I love Chipolte but why is the food always cold??? Its seems like it doesn't matter what time of day it is either. With all that said though, I'm still gonna keep going :-/

Ok food. But the fact that there are so many flies in the restaurant makes me think about how clean it is... Probably not coming back to this one

Food is good, no issues with customer service. Lines are a bit long quite often and can run out the door sometimes. However if you order online for pickup, you can avoid the lines (but can't always get online to do this). Place is usually kept clean, staff always wiping or sweeping. When we are in the area, it usually helps that it closes late at 11 pm, because in Waldorf alot of restaurants close early. I've eaten at various Chipotles in Florida, MD, VA, and have not noticed any difference in the "taste" or quality. If you want shorter lines, go to the one in La Plata, MD.

Food here is not nearly as good as other Chipotle's. Service is horrible.

My family and I have been to this establishment twice since early November, 2010 and both times we all got sick. The chicken seems to be undercooked and this last time (Dec 29, 2010) the corn did not look good. You're better off trying a real Mexican restaurant down the street with comparable prices and a wider variety of dishes.

I love love loveeee Chipotle! This location is fine. Last time I went there there was a line to the entrance and when I left the line was still there, guess I'm not the only one to love Chipotle. I rate this location a 3, not sure if any other locations are like it, but there's not as much food served in the bowl or burrito like what I've had before at the Annapolis location. Due to it being busy, I'm guessing, the food was just slopped into my burrito bowl very carelessly, The food was good and for the most part everyone had a smile on their faces. I can endure the wait because the reward at the end is delicious =)

Okay, I was so mind-boggled on my second visit that my jaw dropped. I tried to tell the server over seven times to please do NOT put the sour cream on my food but on the side of the bowl. She drops it on top and starts spreading it around. She clearly didn't speak English and because of the lack of communication I had to deal with a sour-cream mess and soggy rice glued together with condiment. NOT happy. The two other customers around me tried helping me tell her NO and she just... kept on smearing... it was embarrassing and just... wow. And not only that but the care in which they prepare your food is like a jail or cafeteria. They just slop stuff on without any care. Like WAYYY too much goop and not enough rice and so forth. It makes me less hungry and by the time I see the end product I question my hunger. :(

I love Chipotle and the fact that it's always packed speaks for itself. I always get the salad bowl and my husband gets the burrito and kids get tacos which are always good. Will come back again.

There is two Hispanic employees that are rude unless you are hispanic. If you ask for something extra just say there is an extra charge. Instead they slop food on your plate as if your in a jail and get mad about giving extra cheese. Annoying

Going to this Chipotle is like riding a roller coaster--sometimes it's a good experience, other times it's a valley. Lot of staff turn-over. Sometimes the food is hot other times it's not. Sometimes there are generous portions, other times they give out kiddie portions. In the beginning it was great, I guess that's the old bait and switch, then switch again.

Every time we come here they either mess up our order or charge us for things we did not order. Food is good, but that does not mean they should sacrifice good customer service.

This Chipotle is a good one. The staff is friendly and super fast. This is important because dinner is no joke here, with a constant stream of people. But I never felt like I was waiting too long, in comparison to other Chipotles with similar lines. They're doing something right here. The food is as good as Chipotle always is. Nowadays, I have to opt for the chicken salad, mild salsa, medium salsa (which is kinda hot, BTW), and guac. It's all I need for a good, quick, weekday dinner. You really can't beat natural, hormone free, etc. food for less than $7, right?

Always good food AND a long line at chipotle! Love the chicken and steak bowls with veggies and a little rice. Also like that they offer brown rice! You can never go wrong here!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
