Delicious! The place is very clean and inviting, with tons of options. Everyone working there was extremely nice and helpful and the food was delicious! I'm definitely going back for the nachos!

This place reminds me of a Taco Bell version of Subway. It's not a bad place to go if that's what you're looking for.

People were not very friendly. Everything seemed to cost extra. Just for 2 veggie tacos with a small (not even filled) cup of guac and some chips was $10. That didn't include a drink. Guac was made with underripe avocados and not very flavorful. Got less food and cost more than my normal Chipotle order. Definitely won't be back.

The food was great and we enjoyed ourselves out under the umbrellas and the service was great. We sat outside and the gentleman continued to check in us while we were there. Normally a place like this, they don't bother to check on you after you purchase. Great job.

I really wanted to like this place, and we have been 3 or 4 times hoping that the experience would get better. The restaurant it self is nice, clean and well presented. I think my main gripe is the meat. The chicken is drenched in some kind of watery sauce/grease mix. I'm sure this is suppose to add to the flavor, but it ends up making the whole taco / burrito / quesadilla one big watery mess. When you pick up your taco, the chicken juices start dripping out and you have to hold it over your plate. When they scoop out the chicken, they have to hold it over the pan for a few seconds to let it drain. To be fair, I haven't tried the beef or pork. Every time I go in, I get the chicken... hoping it has improved. But like I said, I want to like this place. We don't have a chipotle in Brighton, this is as close as it gets. Fix the chicken recipe and you will have a customer for life!!

Man I love me some Salsaritas. I recently discovered their carry out option. You can get tacos with all the fixin's for 4, 8, or 12 people. They put the toppings in separate containers so it will keep for a day or two if you don't finish it. The toppings are the best part, cuz you get to pick from grilled veggies, corn and beans, fresh tomatoes, beef, chicken, pork, onions, jalapenos, cheese, caso, and a whole bunch more. Everything is extremely fresh. I just wish it was easier to get to, cuz I don't shop at the Roundabout Mall very often

The exact same idea as Chipotle, Qdoba, et al. Decent food served as you like it magically "Made in front of your very eyes!!!". Specials every weekday that all include a drink. There is a bar, there is no alcohol (according to the person I talked to Green Oak Twp ran out of licenses), but you won;t miss it. Eat some food and then go next door to BW3's to drink.

Nice staff, really clean. We are qudoba people and the flavor here is just not up to par. The salsa was bland, and the queso seemed watered down with little flavor and no zip. The chicken had nice flavor but overall our burritos were very bland with little taste. We were pretty bummed out and expected more.

Meh. I wanted to like this place, my friend says it's better than my usual quick go-to burrito place. The first problem is that Salsarita's is expensive! I got a small burrito bowl, added queso to it, and it ended up being $9! I have food allergies so I'm limited as to what kind of salsa I can have (only the corn salsa) and I was given maybe a tablespoon full. And that's probably being generous. When I asked for more, the girl working rolled her eyes. I'm sorry if you're having a bad day or hate your job but I didn't realize I was making an unrealistic request. My other gripe is that the items are sitting in some sort of water, so when I get my food everything's in at least 1/4 inch of this liquid. It was completely unappetizing. I ended up pouring it out to try to salvage my meal, which was completely lackluster. The chicken had good flavor, but the beans were obviously straight from a can. Nothing had any seasoning or flavor other than the chicken, which seems so odd. Sorry Salsarita's, I'm sticking with other options. It's not me, it's totally you.

It's a Subway but for Burritos, tacos, taco salad, Mexican pizzas that's about it. The taste is ok. What really bothered me though was the way the staff treated me. The menu is very confusing and the choices are not that clear. When I asked a question they made me feel like I was a moron Instead of helping me decide what I wanted. Yeah it's only burritos and maybe I am a moron. I am just tired of so much rudeness

I stumbled into this place after shopping it was pretty good. It was a tad bit pricey BUT it was filling. The chips and queso were slammin'. I ordered a burrito bowl it was very tasty. The black beans had a good flavor but the beef wasn't all that great. The sweet tea was delish!! I may go back if I find myself in the area again. :)

Salsaritas Fresh Cantina is my little secret when my wife drags me to take pictures at Portrait Inovations. Once the pictures are taken I take my two sons down from some tacos and chips. We sit and hang out while Mom selects the photos. For vegans this is a great option you can chose lots of toppings including black beans, refried beans, guac, three different salsas etc.

Nice, clean, bright and colorful when you walk in. The menu is simple and straightforward. I got a Taco Salad with pulled pork and anything you want for toppings including a good flavored sour cream in a shell. Everything I had was very fresh. It was really good food and everyone else had nothing but positive comments on the food. My daughter thought it would be dangerous to have one too close to home but I think I could develop self control. Give it a try.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
