I'm from Boston so I've never been to one of these places before, but I think if I was from the area, I'd go here again. I stopped in for a quick lunch with my family, and although my initial impression of the place (very casual, seat-yourself, chain, almost fast-food type of place), led me to believe I'd be getting a glorified microwave meal, my actual experience was much better. Service was friendly and quick, and my vegetable stir fry tasted fresh and included a variety of veggies, not just the standard pepper and onion mix I've gotten at other places. The best part for me though, was the pita bread! It was fresh, hot, and slightly buttered, which was worlds away from the thin, tasteless pitas I usually get with Greek salads. My family, who comes often, said their spinach pie and rice pudding is delicious, so if I ever do come here again, that's probably what I'd try.

We love this place great food and good staff. We like to get Carrie she is the best waitress. She defiantly deserves a good tip every time.

I come here often and although it is cheap and quick I can not stand the serving staff. I was there for lunch the other day and they were cleaning the triangles on the leather booths during their shifts with 409. So, they had a dirty rag in their hand and scrubbing with chemicals and serving food as well. They kept talking about how gross the seats were and the scum wasn't coming off and look how dirty this towel is. Then, they bring me my salad...yum I just thought it was in poor taste to do that during a lunch shift right in front of people while eating. At least close the back part of a section and clean those. There are plenty of other coneys in Brighton to go to

If you're hung over, or still even a little drunk, this is the place for you. My favorite hang over spot. You can get breakfast whenever you want. That's the best thing ever. Foods always good. I don't know why people complain about it. It's a Coney Island, not a fancy sit down five star restaurant. It's cheap food and it's great for the price point.

The star I gave was for our waitress who did a great job. First of all, we ate there cause we were staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door and we saw that we could watch the Tiger's game while we ate - even though the TV's were small and hard to see. I ordered cheese and spinach pie and my husband ordered fried chicken. The "pie" was lukewarm and one of the pieces of chicken was raw and cold. When I asked the waitress, she said the pie was frozen and they heat it on the grill. So we ordered coconut cream pie to get something that would taste good. She said they just sold the last piece. She asked if she could bring us a hot fudge Sunday and she would only charge us for that. It was okay. We tipped her more than the bill for her outstanding effort to make up for the bad food. Wouldn't eat there again, though. At least the Tiger's won.

Since I work at the big orange store across the parking lot it's really nice to be able to walk over for lunch. The food is consistently good, and quick to the table. All in all a nice place for a quick bite. Best meal so far ? The michigan salad! A must try it!!!

Leo's is one of my favorite coney island places. I enjoy their fish and chips as well as their Chicken Finger Pita. I like the pita with tzadziki sauce on it. I enjoy their greek salad as well. I brought my dad and he hadn't been to a Leo's in a long time but used to love their Lemon Rice soup. He ordered that and said it was just like he remembered it. The waitstaff is very nice and to go orders are always hot and it's ready when you get there.

Your standard Leo's Coney Island. But I'd have to say it's a favorite of mine because the service is really quick and friendly. They will get your order in quick and keep your beverages full. They make one of the better Hani's that I have tasted (Chicken Finger Pita). The pita bread is always soft and fresh and they don't use cheap chicken breasts like some other restaurants do. Coneys are AOK, too. Stay away from the Greek dishes, they are not that good, except for the Lemon Rice soup which is tasty. We hardly ever go here for breakfast, but it is always crowded, so they must be doing something right for the morning crowd.
