I HAVE to write this review because I don't want you to miss out on a good opportunity. I love my pizza and usually order Jets. I've also gone through a Primos phase. I wanted something other then Jets, I was a little burnt out. After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant to try this Dominos but.... My pizza was delicious. I ordered the HANDMADE PAN Hawaiian pizza (not to be confused with hand tossed). Handmade Pan is described as, "two layers of cheese, toppings to the edge, and a crust that bakes up golden and crispy with a buttery taste." I'm very picky about meat on my pizza. I've had bad experiences. The ham and bacon are fresh and cooked until crispy. You really can't go wrong with cheese...the sauce is flavorful yet not overpowering. The crust is crispy and YUM! I don't know if it's the Handmade Pan vs Hand Tossed, but I can't believe other reviewers have had such a bad experience. I think I'm nearly a pizza pro and this was a delicious pizza. Oh and I got the 50% online coupon so my pizza was only $6 buckaroos. They also delivered to me and I'm more than 2 miles away. I've had this pizza twice now and it's been great both times. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the best pizza I've ever had in my life, but for the price, speed, convenience, and quality, this is 5 stars, "as good as it gets."

It's been a while since I've had Domino's. Ever since the location in Berkley (great store/employees), which was close to me, closed over a year ago I haven't eaten anything from Domino's. I stopped at the Birmingham store on Woodward tonight & decided to try an Artisan pizza. The customer service was horrible. I was ignored by the employees and even heard them acknowledge that they knew that I had walked in... but they continued to ignore me. I don't appreciate being treated this way and do not plan to a visit another Domino's again. Thanks for being rude. As a token of appreciation, here is your one-star review. I'd give this location less than one star if I could.

Why........why do I do this to myself? Why do I continue to keep believing their ridiculous commercials about how they have changed? (I swear, if I ever see that stupid bastard who bangs the pizza down, cuts it, and complains that "These pizzas are worth at least TWICE what we are charging for them!" I am going to split his head open with his own damn peel.) I try to stay away from reviewing chains but in this case, people need to warned!!! It's got to be my own pathetic teenage nostalgia....must be..... I spent some formative years in the middle of nowhere down south where Domino's was all you had, I mean, literally.....that's it. But that being said, being 15 and having some asshat roll you up a wheel at 2AM while you sneak your Dad's beers.....optimistic that Headbangers Ball would soon start playing something besides that douche Bon Jovi.......the memory has teeth. I remember that as GOOD times and it is messing with me to this day. My wife thinks I am crazy to keep giving this crap chance after chance but now after last week, it truly is over......NEVER again. The latest experience: Last week the better half was hanging with the girls for drinks after work in Birmingham so I took the kids to Robot garage. I had noticed a coupon on the front of Woodward Talk for a large one item for 6 bones and of course, I am thinking ......what do I have to lose? (I had to wait for the wife to be AWOL for she would never authorize the visit no matter what the coupon said) It was seriously unbelievable how HIGH the counter staff was. This was a really good sign....for those of you who are uninitiated, burn outs make awesome wheel. They really do, I think they are just thinking about what kind of pie THEY would want right now and you usually get seriously hooked up with cheese/toppings, etc. Not this time however. It also took 3 dudes 12 minutes to try to figure out how to ring us up: "You do it, man" "No, YOU do it maaaan." "Uhh, I can't mannnn, give it to him dude" "Nu Uh, not me, Holmes" "Uhhhhh, uhhhhmmmmm, ok, man....that is uuuhhhhh $6.30.....giggle giggle giggle Uhhhm, here ya go....Wait man, is this their pizza bro?" And this was Friday night around 7:30 when I would'nt expect ANY pizza employee to have the TIME to even dick around... let alone be totally blown out. But I digress, at the time I was pretty jazzed (due to the aforementioned logic/experience of stymied pizza slingers) HOWEVER........Got it home and I was thoroughly disgusted. My 5 and 10 year olds were grossed out too. (It takes some seriously heinous wheel to puke these two out and this was a blue ribbon of pending vomit / stomach cramps/food poisoning, etc.... I was Soooo pissed .....NOW, I promise never ever again. Completely shitty product. Doesn't even taste like food....I swear the ingredients were lab created....tasted like Tom is churning out chemically laced pie while twisting his moustache...."Muuuuh Haaa Haaa Ha!" Looking forward to seeing this chain clamor for BK protection in the near future and good riddance. Going on ScottTrade now to short the stock.

Love Domino's pizza! I enjoy their artisan flat bread the most, really enjoy their new sauce. Ordering online is easy and the delivery guy came out during the winter vortex and was super sweet about it.

Ditto what Sarah Said regarding the new recipe, Sauce & Crust My route today got me know where near ZUMBA or Mr Kabob and I was more than hungry So having this Dominos number in my phone I called ahead when i was in Clawson, James took my order & told me about the 'deals' and when I arrived 12 minutes later it was READY. Both guys engaged me in 'Pizza Chat' and about the lack of DOMINOS on the eastside.. Got the Pie to the car & it was so VERY HOT that when I picked up the first slice . .. 3 of the pepperonis & some of the cheese slid off , onto my seat [ I do not say that as a complaint, but as a COMPLIMENT to the temperature ] James covered it in extra sauce per my request, and also had a heavy hand with the cheese & pepperonis It was cooked to perfection and the Garlic hint in the crust was VERY GOOD!

Good quick dinner option. I like their pastas and bread sticks, pizza though I don't order from here. They have yet to mess up an order or not provide great deals on food! One thumb up! Also, their pasta bowls are AWESOME!

My husband LOVES Dominos, but I was skepical. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very tasty and the wings were great. Non greasy and tasted fresh. Online oredering was smooth and the progress tracker was cool. The only reason I marked it down was the price that I thought was a little high.

I only live 1.2 miles away in Royal Oak and they would not deliver to me. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and said they don't deliver to Royal Oak. I checked the mileage and I am literally only 1.2 miles down the street!!! How rude!

I live less than 3 miles away and they can't deliver to my address. Referred me to another store 4 miles away. They don't deliver to my neighborhood either. Love Domino's Pizza, but this no delivery issue is a deal breaker for my family.

I think Domino's in general is a decent pizza joint. Not the best but not the worst. And I think one's idea of "decent" is always going to be influenced by what kind of pizza you grew up with and are acclimated to. In any case, my gripe with this domino's has nothing to do with the food and everything to do with the service. I walked in and ordered. I was told my order would take about fifteen minutes. When I returned after ten minutes to check in and wait inside, the staff was talking about me. They didn't say anything horrible lol. But they were just commenting to each other: "why is that lady back here? It's only been ten minutes!" Am I not allowed to be here?? I'll probably go back to this domino's because it's close to my house and is just more convenient for me. But not happy about my negative experience there.

Ok, I normally don't do chains....however...Domino's now has an expanded menu AND a new delicious recipe for their round pizza. The crust is much improved with an added garlic flavor but it doesn't taste too much like breaadstix. They have also finally made the improvement of adding enough cheese to their pizza without having to order double. Still offer fresh mushrooms....I am a fan.

My roommates and I decided to try Domino's after being bombarded by ads claiming they "reworked" the menu. It turns out it's the same old Domino's: over salted and gross. I confirmed what my taste buds were telling me through their website's nutritional info - ONE slice of domino's medium pizza (hand tossed crust with pepperoni) has 215 calories and a whopping 520 mg of salt... Plus the fake garlic powder sprinkled on the crust adds to the gross factor. There are too many decent pizza joints around to be wasting your time at Domino's. However, I will add that the online ordering was fast and easy to use although you did have to sign up to use it.
