Weekend Breakfast is the BOMB , the best in Westminster by far ,if you don't like the breakfast there then you don't know food

Went here after playing Westminster National since it was one of the closest things I found on Yelp with good reviews. It is definitely a rustic/western style restaurant with a pretty nice size bar and wooden tables and chairs. Every TV had Nascar on and it seemed to be a place popular with the locals. I sat at the bar and ordered a few beers, moderately priced. They only have a couple on tap and only one was a non macro brew like Coors or Miller. The food was ok. I ordered the gyro platter and it was huge, but very messy to eat and they served it with pita chips so I ended up just eating the meat with a fork. I knew better than to order a gyro at a western restaurant but the bartender highly recommended it. Needless to say it was better going in than coming out... The service at the bar left something to be desired as the bartender seemed like she was lost and didn't really know much about the beer or food menu. Most of the food was really expensive too, especially from a restaurant of this style. They had chain prices (i.e. Lone Star, Texas Roadhouse) with some items as much as 25 dollars. The only thing moderately priced were the sandwiches. I would probably try somewhere else if you're in that area.

I am a local, and have TRIED several times for dinner, have to say. NO more! $17.95 for seafood Alfredo you COULD not find the scallops and, the shrimp were DEF frozen NOT fresh. Great place for band and Beers, but NOT food. Def needs an upgrade.

Had dinner last night and saw Justin Schlegel comedy but here. I enjoyed dinner and the show! I ordered the Shrimp Salad Melt. It was really good. I ate it up! I hear the crab cakes are good here too! My date had the Shrimp Scampi, not a lot of seafood, whole lotta pasta. The shrimp and scallops were a good size and he enjoyed his pick overall. We ordered some drinks. He had a mojito and I sipped on a whiskey sour w. Jack. Best whiskey sour I have had in a while.

Food was pricy but plentiful. Sadly it also took forever and both my dish and my husbands was cold when delivered. Wait staff was scarce and not to be found until check time. And we had to pay a cover just in case we were there when the band started. How did we know at 7 if we were still going to be there after 9?

Been here forever... but it has not changed at all. Not in a good way. Very old decor... needs updating. The food is not good and gives me a stomachache every time I go. Poor drink choices.... They get extremely crowded with live music and dancing on weekends otherwise not sure how they still are open.

Years ago this place was a 'hang out' for the Baltimore Colts and was very popular. Westminster was spring training for the Colts years ago and more recent the Raven's football. Today the new ownership has improved the place offers many social activities in the evenings, but a lot of canned and fried foods. Still, the place has such good seafood it's hard to give them a bad rating. Very good crab cakes, mostly a bar restaurant local place. Not a place where you want fresh veggies, but known for crab cakes.

crabcakes are awesome. chicken tenders are good. veggies are canned. not the place for a steak. you have to watch what time you go on what night because they have entertainment and a cover. we have arrived just to turn around and leave. weekend evenings are no good. if you want an evening family dinner - this is not the place. they charge a cover to get in if you just want to eat, and some of the performances are not family appropriate. who gets their family together for an evening meal during the week???

Huge portions but the sides are pretty much starch or canned veggies. Steak Night (Tuesdays) cannot be beat for value and the steaks are cooked to order well. Ribs are good and really affordable the sweet barbecue sauce tends to be too much. Ask for it on the side and you will be happy you did. Definitely not the typical chain experience and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. We are locals and this is now our go to place. If ordering Italian/Greek food ask the waiter what is made fresh as that is what you want. Kudos to the owner for keeping live music and comedy in Westminster!

First of all, everything here is huge! We had the crab fondue served w/loaf of buttered bread. warm, bubbly, cheesy goodness w/lumps of crab. They have big steaks...28 oz Prime Rib on the bone cooked to order (1-1/2-2" thick) lightly seasoned served w/Au Jus and 2 sides. The service is down home country friendly. The place is a bit of a dive (could use some sprucing up). But, they crank out some good eats. Caution: if you can't eat large portions of cow..eat 1/2 take the rest home or split w/someone. Also, they have happy hour drink specials. checkout their website

This place is really authentically kitschy cool. They have an amazing stage for live music. The bar has really good happy hour prices - $3 bottles / $2 drafts. This place is a real western style steakhouse. I would say the steak I had was comparable to some of my favorite places in Ft Worth. The side salad was good - but the broccoli was a bust. When we ordered they were out of ice tea...... so they made a pitcher just for my table. Service was friendly and chipper and didn't rush us- even 40 minutes before the restaurant closed.
