If I can give us 10 stars I would!. Second time I ate here and the food was absolutely terrific. I ordered lamb kebabs, chicken kebabs, rice, fattoush salad, Grape leaves, tabouli salad.. The dinners came with garlic paste, the little brick oven breads, salad dressing, owner gave me a sample of the Hummus which it was awesome! I asked for the lamb to be well done and it was cooked to perfection. Had a nice char to it and seasoned perfect! Chicken was juicy and not over cooked.. The whole dinner was very fresh tasting, even the charred carrots tasted fresh! I wish they were in a better location where they would be more visible and more busy.... I am telling everyone I know to try this place.... You will not be disappointed
this place has only been open about two weeks now, and I can't get enough. finally a good Middle Eastern Restaurant in the area. every time I've eaten here, the food has been more than fresh. chicken is extremely juicy and tender. garlic sauce and pita is provided for free when you dine in. they offer fresh juices, and I recommend the power mix. you can hear the juicer going in the back when they make it. all in all, the staff is friendly and the food is good. highly recommended.
If you haven't been here, what are you waiting for? The garlic almond gallaba w/chicken is delicious! Try your favorite or try something new. They don't skimp on the sides either. Lots of grilled veggies and bread. ENJOY!

Small, no frills diner with quality food. There's not a whole lot to look at here. It's a quaint neighborhood joint. There's not much of anything around the restaurant either so it seems kind of off the beaten path. Their lot parking is gravelly. When you walk in, since there's usually just one waitress and the cook working, you might not be greeted right away. Just take a seat. They do have a TV so you can watch that while you wait. I've always just come here for breakfast. The Kelly Erin which is the corned beef hash dish is delish! Every time I've eaten here, it seems to me like the cook does take pride in his work and my plates come out looking nice and neat which is the main reason why I keep coming back. The food here also seems less greasy than other breakfast joints. Waitresses do seem a little rough around the edges but it's fine. Like the last time I went, our waitress somewhat contested whether my friend had said she wanted hashbrowns or not. She did and I heard it too but I guess the waitress didn't. She did make sure that our coffee cups were refilled which is always a big plus. Overall, this is an excellent option for breakfast without the line you might find at IHOP on a Sunday morning.
Once again my sister called me about Emerson's. It was on St. Patrick's Day and she had stopped in and had their corned beef and cabbage special. She said it was fantastic. The call came about 2:30 and since they close at 3 I thought I was out of luck. Surprise! for St. Patty's Day they were open til 9. Hopped into my car and hurried on over. The best corned beef and cabbage I have ever had at a restaurant. The corned beef was tender and flavorful. Boiled potato done just right and the cabbage was not cooked to mush. To top it off the meal came with a piece of soda bread. Wish they were open for dinner every night.
Amazing food! The waitress was so nice and the chef is an awesome cook. My chicken wrap was grilled to perfection. My dads club sandwhich was perfect too. The chef even made him special seasoned fries. We will for sure be coming back here.

Delicious food and a great diner experience. It's a nice little joint where you can go and get great fresh made food, and really enjoy spending time with the family. Its just that nostalgic feel of going to the diner after a family event and really just enjoying the time. The food is great, filling, and extremely inexpensive. If you are looking for quick new school restaurant where people wait on you in their hands and knees this isn't your place. If you are looking for a place where the waitress will know you and your family and actually care about how you are come here.
I just moved to this area a little over 8 months ago. I have been trying neew places to eat. This was my first and possibly my last. The Potatoes ( hash browns) are good. I really love that , they make potatoes. I ordered a veggie omelet. I think the onions /green pepper are frozen. Smh. The omelet would have been fabulous if all ingredients was fresh. It was a bit over stuffed.
Aurora's is a family style diner. This is the kind of place you can bring your kids and no one is going to be offended. They serve breakfast all day, which is what I love. Breakfast, I don't think is a hard type of cuisine to make however, Aurora's breakfast is delicious. The eggs always taste fresh and the pancakes are fluffy. They have lots of great combinations at really cheap prices. The owner, who's name is actually Aurora, is just plain awesome. I feel like if there was something you wanted to eat but was not on the menu she would whip it right up for you. What makes Aurora's superior to other restaurants of this genre is that the ingredients are fresh or they at least taste fresh, which is just as good! Great little place to grab some comfort food after a long day or like me, breakfast for dinner.

