What can I say about this Tim Hortons that you probably already don't know? Everyone is friendly and I have come in contact with. It's like a well oiled machine there. Someone takes orders someone execute them and even though I go get coffee every morning during the 9 o'clock rush they are consistent with getting me out of there on time in the drive-through or inside. I have been to other restaurants during the morning hours and this is by far the best with my time and money. I will continue to go there and get my coffee and be greeted by the friendly staff there. Yesterday they ran on the sleeves for coffee instead of just warning me that the coffee was hot they added an extra cup. They also let every customer ordering at the time I was there know why there was two cups. Thus far I have not had a bad experience here and would definitely recommend that you try it thank you

I went to this location the other night. Holy Kangaroo they had no idea what was going on. It took all the words I know to explain what I wanted. I failed at explaining. I got a large cup what looked like milk. It was no kidding a large cup of half and half and ice. What did I order you ask? A small regular coffee. I gave up and took a large ice coffee. After some explaining I ended up with a large light brown room temp coffee with no ice. They were sooo close. I saw the girl in the drive threw drop a bag of stuff on the floor, shake it off and hand it to the customer. I hear it is much better during the day.

For a factory fast food place, it does the job. This is my go-to coffee spot when I need a pick-me-up on the way to work or on the weekend. My girls love the donuts, but they are nothing to write home about. We all have bagels sometimes, but again nothing special. The adults in the house go for extra large double-doubles to drink with an odd hot chocolate or frappe thrown in from time-to-time. Unfortunately, service here is hit-or-miss, but I guess it's what I expect from this kind of place. They seem to be exceptionally thrown off when you order something that isn't ready, which is rare. I wish they would just say it's not ready or offer a substitute. Instead it always seems to cause a wait, then finally an explanation and offer to change the order. That said, the drive through staff is always friendly in the morning, and I expect they are used to people being grouch, because they are alway appreciative of an extra smile or how do while paying.

Ok let me start by saying, that this is the place that me and my wife frequents. We have been going to this one for the last 4 yrs, while we live out our lives in Belleville. Normally, their service has been exceptional, although lately they have been forgetting to put the sleeves that keep that coffee cup lukewarm in hand. But if you request they immediately put one on! Overall this Tim Horton's has melted our palettes great. But not tonight. Or rather this morning at 2:15am 11/21/2013, we pull in to the drive thru and I order our usual. My large green tea with two splenda's and my wife's English Toffee cappuccino. When we pull up to the window, we are greeted by this black girl, probably new, never seen her before, and she hands us our drinks, and I immediately ask, what's that? She replies, "your large iced sweet tea". I look at her in pure disbelief and chant out that I requested a large hot green tea with 2 splenda. So she offers a quick sorry and goes about making me a new one. Then she comes back and says, "now it will be $3.60 not 3.53. We pay the lady and drive off. On our way home my wife realizes that her English Toffee cappuccino is hot water with hardly any sugar!!! Total waste of time and effort. At this late an hour, did not feel like going back there to start a fight with this young lady. :-(

How have I never reviewed my go to Timmie's? Not too much to say. They have great cheap coffee. I always get the biggest one. In the old days I did triple triples or double doubles, now I just get triple cream and either do a sugar free syrup add or just add my own agave or stevia (yes I bring crap like this with me). I know, sad right? The mochas here as I recall are half hot chocolate and half coffee and are really tasty. The bonus of a Timmies coffee is normally it runs under two bucks. Even if you get fancy or go gigantor you will never pay more than three bucks. They guarantee a pot change minimally every 20 minutes so you will always get fresh. It does not last that long at all in the mornings. Bagels in here are decent as are the muffins (chocolate chip with sugar sprinkles on top!). I am not a huge Timmie donut fan in the states though, the ones in Canada dipped in chocolate are really great but our chocolate is not the same at all. American chocolate sucks as a general rule, sorry but unless its high end American I speak the truth. If you must get a donut, stick to the mini timbits. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty, I prefer all of them on bagels though. The oatmeal here blows McD's away and I really am a fan.

Stopped at Tim Hortons with Dad on our way back to the hotel after spending a couple days in Jackson. He was in dire need of coffee but didn't know it was a cafe similar to Starbucks; fortunately I am more in the know about midwest coffee chains. Blueberry donut holes = YUM. I love blueberry donuts and these were excellent. Iced tea = real stuff brewed with tea bags, not a powdered mix. Very good, would have made a great Arnold Palmer. Dad got coffee and said it was quite good. He wasn't crazy about the apple fritter, though - said the ones at Starbucks are better.

Very disappointed! While I enjoy their bagels, I was put in charge to buy a couple dozen for a meeting at work. I went the day before to order ahead of time and the lady told me it would be no problem coming in at 6am to pick up the bagels and an order wasn't necessary. Upon my arrival, there was hardly any to pick from.....boy did I learn my lesson! I probably won't go back.....at least to that location! How embarrassing was that.....I'll also get the name of the individual who didn't do her job.
