We've been here a couple times since moving here and the food has been great each time. Really like the pizza we've had the meats and had a custom one. I love salad and find its hard to get them out sometimes because they aren't the best but the salads are fresh and very big! Only have done take out since we just moved to the area but will have to try dine in sometime

This place was great! Awesome pizza, quick service, and the counter staff was very friendly!! We got a large with pepperoni, black olives, peppers, and mushrooms. Hit the spot! We really liked the crispy crust.

Very good food, ordered a Greek wrap, 2 steak subs, chicken fingers and an order of hot crispy fries. Order can out right on time and the staff was friendly. Check them out

We live in the area and often go to Romeos for quick pizza or subs. The pizza is good, but not amazing/worth raving about. Good sauce but crust and toppings are average. Definitely better than next door competitors we've tried in Scarborough though. My chicken parm sub I recently tried was excellent. My wife tried the hot grilled veggie sub and said it was just ok. The one time we ate in house at the bar/restaurant area the service was great.

Food is okay, it's the kind of food you get when you forgot your lunch or have nothing in the fridge, and have limited pickings. Whatever you do, do not get delivery. I repeat, do not get delivery! We ordered on lunch break and received our food an hour and a half later. Yes, it was during a lunch rush, but really an hour and a half later?? The food was so cold and gross by then, not worth the $. The staff was nice however, both on the phone and delivery. You could tell they felt awful.

Went to the Topsham location and the food and service was great even though there is no bar they still serve beer on tap and the dining area is a bit smaller but have never had a bad experience

Ordered small veggie pizza with extra cheese for take out. I arrived just as the pizza was coming out of the oven. Cost was 12-13 dollars. Pros: no lines no waiting, although it was around 4pm on a weekday. Place seemed clean and staff were very friendly. Pizza size was generous for a small. Generous portions of a variety of veggies and cheese. Was hot and freshly served. Taste was pretty good. Cons: the bottom of crust was really wet, which indicates it's frozen dough or the ovens not hot enough, or a combo of both. I prefer a crisper crust. The menu mentioned garlic on veg pizza, but there was none. I added powder at home. I do know by driving by most days that parking can be an issue during normal meal times, but it wasn't on my visit as it was 4pm. Bottom line: pretty good pie and I'd likely order again. It would be one of my favs if they used fresh dough and was a little crispier on the bottom. I'm planning on trying other items on the menu in the future.

On a business trip, ordered a thin crust pizza to be delivered to my hotel (Residence Inn). It was quick and the quality of the ingredients was very good.

I have never had a bad meal or bad service here at Romeo's. A large, diverse menu offers something for everyone. This had been our go-to for a quick meal or to watch a game since arriving here in Scarborough.

In my opinion the gluten-free pizza at Romeo's is the best! It's not just the shell and crust but the sauce (I order mine with marinara instead of regular pizza sauce) and cheese that make it great. I'm guessing it's not easy to make a very good GF pizza because I've tried it at at least four other local popular spots. They also have very good hot wings and the friendliest service around. I've been a regular for about five years. My husband loves their wheat crust pizzas and steak bombs.

We decided to end our Maine trip where we started it. And we were again extremely satisfied with the food and Pat the bartender provided excellent service!! See you next year!

We go a lot. The pizzas are great, especially the spaghetti meatball pizza, yes I said spaghetti meatball, it's a must. But the portion sizes of most everything else is less than desirable. For instance the chicken salads or sandwiches have very small amounts of chicken compared to the sauce, cheese or toppings. The gyro has two slices of meat in it.... It's all sauce and tomatoes. The chicken Parm has 4 little chicken tenders on top of a mound of sauce and pasta. Need to put more protein in your dishes. Prices are comparable to other restaurants like it, yet you get much less protein in your dishes at Romeos.

We eat here on occasion and the pizza is always excellent. We haven't tried much else on the menu aside from the chicken alfredo pizza, but why would we want to? It's amazing!

The food is good enough but the prep was really slow. Waited 30+ minutes for two sandwiches on a day when it was not crowded. They were delivered to the table without explanation (or even a hint of courtesy really) so I can only assume that's not unusual.

Love Romeo's! The pizza is delicious and their chicken tenders with Ken's honey mustard are my favorite. I've always experienced good service here.

I like their Shrimp Scampi and better loaded pizzas.

Terrible! I ordered my Calzone with everything but olives, and they gave me ONLY OLIVES. No apology, just another 45 minute wait to get my calzone. I was scared to eat it. Thinking that everyone makes mistakes, I thought I would give them a second chance. Tonight, I called for a delivery order and they told me they were to busy for my business, and to come back a different time. I asked when would be better, and they said not Today! Even after speaking with their manager, he didn't care, obviously they have enough business. What is one more customer to them. I will not be back and I warn you to do the same.