Amazing!!! Fantastic selection.. Awesome prices.. Service is fast and friendly. I will be telling everyone to go here!!
Very clean and modern design inside. All the entrees are in bread/pastry pockets about the size of a softball. They have organic smoothies and craft soda. Most pockets are under $5. Calories are clearly labeled. I've had several entrees and all have been very good.
Visited again, this time I had to order 4 total bozii sandwiches because I was getting some for friends to try for the first time... Long story short, showed up around 20 min before closing time and there was just a vibe, you could sense the staff hadn't had an order in probably an hour and now comes this guy right before closing time and gets 4.... Back to the short part got home, all 4 were still cold, my guess is the over wasn't up to proper temperature. I assume this bc I did see the bozii sandwiches go in the oven. Took 60 seconds for each in the microwave at home.

From an overall Subway standpoint, this place rocks, all things considered. What do I mean by this? Well, it's inside Walmart! What better place to people-watch than Walmart??? I also appreciate the fact that it seems to be a bit warmer during the cold months, as it's a building within a building. This time around, I chose one of their chopped salads (Spicy Italian). As it didn't appear to have any spice, it also was too heavy on the cheese. I opted for my typical dressing of V&O; however, it didn't really play well with Italian meats. I guess next time I'll have to stick with the turkey. Now, don't go overcrowding this place. We all know how much you Yelpers just LOVE Subway! lol
Typical Subway with no fanfare. I'm honestly not sure if this is for the Subway at Walmart or the one in Partridge Creek Mall a half mile away? One or the other doesn't have a location marker on the map. . I don't think anyway? Regardless, they're both equally sufficient for a snack.

Kinda new in this location in a little strip mall facing Hall Road. Full pizza menu, with salads, cheezy bread, calzones and chicken wings. Fountain drinks were hit or miss, most flavors were depleted. I had a ham and cheese calzone and it was good - basically a giant sized hot pocket with sliced ham and cheese folded inside. There were tables enough to seat perhaps 20 people or so. Friendly staff.

Took a girl here for our date! On the outside it looks alittle sketchy being next to a dollar store. But walk inside and holy Santa clause shit! This place makes you feel like you are walking into a 60s lounge! Order me a scotch and call me dean martin! New favorite place
This place had made an excellent first impression. Solid competition to dirty dog jazz cafe? yeah I'm in! As a person who used to frequent dirty dog (but stopped due to limited space and rising prices) I got very excited to see a large hall, great live FREE music, and friendly deals. And then my bubble popped due to generally bad experience: -my table ordered food all at the same time, everything came separately. I waited 1:20h for my appetizer... -my mixed drink (some very bad well stuff) gave me food poisoning. We all ate each others food due to long waiting time and nobody suffered like I did. I was the only one drinking a mixer. -my server couldn't answer simple questions. Now in agreement with many other reviews: wait staff dressed in booty shorts, cat ears and cheetah belly tops is totally killing the mood. We dressed formally expecting an elegant experience, and strip-club "clothed" staff made things awkward. Don't take me wrong, I do like pretty girls as well but when the place and occasion are calling for it. Not a huge deal, but worth bringing into managements consideration. I really want to love and frequent this place, but both food poisoning and over an hour wait for an appetizer are very bad signs. Maybe? perhaps? I may give them a shot in the future? I adore the concept of this place but I'm very sad to say that the application failed
I've been here enough times now that everything I've said earlier has been proven out time and time again. Be here. Often.

