First time a Panera Bread and for sure the last time. First off, bill came to 24.00 and change, I handed the cashier a 100.00 bill and she had to call a manager to make the change for her.....took 5 minutes at least. He finally came and gave her the change to give to me and she just plopped it into my hand, NOT even counting it back or even telling me how much change she was handing me. How did she know she had the right amount???... she didnt, so i counted it while i was standing there, pfft. Order was quick to come and I have never had such an awful sandwich ever! I have had better sandwiches from the gas station. I am sure that the sandwiches are pre made and frozen then put in a microwave to thaw then to the grill. Except that the grill marks were fake!. Tough and doughy, no flavor. Dirty tables. sorry Panera. Not worth my dollars.

Love the cheese brocoli soup, this location also has fun kids events sometime on Saturdays.

Remodeling complete. It looks great and the flow is better. Traded uncomfortable hightop tables for more booths. No more little booger-coated hands reaching under the glass for the pastries.

Panera is good when you want something familiar and don't have to think too hard about what you want to eat. They have awesome cinnamon raisin, asiago cheese and everything bagels. Love the half and half combo - my favorite being the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and any of the veggie soups. My husband and I are also big fans of the BBQ chicken salad, although I tease him that I can recreate an even tastier version of this salad at home. They are in the process of adding a drive through at this location which will make busy weeknight dinners even better.

Over all this is a "good" Panera. I have had bad experiences at other Panera's but this one I have had fairly consistent good customer service. Also, anytime I have been here, which is frequently, they haven't messed up my order OR messed up my food (burned etc.). If you are in the area and want Panera, I would recommend this one over others* *See my other Panera reviews of different locations

I ordered some pastry and iced chai latte. Waited at counter for about 10 minutes. They were busy making some other things for customers in driveway but not crowded in the store. I simply asked one of their staff kindly if they are making my latte. One of the staffs rudely yelled back to me said " that must be a mistake. You did not order. Did you even pay for that? Show me your receipt!! " Then I showed her receipt, she started blaming other staffs there, not a word of apology from her just ignoring me. I normally don't judge restaurants by one person not doing right but it was a very rude! I like their food but not i don't recommend this location.

Love the food here, but don't recommend using the drive through. The salad was much smaller in the to-go box than what is normally served inside and the soup also seemed much smaller. When eating in the prices seem fair, but going through the drive through was not worth it.

Panera food is great. Service is pretty quick. But the only thing that I don't recommend is the parking space. During lunch time the entire place is filled and it's really hard to park so there have been times when I had to park at the building next door to get food from panera. If you are planning on doing work at panera during lunch hour... And if you need to use the internet don't go to panera. The internet usage time is limited during that time and it's very slow. But over all the service is fairly quick and they are pretty clean.

AS you can see all of my tips, from so many many check ins here, I love this place! The crew, the Managers, the food and the great Hazelnut coffee..I love them all! The prices are great for what you get, because though it feels a little bit "pricey" at first; if you think about it, you're getting alot of food and good quality food with great taste! They will make it the way you like it and if you sign up for their free "Panera rewards" card and you swipe it every time you visit; you can end up with lots of free sandwiches, soups, coffee's and other stuff, even cookies! The managers Ben, Mary and the district Manager now, Chris (I think that's his title and if I"m wrong, I'll fix it next time around! LOL ...they are all so wonderful to me and my family. I feel very safe here, to sit and do my computer "things" and I know they won't let anything happen to me! ...Long story....for me, I mean...but they are very kind and good hearted. The food is changing all the time and they make it better and better! I'm definitely a fan! We're baaaack!!! Nick and Becca, Kristen, Joyce, Travis and Judie are so great and Chris, Ben , Mary & Kevin are super managers Eh... Here we go again!!! Hangin out like always oh my Gosh!!!! I'm at this Canton Mi Panera Bread & they have a new rule that kicks you off the Internet after only 30 mins! That's nuts ! Omg they have pasta now and they charge more than "Olive garden"!!!CRAZY Coffee with my daughter, Amy Mmm strawberry scones .. Yummy!!!! Solitude 'N coffee!!! Mmmm Blogging with my coffee & My Husband!!! Having lunch with my daughter Amy!!! Yummy coffee, Greek salad and scone !!!! Out with my sweet pea!.(daughter amy 22yrs!!) Having a quick lunch with my hubby Lunch with my family!! Having a strawberry scone and a coffee with my hubby Not too crowded! I got a yummy Asian sesame chicken salad. They have a new drive thru and its great!!! Mmmmmmm good bbq chopped chicken salad!!!! Very acommodating staff! They go the extra mile! We even order from this panera & sometimes go to plymouth to sit outdoors! Get the hazelnut coffee when fresh

