my sister-in-law have been going there for about a year. I didn't mind the long lines,the food is good, I like the cream of chicken & clam chowder.But, our last visit did it for me. The people working there are pretty were not very good. One girl in particular was just a horror. She was picking up trays and I said to my sister-in-law that the carmel latte I ordered had no carmel in it, so she said to the girl,Will you please bring this back and have them put carmel in it as it was ordered. Well, she slammed the trays down. went back to the manager and started throwing a hissy fit! I went over to the manger and asked was that about my latte, She said the girl was just venting over it. I said, well she shouldn't vent where the customer could see her. The manager said she would speak to her--the girl came out of the back room and rolled hr eyes at me and snickered--right at me in front of the manager. Well. I let the manager have an ear full. I told her there were a lot of young women looking for jobs and believe it or not, that girl came back right in front of me and the manager and did the same thing,eye roll & all. That's when the the manager said, I'll go have a talk with her. By the time we left she was back out at the counter with the manager, laughing & thick as thieves! I'm 66 years old, I may be from the last century, but customer service is never out of date! We haven't back since

Last week I ordered the you pick 2, broccoli soup in a bread bowl and half of a Sierra turkey sandwich. I dined in. The soup was filled to the top of the bread bowl and the sandwich was excellent. When I went today I ordered the exact same thing only this time to go. The soup didn't even fill half of the bread bowl and how you can call that half of a sandwich I don't know because clearly it is a quarter of a sandwich. The girl behind the counter making the food was rude especially when she announced they were out of baguettes and we could either wait 15 minutes for more or choose something else. You would have thought it was our fault they didn't make enough.

What is going on here? The counters are very dusty and have particles if food on them. There is water dripping from iced drinks on counter in front of registers and no one can take the time to wipe off. Sunday papers were just carried in by male employee; it's 9:20 am. Food tasted great. Presentation terrible. My "Power" Breakfast Sandwich slid apart after slid over to me. Looks like hash now. Something has changed here. Me.....won't be back in a long time. Disappointed.

I've been a loyal customer for years. I just can't do it anymore. The lines are outrageous and the staff doesn't even attempt to be prompt. There were seriously two people ahead of me yesterday and after waiting in line FIFTEEN minutes I finally left, but not before asking for the manager. He came out and I told him this was unacceptable and he looks at me like I was an alien. He said "I'm sorry"... No explanation, no attempt to make it right, nothing. I'M DONE !!!

I feel compelled to update my last review. While I feel like the staffing is still an issue they seem to have another problem. My co-worker and I used to consistently go to this location at least once a week if not more. What we have noticed is the lack of cleanliness. The table is always dirty and overall it just doesn't feel clean. When you pair that with the staffing issues it just no longer makes sense to go there. While their food is still very tasty my co-worker and I have found a few more options on our splurge day. But like the little optimists that we are we occasionally go back in hopes of a clean restaurant. After our last visit it will be awhile before we are back. I recommend when you go there to get some extra napkins and water so you are able to clean your table and chairs before you eat.

After coming here about 3 times in the past week to fill my Panera addiction .... I must say I can only give this location 3 stars. Why, you ask? It's the food and convenient location that keeps me coming back .... not the service. The employes here are either friendly or act like they dislike their job. There honestly isn't much in between. The place itself *looks* clean but the tables are often dusty and filled with trash from those who were seated prior. Like I mentioned before, I've been here about 3 times in a week and it's the same issue. Tables aren't clean, people are upset, and no workers seem to be around to tidy up the place. Naturally, this is a place that is frequently busy in the morning and evening hours, as they do sell a lot of delicious breakfast and dinner options. However, this is not an excuse for anything. If they're understaffed often, hiring some new bodies never hurt! On two occasions the employee didn't know how to work my My Panera, despite the fact I have used it before and had the hard handy. Instead of trying to find a helpful employee, she gave me attitude and threw the card back at me. As for the food I highly recommend the poppyseed salad with chicken and fruit. Very filling and healthy for you as well! The pick two deal is also filling enough for two meals. The sandwiches are fairly good as well. If you're not a onion or tomato fan, I suggest letting them know ahead of time so there's not a problem when your order is complete. The food really is what hits the spot and keeps you coming back!

Ok, It's a Panera... a chain, a bread store... BUT it's the staff, service and quality that makes a place. We've always been treated well, the portions great and the employees very conscientious. Even when I''ve ordered with so many substitutions they must think they are on a tv show, the staff has been cheerful and made things correctly. This location is also one of the cleanest and I've been to at least 20 different locations. I've had to 'loiter' there 3 times in the last year while my car was serviced, while doing a project, and for a meeting and while I've been concerned, the staff were not. I did spend a decent amount and let them know.

The worst service in the world, there is always a line. They have no help, the coffee is old, or empty. The bread and bagels are very good. It is just a shame I have been coming to this place for three years and the management can not staff for the amount of business they do. People walk out because the wait is just that long. Poor management, poor service but good bagels Sorry Panera Please get it together

I would give this location 4 or 5 stars if both the seats and tables were clean; unfortunately upon every visit I find dirty seating :( Otherwise, the service is not bad but nothing special. The food is always up to par so no complaints there. It's nice to have a Panera in the area :)

This location is great! I've always gotten the correct order and everything tastes fresh when I've ordered. I always call ahead and it's ready when I get there. My daughter loves all their pastries! I love the frontega sandwich!!! Definitely worth getting food from here!
