Poor service and the coffee is the same as any other coffee shop. Nothing special, prices are alright. For those of you that have a trained acumen; they have a "captured clientele". I'm willing to bet those that praise this place have yet to develop a taste for good coffee and just like being trendy.

This place has Coffee by Design Coffee, which I didn't really expect outside of Portland. That's good. I've never had to wait long for my coffee/bagel either. The bagels are not my favorite...pretty bread-y but they aren't bad. They also have veggie cream cheese. The baristas I've met so far have been nice. They haven't been overly chatty, but that can be a good thing if you just want your coffee and bagel to go. Will return.

We've been here many times and the everything bagels never disappoint. Always so fresh and fluffy and toasted to perfection. Love this place!!

This is a very good local coffee shop where you will be pleased to find very good quality coffee. They also have a wide variety of bagels, pastries and baked goods. Everything I've ever had form here has been very good. The atmosphere is nice, up to date and clean. The wait staff is very friendly. A cool feature here is that they allow you to open an account to pay for your future visits. If you walk in with a $20 one day and order a coffee, you can put the change on your account, and then charge your future orders to your account until the balance is too low, and you can always replenish your account. I recommend this shop and it is a good mix of Starbucks meets DD meets local coffee shop.

I am a frequent customer at Waterways. They make a really good latte and their asiago bagels are to die for! I love that they are all about customer satisfaction. If you don't like the taste of your drink they will literally insist on making you a new one. That being said.... their drive through service is incredibly slow and they can sometimes become very frustrated if they can't hear your order. I have been yelled at more than once to repeat my order and then been given a hearty helping of attitude at the window while paying for my order. I still continue to stop here when I am in the area... I just make sure to go in and order and avoid the drama all together.
