I am writing this review based on one time experience only. So, I moved to the area and got a coupon via mail that I will get a large one topping pizza for free. The coupon also said additional toppings extra. I said lets try it out since I love Jets Pizza in Dearborn. The experience was a little underwhelming. The manager was rude and told flat out that extra toppings can not be done when the coupon explicitly says otherwise. And when I got the pizza, it was less in cheese, flavor. What is the point of sending a free pizza coupon when you can't woo new customers? If you do not like my money in future, I do not have to give it to you.

Rarely am I disappointed when ordering from this Jets location. Sad part is, the Palmer location is literally .8 miles down the st, but I prefer Cherry Hill bc they actually listen to what you ask for and are timely with delivery. Keep it up guys :)

We tried this jets location for the first time this weekend and were very disappointed. WAY overpriced especially considering all the other places in the area offering great deals. I couldn't believe what my friend paid for the order, even he admitted it was a insane price for what we ordered and knew it was dumb of him. Next time we'll go with tormina's, same amount of food, better quality, half the price! Also the delivery took forever which didn't help.

We love Jets pizza! A large deep dish with pepperoni, sausage and green olives is what we always order. The flavor is great and there is always enough for a few dinners/lunches. They have also have a thin crust and round/hand tossed pizza. Plenty of options for meat lovers or vegetarians! They also have great sandwiches, salads, chicken wings and breadsticks. They deliver or you can get a take out order. It's a little pricey, but you can generally get coupons in the paper, fliers or online.

We were there 2 weeks ago and my husband called in and ordered two pizzas and a steak and cheese sub. He gets there and they can't find his order so he ended up having to wait 25 min for the order to get done. Then he asked the cashier if they would do something for loosing the order and the cashier didn't say anything and still charged him for everything. Even when my husband showed the manager their phone number on his phone to prove that he called and ordered. They never apologized or compensated for the mistake they made on their part. We won't be back. We even contacted customer service and reported it but never even got a response from them either.

I ordered online, it was easy. The delivery guy was quick and friendly. The pizza was so delicious! Deep dish supreme style with amazing crust. I love Jets. They didn't fail me.

Although the pizza is delicious, they always forget the sauce or the correct salad dressing! So frustrating!!

I usually order Jets when I want a carry out or delivery in the area.Sure this is not the best place you can get pizza but I actually think they have the best Square pizza in the area. There is not too much sauce, the outer crust is done well and the toppings are fresh. The people are also always friendly.

We have ordered from this Jet's a few times a month for more than two years. Overall, they are excellent. We have one complaint but its a significant one that is a management problem that could be fixed. If it were not that this Jet's consistently makes us a properly done Jet's Deep Dish, we would not be customers, due to a weak point. The critical mission of a Franchise store is to consistently deliver what Corporate has assigned to the brand. Happy's Pizza stores fail in this enough that I do not do business with any Happy's. This Jet's store repeatedly fails to deliver Jet's trade mark round pizza properly cooked. When a Jet's round pizza is properly cooked, it has few equals. Too often, this Jet's falls down on the job by either overheating the bottom of the crust or by leaving it in too long. My guess is this happens because the prep doesnt know (or track) the maximum time a pizza should remain on each shelf. A few times, we have had a round that was taken out before the bottom was overcooked and rubbery (like you get from one of the cheap pizza places like Little Caesar's or Hungry Howies who focus on low price and volume of food per dollar over quality.) If we wanted glutton pie we would save a buck or two & gorge at the trough of the cardiologist's business partner, food-by-the ton, $5 a session Cissy Whale Pizza. If you know what a Jet's pizza is supposed to be, getting one overcooked on the bottom (dark brown) & hard to separate slices is taste bud infuriating. A pizza crust shouldn't chew like used (preowned?) bubble gum. This tendency to over heat the bottom of round pizzas is rather unique to this store in how often it happens. I wish they would resolve the problem so we do not have to stop elsewhere when we want a decent round pizza. This isn't a delivery problem. We always pick up pizzas to get them fresh & it is not a late pickup matter, as we always have to wait for our order to be taken from the oven. No, we are not customers blaming the cook for a bad waitress. We are criticising the pizza prep for excessive bad timing.

Its pizza. You are a franchise, can it really be so hard? After moving into my husband's house, I had to forward all of my mail through the post office.... And I think that is how I obtained a lot of little coupons and other fun things. Jets Pizza was one of those coupons- a free two topping pizza! Sign me up! But, unfortunately, my enthusiasm did not last that long.... I called to order the pick-up and was put on hold for about 13 minutes, which seemed a little long for a Wednesday but ok... I guess... it is a pizza place. Then a girl picked up the phone and asked if I wanted pick up or delivery. I responded with "pick-up." Move along to the next step "ok, what do you want?" I began my order with "we will take a..." but quickly interrupted with "what is your name?" "Jaclyn..." I responded. "Ok, what do you want to order...?" The girl said. "we will take a large....." "What is your phone number?" to which I responded. "Now, can I take you order?" "Sure! We will take a large two topping pizza with pepperoni and sausage...." You know the usual stuff with the flavored crust, blah blah blah.... I was interrupted again and she repeated back the completely wrong order. Sigh... Let's do this again. Attempt two... we made it through, finally but we also must have thrown in a curve ball because we asked for a garlic bread or cheesy bread... whatever they had. She asked what toppings I wanted on it. Since I never thought about it, I asked her what toppings one would usually get on it. She snotted back "well, any topping you want..." Oh, ok... cheese is good for me. She then rattled off the total and hung up. So, I called back to get the amount of time it might take before we can go pick it up. And a little more sass.... I sent my husband out to get the pizza and the cheese bread. The pizza was cold.... Not as in it sat anywhere too long as in it wasn't cooked all the way through and it wasn't cut. After all the nonsense, we didn't even bother calling back. We ate the bread and made some other food for dinner. Way to go, Jet's pizza. We will not be back! So much for a free pizza!

I have been ordering from this location for about two years for business luncheons and feeding a hungry crowd of about forty. The drivers are always on time, the pizzas are hot and the salads are crisp. The staff always gives positive comments. Today I needed to order an impromptu luncheon on a very limited budget and very limited time to deliver. Rob the manager assisted me with the ordering. The driver was there within three minutes of when we needed. Kudos to you guys and thanks. We'll be calling again and again.
