They guy and I went in here on a Saturday night. We were quickly seated in the bar area in a bath. He was in heaven, televisions all around with nothing but sports on. Either way, we were greeted by a very nice young lady who quickly came over and took our order. She brought over some bread with whipped butter. Those rolls were awesome and very sweet! For entree, I ordered the turkey burger! It was very good. Nothing to write home about, but very good. The Guy ordered a chicken sandwich. It was very good as well. What I will say is that this place is very pricey. However, I think we will go back and enjoy some games and some decent food. The service was great as well!

We stopped in before a southern Maryland Bluecrabs game The staff was friendly and they seated us right away plenty of TVs to watch just about any sporting event you wanted Floor was little sticky but they had a good beer list and the beer arrived nice and cold The bread they brought was hot and delicious The wings were nice and crispy just the way I like them chicken fingers were good and so were the nachos my daughter ordered with cheese only I got the surf and turf which was a small filet mignon and a smaller crabcake. I hate small food but both were delicious and I can't complain really My son had the filet which he said was good and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich she said was delicious Good option for a cold beer and something to eat

Not that impressed!! My wife and I had burgers and they were not the best! McDonalds french fries were better than theirs, sad to say. My Blue Moon beer came out with no oranges, when the hell does someone serve Blue Moon without oranges?!! Our waitress must have been new, she had another waitress by her side every so often and both asked us the same things. They both brought us separate checks, and never coordinated with each other! The items on the menu are way too expensive for the quality of the food!! Probably won't go back!!

Very good service! The bar area was awesome! Come at happy hour, you really can clean up with the $2 off apps and draft specials... Loved the peeled shrimp and wings! I'll be back!

Oh boy. Here we go again. Folks, this is an HONEST review. I even went in with low expectations since the patrons of Waldorf have gotten me on several occasions where an establishment was rated highly but the food was mediocre. This place falls right in that category. Came in for lunch looking to get a decent steak after a mid day workout. Not many customers were around and the parking layout is horrible. Greeted and quickly seated. Place looks relatively clean and 70 inch TVs are plentiful. Waitress comes (who had an awful attitude by the way) and I ask for the lunch specials. Well to my surprise, there are no lunch specials but just that the appetizers and burgers are all 9 bucks plus drink. Now since most of these items are already just slightly over 9 bucks and some may just want to partake in water what is the point? Anyway, ordered the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and broccoli which was rated (gulp..) highly here. Bread was served and it was hot but mediocre. The other local chains down 301 have better. So after waiting nearly 20 minutes or so with hardly anyone else in the dining room the food came. First inspection, the portions looked small for the price and the filet looked meh. Well, the steak was indeed meh in addition to being chewy and saturated with salt! Veggies were crisp and bland. Immediately asked the obstinate waitress to take it back and just ordered the wings which were just average served on top of Burger King type french fries. Was I disappointed at this point? Most definitely. Manager (I guess that was him) came by to apologize and asked me to sign up for the loyal customer rewards program or something. Of course I won't and will never return. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. More than likely this review along with the myriad of other negative reviews will be shoved to the "not recommended section" at the bottom by coincidence by the way. Another fail for the area....

Had a wonderful experience! The food was well prepared and tasted very good. The management team made a strong presence throughout the restaurant and asked many customers if they enjoyed their meals. Walking in the door the hostess were very friendly and the waiters were the best! No complaints from me.

I'm sorry to report that this place is really going down. I visited tonight with my family, party of 5. We had a relatively new server. Can't remember her name but she may become better over time. I can't place the bad night entirely on her. The food was worse than her service. The old bay wings which are normally good were mediocre at best. They were dry and overcooked. My crab cake came out salty, greasy, bready partially burnt and definitely not fresh. I ordered broccoli and that came out overcooked. We had to ask the server for small plates so we could eat the bread and wings. We were sitting there for several minutes just staring at the wings because we had no dishes to put them on. My margarita had way too much salt on the glass and just tasted like alcohol. Not much lemony flavor at all. So I sent the crab cake back and the margarita. The manager took it off my bill and offered me a coupon for a free appetizer. Neither the manager nor the server were too apologetic . You pretty much get the feeling like this was a normal response from a customer. The place was so empty which is so odd for a sports bar on a Friday night, but after the really bad service it all makes sense. I used to really like this place but it doesn't look like I'll be back. Longhorn didn't disappoint at all. I'll just take my business back there.

I may have to visit again to give a better review. My steak wasn't cooked right and had to be remade. The bread they serve isn't really tasty and I honestly don't see the point of it. Maybe they need to change the butter because it had no flavor to it whatsoever. The atmosphere was pretty nice so I'll give it one more chance. Update: 3/01/2015 The GM reached out to me about my review and I appreciate the fact that he took the time to make things better with my next visit at the restaurant. I'll definitely give them another opportunity! Can't wait.

