Staff was fast and friendly. They even came right back to me when I had to get out of line for a phone call. Breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh, coffee was piping hot and delicious, actually tasted like coffee which is huge. I didn't know about the free donut with a combo on Tuesdays, and they actually offered it instead of not giving me the perk. Great job guys.

I have been to hundreds of DD and this is the worst by far. Coffee was cold and chicken biscuit was hard as a ROCK! Bread was hard and chicken was hard. Of course I was 5 miles down the road and late for appointment so no breakfast for me. The guy couldn't even say chicken biscuit. These people pinch every penny even if it means losing a customer.

I visit many Dunkin Donuts. Some may say I have an addiction. So I know what I'm talking about when I rate this Dunkin sub-par. These people do not know how to make iced coffee. I don't know if they never took chemistry but they load it with so much sugar that it won't dissolve. So I'm left crunching on sugar with every sip. This has happened both times I've been there so I'm pretty sure it's a recurring problem. Maybe they need better training.

The drive thru is a complete travesty. Ordered a sausage croisanwich combo and they forgot my hash browns. Ordered a 25 assorted munchkins and asked for no jelly and got several jelly ones.

Ordering through the drive thru is ALWAYS an ordeal. I go 3 Sunday morning's a month to get 2 coffees a donut and a bagel. I get cut off with..."anything else?" after any single thing I say. They rush through your order which would be fine if they were efficient but they aren't. I constantly have to repeat my order and sometimes even or order all over again at the window. 1/4 of the time they are out of the donut I ordered. Thumbs down!

This is the second DD in MI [M-O-U-S...] that I've found to be sub-par. This is not what Dunkies should be, folks! I got some baked goods and some bagels and they were stale, staler, and stalest. So sad. Worse, the coffee just tasted off, as if either the beans had gone stale before brewing and/or they used real milk and it was starting to turn. Drinkable, but just barely. I give them a star for having a really friendly and speedy person working the drive-thru. Other than that, ugh.

This review is for this location, not DD in general. (I have 5 starred a different location.) This location (since it reopened after being shut down for a couple years) has been around about 4 or so years. It is the closest to me house but the one I frequent the least. Still I've probably been there about 30 or so times. The food quality is par with other Dunkin Donuts, but the service and beverage quality are subpar. This place takes forever! The Plymouth location can get through a 12 person line in the time it takes this location to get to the 2nd person in line. And every beverage (usually iced coffee or hot chocolate) I've ever had here has been very poor - usually watery. When I do stop in now I only get a bottled drink. If I want a DD drink I'll add 20 minutes to my commute and go to another store.

Typical D&D. Good coffee, although not as good as Starbuck's or Biggby's. I went to this location because it was close to my hotel and it had a drive through.

Stale donuts that ended up in the trash. I will drive further in the future for better quality. There were three tasters and we all agreed they were some of worst donuts we had ever tasted.

Dunkin Donuts seem to be the only place open on Christmas. I needed coffee new respect for Dunkin Donuts.