When it comes to a franchise establishment, Panera Bread makes the top of my list. Here Im able to eat clean and enjoy my food as well. Just wish they brewed better tasting coffee and offered the dark roast all day. Plus it's convenient, I work across the parking lot.

Must be bad karma as to why I have such problems here. Incredible how long I have to wait for a latte. Once ordered iced coffee, they hand you a cup and you have to fill it up yourself; of course the pitcher ran out of iced coffee, and refill wasn't forthcoming so I topped it off with hot coffee. Two weeks ago I was waiting so long for my latte, only to find out it hadn't been put in correctly and the barista didn't have it. Unhygenic looking servers, trainers and mgrs. Why do I keep ending up here? I'm not masochistic, but belong to a meet-up group that gets together here, but I find I attend less because I don't like this place.

The perfect place!! I come here multiple times whether for an early morning study session or a quick bite to eat for lunch/dinner. The last 2 times I've been here I had the BBQ Chicken Salad. I'm addicted! It's always busy but I've never had to wait more than 6-10 min for my food (which is nothing!) All the staff is great.

As a pregnant lady, one of my consistent go-to's seems to be Panera Bread. I frequent a few Panera locations- Southgate, Woodhaven, as well as this one in Canton. This one does have a drive-thru, which I have never used, but I would consider that a plus. They always seem to be quite busy, but I would comment that their parking lot is a bit of a hassle, due to the horseshoe shape and the drive thru line winding its way through most of the lot and cars can't get around. The food is consistent, and I was actually asked what side I wanted to go with my meal, which doesn't happen very often nowadays (it seems they are pushing the bread by not telling you about the chips or apple) I don't think I'll be able to go there in the mornings- because I'm sure it's crazy!

I docked a star for having a timeout for wifi that is way to short. I haven't noticed if this was all Panera Bread locations or just this one, but I don't recall having an issue at other locations. Staff were fine, plenty of seating even with the amount of traffic.

I'm a big fan of Panera and this location is within walking distance of my office. When they first opened I overdosed on Panera. The great thing about this place is the variety. I can eat here all the time and not eat the same thing too often. They have a huge menu and all of it is good. The thing that really ROCKS about this location is the drive-thru they just opened! I think they are still working out some of the kinks because it can be a bit slow going through it, buy by winter time when you really would rather stay in your car, it will be awesome! Some of my current favorites: bear claw, low-fat black cherry smoothie (YUM), low-fat chicken noodle soup, and the Asian Chicken salad!!

Great Soups, Salads and Sandwiches. I liked the Thai chicken flatbread sandwich. All the soups are delicious. A bit overpriced.

This location is super busy even off peek hours. Be prepared to wait in line to be served by a employee that looks like they just want to be put out of their misery. The store really seems like they need to schedule twice the amount of employees. One to ring the register and the other to run and pack the orders. They do have a drive-thru so yo may be better off waiting in your car rather then inline.

Everything here is top notch. The service especially is always on point. This is always going to be a go to spot! Love Panera and this location! Keep it up!