Food is pretty good here but service on the front and back end needs improvement. Our first visit we had an issue with my husband's burger. It was called the challenger and it seemed like a challenge to make. When the manager sent us home with another burger...the top bun was missing. (This is shocking because there wasnt many people in the restaurant that night). Then on our second visit, we had to ask for our bread when our food arrived. My son's side dish was was also mixed up with mine. I do love the big screen TV everywhere. Much better at the bar.

  • Janelle C.

The staff was horrible. We had a part of 8 that they said they couldn't accommodate. Which once we pointed out a table, the moved us. The waiter was slow and took forever to get out check correct. However, the food wasn't bad.

  • Shamika G.

The food here was pretty good. I had the mesquite salmon with teriyaki sauce and it was flavorful. I also had a baked sweet potato and that was ok. Do NOT get the crab dip. It was not good at all and it was very salty like they put too much old bay on it. The food took forever to come out & there wasn't a lot of people there. Our server was pleasant but we had to keep reminding her to bring us things like more napkins & plates.

If I could star this restaurant in the negatives I would most defiantly do so. The service was beyond slow...... We made reservations and when we showed up it took 40 minutes for us to be seated.... It only got worse from there... My family waited for over 40 minutes for our bill!!! Bill finally came out after my family had to go up to the computer system to fix it for them. They charged us twice the amount; 20 minutes later they FINALLY got it right. Servers sat on there cell phones instead of working. Our server disappeared half way though her serving us and NEVER came back to check on us. We had empty drinks. One person in our party did not receive a drink up until the appetizers were delivered. Steak came out WELL DONE when we asked for it to be rare. All of our drinks were well behind schedule. This place seems like an ok spot to watch a game but avoid the food and servers and sit at the bar! At least the bartenders know what alcohol and liquor they have to offer..... ALL IN ALL THE PLACE FELT LIKE WE WERE HELD HOSTAGE!!!

Flat out 5! I had an unplanned afternoon for a change so after reading my good friend Tawanna W review about this place, it's been on my to try list. This is actually two establishments in one. The bar or as they have properly named it "sports theatre" is sectioned off from the dining area.. Completely! It's a really cool concept but I have seen this before. What I have NEVER seen before is all of their screens are giant and I mean 70inches plus! You get an awesome game experience for all of the teams that are playing. Now to the meal. I had a half pound Angus bacon cheese burger that was flammed broiled to perfection. It came with complimentary French fries. I also had two IPA pints. My bill was $18. I haven't paid under $20 at a sit down restaurant since the 90's!! The staff could not have been friendlier and the crowd was pro Redskins which was a plus.. Lol This place has just become my favorite spot to watch Sunday football. Good job guys!!

We've been here about 12 times now. I have come to the conclusion the only thing consistent is Christen the bartender and her amazing strawberry margarita. The food service is slow n poorly timed. Portions are inconsistent. Seems they only employee pregnant servers. Chicken salad (smoked) portion was like a side salad and cost 13.00. I'd say drinks n Appetizers is the only thing I will return for. Prime rib marginal at best. Filet looked like 3 ounce when we ordered 6 ounce and was overcooked.

I went here today to try it out and was impressed by several different elements. I liked the layout of the restaurant on one side you can enjoy a nice dinner with the family while on the other you can watch the game with your friends or other bar goers. My husband enjoyed the HEARTY portion sizes. I was taken back by the amount of food you receive for your money. I don't eat nearly that much food so it was wayyyy to much for me. The sides that came with the meal were literally the size of appetizers at most restaurants. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, their knowledge of the menu items and how quick our meal came to the table. Finally and most importantly I was so incredibly happy with how PREFECT my medium rare steak was cooked! Amazing! We had a great experience here and we will Return. I hope this restaurant stays in business for a very long time & I hope everyone had the experience we did when we dined here.

I heard it's a good place to watch the game. They were right. The bar has several very large screen tvs to watch all the games that are on. The appetizer food is good. The one thing I really don't like is how people hold bar seats for someone and they don't show up til the end of the game. The manager should stop this so more patrons could sit down and enjoy themselves. The other half of this place is a sitdown restaurant. They also have tvs all around, but much smaller than the ones in the bar. I've had the Delmonico steak, and it was so-so. I ordered it MR, and the outside was between MW-W and the center was between R-MR. Not very consistent, but still tasted ok. They bring out bread and butter, and I received loafs, and I saw another table had rolls. Not sure why they bring different ones. I also had french onion soup and baked sweet potato on the side. The soup was good, they use a white cheese (mozz?) though I think it should have been swiss, and the croutons under it were just ok, but plentiful. The sweet potato was very good and bring it out with butter on it. The menu has a lot of variety, and is between average to high price, but the portions are pretty large. The host/hostesses are very friendly. The service started slow, but was great afterwards. I will be back to watch the games, and maybe to try some of the other food at others times.

