of my big pet peeve's when eating at restaurants. Overall, the service has sucked so much there the past few times I've been here that we've pretty much stopped going. I like the food, that's why they got a 2 star review, if you were wondering.

Good Food and good service. I never have a bad experience at this location. Very friendly staff, good food, good experience. Club keno would be a nice addition to this location. Keep up the good Work. :-)

I absolutely love the Buffalo chicken ranch sandwich with their loaded potatoes wedges, goes great with a Boston logger .We went last Saturday with some family around dinner time. Surprisingly, we didn't have to wait to be seated like so many other places in the area at that time. We were also able to enjoy the basketball game on the big screens while we were eating. Best Place to enjoy March Madness!

This location has to be independently owned. Wings are garbage here! They use the poorest wings I have ever eaten. The bones fall apart in your mouth causing you to pick bone fragments from your teeth and food. I wouldn't be surprised if people choked on these things. I will go to Mt. Clemens of Sterling Heights before ever coming back here
