Best fro yo ever! Love it! Staff are awesome too. Love going here for dessert with the family. My daughter loves to draw on the chalkboard too.

As soon as you walk into Menchie's you can't help but smile! The atmosphere is bright, cheerful and welcoming. The friendly staff keeps the space clean and the toppings full! The frozen yogurt her is soooo delicious and there are nearly a dozen flavors to choose from. I like that there are sample cups available for customers so you can taste several flavors before settling on one. Yes, the yogurt here isn't cheap but you can always get a Smileage Club card to earn points for rewards every time you make a purchase. So go ahead and treat yourself to Menchies and have a "smiley day"!!!

This place is great! Good selection of toppings, cute environment. We went mid May on a Friday night and I felt like I was at a Justin Bieber concert because it was PURE teenage girls... but what can I say, I love my froyo. It didnt deter me from waiting in the line that was out the door to get the product.

Menchie is a fun place to visit and I am happy to see a local business do well in a down economy. Product is fresh and tasty just like everyone is saying and staff is friendly They have been open a few months and this place gets crowded fast mostly because Canton people want to see the "new baby" Be patient as the spoiled Indian kids from the neighborhood like to push and shove in the yogurt line. They could add an extra table or two if they removed the t shirt racks, stuffed toys, pencils etc. that few people will buy. I think they will have a good run for a few years before the excitement wears off.

Menchie's is a great place for a treat! The place is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the product is high quality. We walked in and an employee greeted us with a smile, told us how it worked, etc. They have tons of delicious flavors to choose from and tons of toppings. The fruit was fresh and the other topping were too! The variety was more than I think you would normally see at a frozen yogurt place, they had everything from Fruit to Lucky Charms to Peanut butter syrup! I will definitely be back! Tip: Just remember you are charged by the ounce. $0.46/ oz.

This place is really good! Staff are really kind, and the most important, they got teally delicious tastes!

Took the kids here on a whim just assuming it was another ice cream place, but were pleasantly surprised that we were wrong. It's a make your own frozen yogurt joint. First impression - it was CLEAN. Yes, it's new, but the employee out front was wiping down areas that already looked clean so my guess is that it will stay this way. The employees are FRIENDLY! She welcomed us, told us how it all worked, and rang us up with a smile. She even gave the kids chalk to write on the board on the wall. We interacted briefly with the owners, both who see like genuinely nice people. The fruit and candy toppings were all fresh, and there is a great selection of yogurt flavors. You can make your froyo as healthy or as sinful as you like. It's a great option if you have younger children as you can make them a reasonable portion size. All in all, everybody can find something they like here.

Menchies has the best frozen yogurt I've ever had, they are always coming out with new tasty flavors.. the staff there is very friendly, I love it here!

I was disappointed one day when my daughter was playing with the chalk on the board and the little snot nosed teenager boy came and took it away from her. Generally the workers are friendly but this one kid was a turd nugget. Normally they never care about her playing with it and she enjoys it. They usually smile and tell her how nice her "drawing" is. If you are kind to my kids, you get my business and praise and tips. If you aren't, you hit the bottom of the barrel. They have a decent selection of FROYO and a decent selection of toppings. There are better places but its a decent place to stop into.

We thought we'd give this place a try and all 3 of us were impressed. The choice of frozen yogurt flavors makes you want to add more than one to your cup. The huge selection of toppings made it fun to customize your creation. It's a fun place to go and it was very clean and the people were friendly and welcoming. Your creation is weighed and priced at about 50 cents an ounce. For a large cup with multiple toppings, I paid a little over $4.00. If you want a great place to go for frozen yogurt give it a try!

I have never been one to visit places dedicated to frozen yogurt, but I thought, well.....you only live once. FROYO!!! This place is awesome. First of all, each machine has 2 flavors that compliment each other, in case you want to swirl the flavors, which is a great idea. I chose to swirl up the Pink Lemonade with the Watermelon Sorbet. What a tangy and tart combo. For my mix-ins (and they have a ton) I chose a bunch of fresh fruit. Let me tell you, KIWI on fro-yo is amazing!!! I came to this place after going to Liberty Fest. A perfect ending to an awesome day. I shall be back to Menchies for more smiles.