Ordered through drive thru and took food home. My wife enjoyed her soup and sandwich but I did not. I thought the chicken and wild rice soup to be on the cool side and the smoked turkey grilled sandwich felt as though it was old and waiting to be served. Very unsatisfied as this is not a cheap place to eat

Panera is Panera. Food is good, staff is friendly, wifi is available. One thing I will say about this particular location is that they are very efficient and swift in making sure that the coffee is fresh. The bakery items are quality. The salads are fresh. A huge benefit to this location is that they have a drive through which makes it a nice alternative to McD and the like. I always add a bakery item to my sandwich or salad for $.99. Overall, it is always a solid lunch option that you can take your mom or grandma to.

I like to go there on Tuesdays. For 6.99 one can get thirteen bagels. The place is clean.

I've been to Panera in Canton twice now for lunch with a friend. The place is relaxing and the voices never get so loud that it's hard to converse. We don't feel rushed to get out of there so that someone else can have our table. The people taking the orders and the people circulating in the dining areas have been very friendly and helpful. Everything I've had at Panera has been decent to pretty darn good from a chain restaurant. Nice soups, sandwiches and salad, and also some sweet treats and tea or coffee. The hazelnut coffee smelled heavenly! The parking lot is a bit frantic in front of the door, because the drive through and the handicapped parking often interfere with each other. I accidentally missed the driveway and ended up next door at the (closed?) carpet store, and there was plenty of parking just over the grassy divider. If the traffic on Ford Road is too thick for your taste, turn north onto Lilley and use the back road to approach Panera from the back side. You can leave the same way, using the light at Lilley to give you a chance to get back out into traffic. Learned that trick from my friend, who lives near there. Free Wi-Fi.

Not worth the price! I ordered a turkey BLT avocado sandwich and spent close to $9...the mayonnaise was not even spread on the bread, but was left in one big clump in the middle of the bread. The meat was also not spread over the whole sandwich, but instead in one big layered clump on the other side of the mayo and the avocado was brown. The bread was also soggy! If I'm spending $9 on a sandwich, I at least expect you to take the time to construct it instead of just throwing it on two pieces of bread and calling it a day. The sandwich was also really small! They should also specify on the menu if it's just a regular sandwich or panini, instead of listing them all together without any descriptions. I was under the impression (as was the lady in front of me who ordered a different sandwich) that I was getting a panini, since it was listed under paninis. Also, I went on my lunch break so I was in a little bit of a rush, and the cashier spent a lot of time holding my credit card and chatting to someone who ran in the door, cut in front of me in line, and continued to hold a conversation with her. The cashier finished her conversation (after taking my order) before she swiped my card. The conversation revolved around how she may or may not be leaving to go to a new location and that depends on the managers there and how she used to be a manager but it's not worth it and on and on and on as I'm waiting for her to finish my order so I can get my food and get back to work. There was a very long line behind me as well! Total disregard for the customers.

Been in this place a few times because it is close to my wife's work. Food is good, but many times the dinning area is in need of cleanup. Kinda ruins the atmosphere.

Panera has a nice variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads as well as bakery items. Everyone from meat lovers to veggie lovers can find something to enjoy.... Prices are a little on the pricey side, but the amound of food you receive is substantial for the price. They have a lot of nice combo's for lunch/dinner (soup/sandwich or soup/salad), etc. The thing that sets this Panera aside is the drive thru! I had never been to a Panera with a drive thru before moving to Canton.... It's a little slow, but if you don't want to get out of your car, it's a great option.

There are so many good things here! The soup, halzenut coffee, bagels...it's all making my mouth water! I find this place so relaxing for breakfast...even though they do get pretty busy! The hours are great for any time of day. They open really early and stay open late (10pm). But I also love the fact that this location has a drive-thru!

Customer service here is sub par to say the least. I was never greeted by anyone nor thanked for my order. I placed an order for breakfast and was jaded a receipt with no further instructions. The cashier never looked at me put my receipt on the counter and finished slicing her bagels. If you want good Service from this place go through the drive thru they seem to actually being at work which is more than I can say for this cashier this morning! Pretty bummed I could have kept driving to Starbucks