My whole experience at the All American Steakhouse was outstanding! The wait staff was welcoming and helpful with food selections. I got the 8 oz prime rib, which was the best cut of meat I have had since moving here 6 months ago. The broccoli was steamed to perfection and the mashed potatoes were fluffy and bursting with buttery goodness! Overall the best of everything! I will be coming back again....and again!

  • Dayron D.

I have yet to have a good experience here. The food is okay but the hospitality team and managers are terrible. The wait for larger parties is ridiculous. They really need to get their stuff together. They will lose all their customers to the surrounding steakhouses. In my opinion just go to longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. Better food. Better service. Better management. If you're looking to try something new for the night i do not recommend this place at all. You will be disappointed.

They just opened last week, so, hubby and I decided to try it out. We were greeted with hello's and smiles. Taken to our table right away. The server, Tyrone, was literally waiting for us when we sat down. Very nice server, helpful too. He told us that they just opened 5 days ago and that everyone went through a week of training where they tried all the food. Fresh, HOT rolls were brought out with our drinks. They serve Coke products! Hubby ordered a bacon cheeseburger, it's a 1/2 pound I think. Big burger. He said it was good, cooked correctly and that the fries were good. I ordered the salmon, SO GOOD. I was told a different vegetable of the day than what I received, but, they returned it and brought me a salad instead. The baked potato that came with my salmon was really good as well. All in all a great meal. The drinks were $5 for two Cokes, so, that's a little pricy, but, the meal and the Coke's together were $35 before the tip. We'll try this one in a few weeks and see how the service is then.

Went for the first time and here is my observation: PROS: great hospitality, friendly and attentive staff, from top to bottom. sports theater bar area is superb biscuits and steak are very good. fries are good no wait for dinner at 6pm on Saturday. CONS: steamed broccoli was still raw and not steamed. rice seamed to taste like leftovers. bar area is a little loud, hard to talk/hear. TV's should have closed caption or the volume boxes at tables. Restauraunt is off of main road, so hard to find location, and probably why no other place has succeeded here. Better if on main road. Hopefully they will succeed, nice local place to go. A little pricier then the other steakhouses, but bearable. Improve on their side orders and the volume thing in the bar, and it will get five stars.

A great neighborhood establishment. As a former employee when it was Bennigans I had high expectations and they have certainly surpassed them. I only ever come to the bar for their awesome Happy hour so I cannot personally speak for the dining room. The food is fantastic and you get discounted appetizers for happy hour. The drinks are always on point and love the great deals. The staff is always super friendly, from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. No reason not to love this place.

First time in and found the staff to be friendly and fairly responsive. The food was very good, starting with the hot fresh rolls! Was going to try an appetizer, but everything I read said the portions are generous! And found it to be very true...ordered the House special steak and was not disappointed, very tasty and cooked to perfection. My husband and MIL were very pleased as well. The sides were tasty and can not wait to go back and try some other menu items. The only things that were a little bothersome were the staff rushing back and forth, made for very busy isles. And the noise level is a bit high, but it was a Friday night. Would given 5 stars but still a couple of hiccups. Look forward to going for lunch one day soon.

Went early on Saturday afternoon and was seated in about 20 minutes (told wait 10-15) and that was fine. Lots of tv's and booths. There were a few very LOUD mouths at the bar who made it very uncomfortable for those with children in the area, as their language wasn't great. We sat in the bar area and a waitress arrived after about a 5 minute wait. We gave our drink and appetizer order and received them rather quickly along with huge rolls and butter. They were ok. The waitress seemed to be on the ball. It took the food another 15 minutes to arrive. We ordered fajitas and there was no seasoning on them at all. As I found the price rather high for them, I was rather disappointed (shrimp/steak). I will give them another try, but order something else and hopefully will be able to change my review.

Today was my third time dining at the All American Steakhouse. This time as takeout. The Bone-in Ribeye was cooked perfectly and was very tender. Staff is friendly and food is great! I have ordered some type of steak each time and all exceeded my expectations for taste.

Delicious food and great service. The bone-in Rib Eye was cooked just right. The Caeser salad was fresh, crisp, and very tasty.