Super cute but very busy! The owner is super sweet and even tho it gets chilly in the room, I love their yogurt! A typical California yogurt place but since I am not in California, I will take it!

Don't come here during prime time or on a weekend because it is always a zoo. Kids everywhere and there will be a wait. I will say though, even when it is chaotic they manage to keep it clean and staff always have smiley, helpful attitudes. I am not a huge fan of the marketing products in the store, I would prefer it just be ummm yogurt but I'm sure they make money and it helps promote product. It just seems to clutter it up. I like the varieties here. You can find lowfat, nonfat, no sugar added, tart, you name it. The nutritional info and allergy advisories are easy to obtain, great for if you need lower sugar, gluten free or any of the like. Also all the options seem to be quite tasty regardless of content. If you can make me a tasty no sugar added live culture frozen yogurt with truly great fresh toppings, well you have a fan. This helps me with my food rationalizations tremendously. My husband and I got reasonably portioned creations with small additions of fruit so it was not too awfully spendy. Be careful though it does add up. I saw someone who must have had at least a 10 buck creation get a serious case of sticker shock from across the room, obviously he is not a yogurt shop regular or anything. It kind of made me giggle when his jaw dropped. I think the rating will go up as the weather turns cold and we go at less peak times. I do like this place quite a bit despite the sometimes unsupervised sugar crazed kidlets.

I was in town for the Canton Cup and we stopped in for a treat. All I have to say is YUM! Great selection of toppings and very friendly staff.

The yogurt and the toppings are wonderful but they are so overpriced here. My kids love coming here but don't plan on walking out spending less than $20 for 3 or 4 people. I think one time mine was $8. Which is a little nutty for a dessert.

A 2-star rating is described by yelp as "Meh. I've experienced better" and I couldn't agree more. This place was SWAMPED and I don't know why, because Yogurt City is way better. They were out of several yogurts, which was disappointing, and I wasn't crazy about the toppings. (light on fruit, heavy on sweets...and no CHEESECAKE which I love.) The rest of you can keep your Menchies, I'll be over at YC!

  • Kat M.

I love this store!!! The staff are super helpful and polite. And happy to be working here. I love it. Yogurt shop in Michigan in February and it was crazy busy. In a well oiled machine type way. The store is super clean well organized. Cannot wait to come back. I got a Menchies card to collect smiles gonna go home and register is for 25 free smiles at 50 you get $5.00 off your next purchase. Seen this company on under cover boss loved that show. My daughter turned me on to them they have one next to Outback in Novi. I happen to stop on Valentines Day free waffle bowl day. And it is New York cheese yogurt month that and some dark chocolate cheese cake sprinkles n lol forgot fudge syrup topping. Wow it was soooo good. I love the make your own so I can have a lil bit of this and that enough to satisfy your cravings and not go over crazy unless it's one of those days.

I was craving something sweet after a fairly salty meal and found Menchies on GoogleMaps. The staff is pretty friendly and there is a lot of pink everywhere. I was surprised to see branding everywhere from stuffed animals to water bottles. The toppings bar is extensive although I was so disappointed that there were no mochi bits! The flavors on tap tonight were interesting - I definitely went with the basics - original tart and tart black cherry. I tried the watermelon sorbet and it tasted like crushed dumdums - not entirely appealing. The pistachio was unexpectedly savory - I almost spat it out. Overall, cute place. Their spoons are super nice too - I totally thought they would charge me for one! They're great quality and I'm definitely recycling it for my work lunches.

Very clean and very nice people. Lots of toppings and great yogurt flavored. Cheers from the Army guys from New England.

It's ok. Flavor and texture was pretty good. Just not a huge fan of frozen yogurt. Cute colors and decor. Shared my cookies and cream with wife's cheese cake yogurt. Wife liked it more than I did.

