Well, where should I start??? I will start with the fact that my family and I stood at the hostess stand for about 5 minutes until someone came over to "greet" and seat us....the hostess was over at the bar watching tv... The guy who sat us ended up being the waiter... The popcorn shrimp I had almost cracked my tooth in half they were so hard.. My five y/o sons chicken tenders looked like they were cooked in old grease...my family was overall disappointed... In NO way is that salad bar worth 10.00....we definitely will not return to this location or any other for that matter...

Uhmmm I don't know...I just don't know. Lol. My friend asked to meet here for some catch-up time. Normally I don't care too much for Ruby Tuesday but I conceded. It actually wasn't that bad considering the venue....if you don't count an incorrect food order and a watered-down Corona-Rita. But what can you expect from this place...not too much. The bartender, Tyler, I believe that was her name, was really nice though. But she just doesn't strike me as a bartender type...Anyway. Your choice. I'm so over it.

I never shop at this mall for many reasons. however; I needed something on the fly and stopped in..after purchasing at Macy's (don't even ask), I was starved and stopped into Ruby Tuesday. Boy has this place gone waaaay down. Not only did I stand for several minutes waiting to be seated (the hostess was seated In a booth in the bar), I wasnt waited on for 15 minutes after being seated..no one even asked if i wanted water. The place was dead, so that was no excuse. Finally as i got up to leave a waitress came. I told her i only wanted salad bar, which was not bad, but not outstanding. As I sat there i thought about what the problem could be here, and i came up with a couple. One...no uniforms..the waitstaff were not well dressed..most in faded jeans and tennis shoes..disheveled hair, and just overall not neat precise appearance..Two..the booth seats looked so worn they were on the verge of ripping. The who restaurant needed a huge over haul. But the number one thing was the employees.. No friendly smiling hostess at the door, no apology for not watching the door an lounging in the bar, no attention to a new person in section, especially if he or she is the ONLY one..just overall sloppy and rundown and indifference of staff. If you want a quick meal at that horrid mall, go to the food court, and skip Ruby's ....

We went because we had a gift card. Wait times were long. My wife's steak was ordered medium, it came out rare. I had the fish tacos. The shells were almost stale and there was about 1 oz of fish divided into both tacos. However, those food items were not the biggest reason I'm giving 1 Star. As we're were waiting for our check, a cockroach climbed up onto a booth seat. If you see a cockroach in the daylight take his seat for dinner service, then you can imagine what happens at night with the lights out. There were also two other tables that walked out. Sometimes restaurants have off nights with food...I get that. But cleanliness isn't something I can't waiver on. Well never be back.

***food poisoning at this location*** My wife, daughter and I ate at this location on December 16th. As a result my wife suffered severe food poisoning which caused her to spend three days at the hospital. After contacting Ruby Tuesday's headquarters, Ms. Belinda Taylor was extremely unprofessional and not compassionate despite all the evidence we have that the food poisoning did indeed take place at this location.

I was hungry. It was hellabusy since it was Black Friday. I got the salad bar and mini burger combo. It came out fast, but by that point I was having some unexplained sudden gastric distress that required some privacy and some unbuttoning of the pants, which I felt was not suitable for that environment. My waitress was graciously understanding, got me a box to take my food in, processed the check quickly, and me and my unbuckled skinny jeans were chillaxin' in my car about 5 minutes later. I'll go back.

This place is absolutely over-priced for the quality of food served. The atmosphere is drab and semi-dirty. I personally saw the busboy wipe the debis from the tables to the floor under the table and leave it there. In addition, the service was substandard. My order had to be altered because they ran out of food, the waitress was clueless and had some sort of excuse regarding her lack of service. I over-heard the excuses at nearby tables. Fast-food restaurants have more pride in their establishment!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

mediocre food at best. something told me not to fall for the lobster mac and cheese but i did any way and it was horrible like velveeta mac and cheese with bits of lobster in it. got with the steak which was ok.sent the mac and cheese back to be replaced with the cocunut shrimp and that was a slightly better substitute. maybe i ordered the wrong thing but i'll eat at the many other restaurants in the area besides here.

this location isnt bad. part of a national chain. recently renovated. it's unfortunate that it's located in our ghetto mall. (as long as you eat there before dark) food is decent. salad bar and the biscuits are the best choice. prices are average.

Can't stand the new decor after they ripped out all the Tiffany lamps and memorabilia. Place is always half occupied every time I went in. Food is not the same ether, it seams to me IMHO, that they need to bring back the food selections and the decor to make the place fun again.

Came in today for a quick bit with my family at lunch time. Our server was sweet, quick and tentative. Her name was Rolanda. Didn't need to ask her for anything because she was already there. Definitely coming back to see her again !