This is our first time here. The atmosphere is very nice. The food is pretty good. I ordered the 10oz filet. It was cooked perfectly. The service was very good. They are very attentive, dirty plates did not sit on the table for very long. There are a lot of tv's in this place. The dinning area is pretty quiet but the bar area is very loud. You can hear patrons from the bar in the dinning area. Overall very good experience.

  • LJ C.

Genuinely impressed. We ordered the fried egg burger and a salmon salad. Both were amazing...taste, time, amount... the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The staff were very nice. This is a great alternative to Red Robin for sure.

For starters the 5 star rating system makes it hard to be fair. There were some good things about this place and some not so good things. We went on Superbowl Sunday because All-American calls itself a "Sports Theater" so we expected it to be very crowded. We arrived at 5:00 and it was practically empty. Maybe it is because the place sits back off the main highway and you have to know it's there, or maybe all the people who stayed away know something we should know. I will give them 5 stars for the bar area. As others have mentioned, there are large TVs all around the bar. However, we sat in the dining room because we planned to be there a while. There are several TVs in the dining room area, but eh sound is so low you can't hear them and most did not have the captions on. They set warm yeast rolls on the table so we were off to a good start. We ordered appetizers and watched the pre-game festivities. Appetizers were hit-or-miss. The chicken wings were very good. The onion rings were way overcooked so they were crunchy, but not in a good way. Since were were going to be there for he entire game, we were pacing ourselves on the meal. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive, without being annoying. So another plus. Then the start of the big game. The bar area as full, so the place became a little loud. We asked several times for them to turn up the TVs in the dining area, but we still could not hear the game at all. OK, entree time. Monterrey Salad, Caesar Salad and All American Salad with Chicken. We couldn't tell the Caesar Salad from the All American. They looked and tasted the same. Two big handfuls of lettuce, 5 strips of grilled chicken and a little sup of dressing. The All American had a sprinkle of cheese at the bottom. The Caesar had 4 croutons. - No stars. The Monterrey had fried chicken strips, but again way over-fried, thus rendering them inedible. We gave up on the salads, strained to hear the game for a while then we ordered dessert. Brownie Sunday and Sky Hi Chocolate cake. It was chocolate overload, rich and decadent. I couldn't complain about this if I tried. Ok so positives - nice enough place, spacious, great bar area, lots of TVs, friendly wait staff, potential for good food if cook keeps an eye on the fryer and they "pretty-up" the salads. Negatives - bad acoustics, cook NOT keeping an eye on the fryer and a couple of BAD moments BAD moment one - our waitress said it was free refills on the lemonade...after the third one the manager came by and said that was not correct. However, he had to let it go since our waitress told us something different. BAD moment two - we lost our waitress for 40 minutes at the end of the night - not good. We were ready to go and she was nowhere to be found. Then when we found her it took 5 tries before she got the check right. Absolutely WORST moment - this "Sports Theater" informed us that they only show basket ball and football games, some baseball and a little soccer. - no boxing and NO MMA FIGHTS. So you are not a SPORTS THEATER, you are a low grade Fridays with bigger TVs. Until you start showing the MMA fights, we WONT be back.

It's the newest restaurant in the Waldorf area, and they've started off on the right foot. We were greeted by their friendly staff, seated immediately, and our server quickly came over to introduce herself and take our drink order. They serve complimentary rolls with butter, which were served hot out the oven. We skipped appetizers because we were so hooked on the bread. The ribeye I ordered as my entree was cooked perfectly, the salad ingredients were fresh, and my son enjoyed his chicken fingers. The portions are hearty so we had leftovers to take home. The desserts look good but we were too stuffed to try. We were here for lunch and there was a nice crowd for a new restaurant that's been open for only a little over a week. The prices are comparable to Outback. There are giant TVs throughout the restaurant to watch all the sporting events and shows. This place will definitely be a go to spot for the upcoming football season. Nice sized dining area. If this spot does become popular, the parking may get tight; but it's ok for now. I'm definitely looking forward to going back to try some of their other menu options and drinks. Hopefully the quality of service and food remain high.

My wife and I ate here for the first time and were absolutely delighted. Our waitress (Jordan) was attentive and sweet. My Delmonico steak was tender, bursting with flavor, and cooked just right, the house salad was crispy fresh, and the broccoli was hot and tender. This restaurant has just become our new favorite.

Went here last night for the redskins first preseason game. The wait was about 15 mins which isn't bad considering how crowded it was. Best burgers in Waldorf. The free bread & sweet butter that they give you is to die for. Only downside is it's not like Damon's was where all seating has a view to the big screens so we ended up being seated in a booth where we couldn't see the game on the big screen. So my tip is request a seat in bar area or with a view of big screens .