I'm IN LOVE with this place....LOVE LOVE LOVE!! First off the place is super cute inside & they sell Menchie stuff like shirts and stuffed toys. This location has the friendliest staff ever and they keep the place very clean. Now onto the yogurt....i believe they had about 10 different flavors and you can try them all out on your own which is great if you really WANT to try a lot out and don't want to feel all weird asking for another and another AND another. So this is a Do it Yourself kind of place, grab a bowl and pick a yogurt flavor or 2 or 3. Put in as much of that yummy flavor into your bowl you want....my 2 favorites are Tart and Fruit Punch. Next is the Topping Bar, they have all kids of fresh fruits, cereals, chocolates, candy, mochi, caramel, butterscotch, fudge, whipped cream & cherries.....it's endless. Then they weigh it for you and tell you to "Have a Smiley Day" you grab a cute colorful spoon and ask for a free sticker. Enjoy! Don't forget to get a Smileage Club card to earn points for rewards every time you make a purchase

Really good frozen yogurt! You'd think you are eating ice cream, but depending on the size you "pour" it isn't as bad! I wanted to get some as a dessert after dinner so I stopped by. The poor young lady in the middle of the restaurant, by the register noticed I was confused so she stopped to explain "the drill". You choose either a waffle cone or a bowl and then pick your choice of yogurt or sorbet. They have plenty of options (low cal/low carb/low sugar). They had 14 flavors to choose from. Then they have a "toppings" bar where you can add anything from pineapple to gummy worms (I have no clue why you would want to add gummy worms, but I suppose if you ask a 6 year old it's a great idea). They also have sauces to choose from. I bypassed those, so I am not sure of the options. They have a few seats inside, but a lot of seats outside. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty crowded, but everyone knew what to do, so it went pretty quickly. It's on the pricier side (you pay by the ounce, so if you add a lot of toppings you will spend a lot of $$), but they have a rewards card you can use... I have to give credit to the young lady working the cash register, Jessica. She was so kind to everyone and as they paid she said "Have a smiley day". It may be mandatory for her to say that, but she didn't sound like it! I'll visit again!

I've have been to Menchie's several times and I think it's just okay. I'm not saying it's terrible by any means. My point is that I've tasted better frozen yogurt elsewhere. The frozen yogurt doesn't taste real to me, if that makes sense. But a plus for Menchie's is that they have a HUGE toppings bar. Everything you think of to put on top of frozen yogurt is there. The smileage reward card is also a nice thing to have. Every once in a great while you basically get a free cup of froyo. Who can beat that?! Anyway, I'm not docking anyone who thinks this place is great. That's fine with me. My only thing is that I've tasted much better. So 3 stars (A-OK).

  • Emily P.

They answer the phone "It's a smiley day here at Menchie's!!" and when you leave they say "Have a smiley day!!" As much as this terrifies me and makes me think I'm in Saw XVI and don't know it yet, their product is good and the place is always clean. They always have at least two sugar free/no sugar added flavors which IS MY END GAME when it comes to fro yo. Most other places don't (trust me, I have called every single one in the tri-county area and interrogated them).

  • Nathasja T.

Yay- we have a Menchies! I like this place, it is like an insane dessert buffet happy kinda store. As a rough estimate there is about 10 different flavors at any time. Two flavors without sugar added, two sorbets and the rest are interesting flavors like chocolate covered banana, snickerdoodle, peanut butter etc. My favorite has always been the actual tart yogurt variety of frozen yogurt, and thankfully amidst the sweet flavors Menchies has that as well. The topping bar has anything from regular items such as fresh strawberries and bananas to chocolate chips, but also holds more interesting items such as carob chips, mochi's, lucky charms and orange caviar-like balls. There is peanutbutter sauce, marshmallow, caramel and hot fudge sauces which you can add to top off your creation. The benefits of frozen yogurt are obvious, it is lower in fat than ice cream. So long as you stick to a sensible amount of yogurt with reasonable toppings, you can actually walk away with a semi conscious treat! Of course, that may be a little hard to do. A con could be that if you are not careful you can walk away with an expensive bill, as the price is calculated based off of weight.

I'm a hairstylist @ westbrook salon in the parking lot of menchies. This place has it all, I am constantly telling myself that it shoudnt count as lunch. I have decided that since it's frozen yogurt and there are Soo many fruit toppings that it counts as lunch. Tried and loved a ton of thier flavors. Just fun to see what I can create every time I go...

Menchie's is great! I recommend them all the time! lots of flavors and toppings, but the downside is it is incredibly expensive!