Great small atmosphere and service. The crab ragoon is to die for. Clean and modern layout too. Will go again soon.
This was a nice Chinese restaurant located in a strip mall. I stopped in on Monday afternoon, just before evening meal time. No other patrons were in the restaurant. During my stay, a couple carry-out orders were filled. My waitress was nice and greeted me at the door, showing me to a nice table in a booth. A menu was presented and my drink order was placed. Now, I'm no expert on the differences between Thai, Cantonese, Szechuan, etc. I saw pages of offerings, and to be quite honest, I was more hungry than adventurous. I recognized a few selections from previous Chinese restaurant visits and honed in on them - especially the spicier offerings. My drink arrived and it was time to order. I selected Szechuan Chicken as my meal, with the included egg drop soup, along with an egg roll. I found the table spices included sesame sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and common mustard (again, I'm no expert - if my description is incorrect - let me know) The soup and egg roll arrived shortly thereafter, with a bowl of chips and a dinner roll. The soup was delicious. The egg roll was spiced with the squeeze bottle of sweet-n-sour sauce. My main course was presented after the soup was eaten, the timing was perfect. My Szechuan Chicken came with a bowl of rice, and an empty plate to combine the two. After a few bites, the teary eyes and runny nose started. Yep this stuff is that good! Not too hot, mind you, but sufficiently spicy to awaken the olfactory part of my body. Honestly, I was not able to eat the main course in its entirety, so a take-out container was provided. A complimentary cookie and fortune cookie were provided with the meal check. I don't remember the price off hand, but there was ample food for the amount charged. I recommend.
I have eaten at may hong at least 50 times over the last few years. I have tried nearly everything they offer and never Been disappointed. The staff are very nice and attentive but the real jem of this place is the owner Sara kwok. She is always cheerful and a joy and o deal with.

DJ Mike working the spin tables tonight. Last call for food was at 1230am, and of course, I walked in just before ... so I had a beer and skooted. Service was good.
Really great service! Pleasant atmosphere , will be back for sure:) Gina was perfect & the food was excellent! !
Wow I just want to share a HORRIBLE experience I just had at Wiseguys on Harper. We went for a bike ride and decided to stop in and grab a bite to eat and a cocktail (keeping it safe no drinking and driving). Bar tender greeted us, took our drink and food order and was very friendly.... 10 minutes into our cocktail the manager came over and asked "who's bike?" With which we responsed ours and explained that I forgot the combination to the lock (that was very visible). He proceed to be VERY RUDE as we explained that we just ordered food and we would be leaving shortly, oh no that was not good enough for him, he wanted us out and now! He sat done next to us while we cancelled our food order and paid the tab for the drinks we couldn't even finish! I can understand if the place was packed but we had the bike completely out of the way and there was only 4 other people in the whole place!! And the way he handled the situation was completely uncalled for. We proceeded to stop at Orleans in Mt Clemens and they loved us, bike and all!

Teppanyaki Grill & Supreme Buffet

35543 S Gratiot Ave
Charter Township of Clinton, 48035
Reviews:
For a buffet, it's decent. An interesting variety of food on the buffet, but the problem is that a lot of it is variations on a theme: 8 or more variations on chicken, for instance, and three or so kinds of bread/roll. It's nice they have pizza and chicken nuggets and fries for picky kids, but I'd like to see more variety in the buffet; some beef dishes, for instance, would be a great addition. Can't speak to the sushi, as I don't eat it. The grill, though, is good. A larger variety of meats (beef!), fresh veggies, and cooked to order. But again, it could be improved ... For instance, they only offer two sauces to cook in, as well as garlic and hot seasoning. I've been to other buffet grills with a much more robust selection of cooking options. And a few more veggies would nice, like baby corns or water chestnuts. Staff is pleasant, but it can take a while to get refills on drinks or clear plates. All in all, passable. Not outstanding, but for a Chinese buffet, you can't expect haute cuisine.
I see people really complain here, but for the price of $10.49 per adult their food is perfectly fine. Sushi is meh, a step above grocery store but they do make it on site and you can eat as much of it as you want...you'd spend 13 bucks on two rolls elsewhere. Theres a very fair trade-off here. The rest of their food is like everywhere else, but this particular buffet is cheaper than the others (take fuji for instance that charges $20 and smells bad). Interior is clean and well lit. I'm taking away one star because I'd always bump into a gypsy caravan of 8 yelling offspring or a delegation of "bros" who take fifteen minutes shaking their sagged pants to find enough change to pay up front (ended up giving them $5 to get the hell in). I highly suggest you visit this business and fill yourself up
They uped the price on dinners, there now $10.99 they have tacky stickers over the .49, kids 7-10 still 5.99. Plenty of food. I go for the grill and sushi alway a nice verity. Also cant go wrong with pepper chicken mmm