We went to check out the new steakhouse the other day and sat in the Sports Bar area. We ordered the cheese fries app, jambalaya, and buffalo chicken sandwich. Our server was very attentive and the food came out quickly. The rolls and butter were YUMMY, as quickly as they disappeared, the server refilled. The cheese fries were as gluttonous as they should be and the fries were highly seasoned. The breading on the buffalo chicken fell off, but the chicken was a thick juicy breast. I removed the rest of the breading, ignored the bun (it didn't look good enough to warrant the calories, and besides, I had my fill with the yummy buns) and ate the breast plain. It was good enough to hold its own. My husband ordered the jambalaya because he does not eat red meat, but guess what? There was red meat throughout the dish. Turns out they made a mistake and put the cheesy soup (which contains beef) in the dish as the sauce instead of the jambalaya sauce. They corrected it as soon as they became aware, but after I had a taste. Let me tell you, they have something good there, it was delicious. I actually liked it more than the corrected jambalaya. Next time I go, I will make sure to order the "mistake" jambalaya. We will definitely return.

Wow! Very friendly staff, everybody was ready to help or answer questions, did not matter who walked by they would check and keep tables clear. Like I said a very friendly staff. The food came out in a timely manner. What I liked is that the food did not taste too salty. Seems most places just has too much salt in the food, so what if someone has to add salt, better than trying to dilute ... it was definitely a pleasant first visit! The chocolate brownie Sunday was the bomb! I plan on returning soon!

We were super excited to try this new place as we love sports bars. Overall our experience was fine. Friendly service and very nice menu. Everything brought to us was served piping hot which we loved. We started with the wings which were fantastic. Our actual meals were just average. I had a turkey burger with veggies and added a lobster tail. My husband had the roasted chicken with veggies and added shrimp. My turkey burger and his chicken were just average. The seafood we added was good and the veggies were great. The the only other drawbacks were very small things- had to look for our waitress a few times to ask for things, music was extremely loud (would have preferred hearing audio from sports on tv), and no bread offered at start. Overall the visit was good--we would return but perhaps order differently.

The Food is Great. The Service is Great. The Happy Hour Specials are Good. But for a place that calls itself a "Sports Theater" it is a huge disappointment. We were excited for the first Monday Night Football game last night and made sure we arrived early so we would have a good seat at the bar. Unfortunately when the game started and we were told that they "only turn on the volume for the RedSkins games" disappointed was an understatement. I had already told all my friends how great the place was and how excited I was about it. We had even planned a group event this Saturday for the College Games. But plans have changed, I will never go back to watch a game.

If I never return here, I will be okay with that. The food choices were ordinary which I don't mind as long as it's cooked well. Hubs got the Delmonico steak medium. It arrived half medium half rare. I got the California burger medium. It came back half medium half medium well. The onion rings were over cooked and the service was not great (the waitress didn't even refill our glasses). All in all I won't be returning anytime soon. We went for lunch on a Sunday and there were plenty of empty seats. I should have known.

Food is OK, nothing special. Service was so slow...20 minutes to get a beer? Had to ask for a napkin. Never got it. I had chicken & cheese steak: chicken was dry, cheese was rubbery, fries were good. There were more staff than customers, so no excuse for such poor service.

My wife and I were first-time customers and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience tonight. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our table on a Saturday night which was a reasonable wait time. After finishing one drink at the bar we we seated near the front of the restaurant. Our waitress was Katlyn B. She was very polite and attentive. Our steaks were great as well as the service. We will certainly return there again.

The service here is great - very friendly and accommodating staff. The menu is extensive and you'll definitely find something on it to excite you. The food itself is pretty good - not the best I've had but worth a second visit.

Just went here today for the first time and had a great experience!! Entrees were kind of expensive, but you get two sides. My recommendation is to make sure you get a salad as one of your sides--it was delicious and extremely fresh! And a very generous portion!! Would've sold for $7-8 alone at other places. The steak I had (sirloin) was great!! The people I went with enjoyed their Strip steak and pork chops. The service was great--and from 3-8 (3-7) is happy hour with VERY GOOD alcohol prices ($2.50 for 20 oz drafts of domestics, $1.75 for 14 oz). Any time you can get a beer for less than $2, it's a fantastic deal in this area!! Also, $2 off for appetizers. I'll admit, I'm not much of a steak-eater, and I rarely get steak at restaurants, but I'm definitely glad I did today!! Although it's not saying much for me, it was one of the best steaks I've had. And with good service and cheap drinks, you can't pass it up!! Give it a try, and I hope your experience is as good as mine!
