Decent spot. My BFF says they are too overpriced for the type of American food they serve. I've been here twice, both take-out services. They've (host/hostess & employees) always seemed friendly and my food order is always correct and comes out fast. Their wings however, are nothing to write home about. They are huge....which I actually have a problem with, lol, I know...I know...but seriously I don't think any chicken should be that large. Makes me think of disproportionate farm-raised chickens that are being fed antibiotics, steroids or something....uggggg. And they really need to season the actual horse-chicken before covering them in sauce. They do have good salads here though. Other than that, I'm definitely not breaking my neck to visit again but overall a decent place.

The wings are tasty but waiting an hour PAST the pickup-time given for a 50 wing to-go order is just ridiculous especially considering the price. Wings were really good once we got them, I got to eat them all as my family was asleep by then. Overheard the to-go person give a walk-in an ETA of 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. This should not be possible for simple chicken wings. Someone needs to change the routing in the kitchen, it should not take more than 20 minutes to deliver a chicken wing order and that is if you cook them from raw.

Went in today for a late lunch and experienced the absolute worst service ever. Sat in the bar area and watched others who walked up being helped within a few minutes. The blond waitress said she'd "be with us in a second" and that ended up 15 minutes later with still no menu or even water. Walked out and called to speak to a manager and was told "everyone" was busy. I was just there and it was NOT busy at all. I will never go there again!!

Can you say HEALTH CODE VIOLATION! Not only Disappointing.... Also Disgusting Came for wings (obviously). However the bathrooms were both shut down. Men's and women's. I wanted to wash my hands after some mediocre wings and couldn't. Both bathrooms were flooded. Flipping GROSS. The place was packed and no one could use the restroom. How is this acceptable for an eating establishment? When my husband told one of the managers (before they were shut down) about the over flowing toilet, he pretty much could care less.

I'm not a local here, but I've been to this BWW a few times now because I'm living in a nearby hotel. I usually get taken care of by the girls here, and they do a pretty good job. I have no complaints on the service side. If I wanted a game switched to a certain tv, it was done without hesitation. The wings here matchup with all other BWW I've been to. No worse, no better. I still sticky my tried and true favorites: salt and vinegar and spicy garlic traditional. Occasionally I'll go off the beaten path and order some Asian zing when I'm feeling up to it. Overall, the wings satisfy me here. This location does a decent job, and b-dubs is always a great place to come watch a game on one of the many big screens or projectors. It doesn't blow me away with amazingness so for now, it gets a 3 spotter.

I had an amazing time watching March Madness and enjoying wings with my guy! We went in on a very crowded Saturday night and went immediately to the bar area where we could be extra loud and watch the games! Our server, Laura was fast and efficient and tended to us very well! We had a wonderful experience and the wings weren't too bad! I am not a big wing person myself, but the guy is! We had mild and honey barbeque! All of which were very good! This location was nice and clean and very welcoming! We forgot our takeout and our server ran us down to give them to us! Very good service! We had a great time and we will definitely go back!

Wow. That's the first thing I need to say about our visit. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress took our drink orders within seconds of us sitting down and gave us time to pick our food order. We started off with some Spicy garlic buffalo wings which were cooked and coated properly. I ordered the grilled chicken buffalito and my wife ordered the the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. We both enjoyed our meals and it was a great experience overall. Looking forward to coming back.

I absolutely love...love...love this place (on a Tuesday night!) The menu specials and Happy Hour are great! They even have discounts for Veterans...who knew? But then again, there's always a discount waiting to happen at BWW's! I frequent BWW everywhere I go and thus far, this particular location makes me the happiest! The staff and management are to be modeled after! 4-5 stars is expected, I don't know what happened between 1-3 stars, but I'm sure it could have been worked out! They can definitely put Hooters out of business!

The food here was pretty good. We were there for happy hour so we order a bunch of $3 appetizers. They were all good. I ordered a spinach artichoke flatbread and it was good but really really salty. Overall a decent place and I would return.

We wont be returning. We have been 3 times. The service is extremely slow even when there are only 2 or 3 other tables. The kitchen regularly screws something up. Some of the wait staff can be condescending. Excuses are made for lack of ingredients in entrées. 3 strikes and you are out. At least the management gave my kids free dessert. I shouldnt have to wait 45 minutes for 2 salads and mini corndogs.

I will not go back to this BWW. This restaurant is a dumping ground for the worst servers in Waldorf (or possibly America). Food which is normally good at other BWW is crappy here because they honestly don't care. The parking lot is a nightmare to navigate in a big vehicle. The managers honestly don't act like they care that their servers aren't working. If I was corporate, I'd either fire everyone or shut this location down. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Haven't been to BWW since college. Decided to try it out, and they had several new wing sauce choices which were interesting. Sat in the bar one night, and was greeted with a smile from a waitress and bartender. Service was attentive, and beer was cold, and food was good and hot. What more can I say? Oh yea, plenty of TVs for games! Will come back if I have a hankering for wings again.

Worst service in the world. I went there for a UFC fight one night and it took the waitress 30minutes just to find me. Then I ordered some wings and fries and never got it. Plus the place is too small. The one in Bowie is a lot bigger.

    (1)
  • Jen M.

Every time we go in here the service sucks. We have been told that there would be long waits, when there were many open tables in the place, we have placed our orders and still not gotten drinks by the time our food came out, which was not fast at all. Some of the servers act like they don't want to be there, and managers are difficult to find in the dining area.

  • Vince M.

I'm not a negative person, but don't eat here. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because certain wings are good. But it's not worth going to. The atmosphere is awful, the waiters love to conversate amongst each other and can make for an awkward experience. The decor is filled with local high school memorabilia, so it has this 1999 Applebees vibe to it that Waldorf is notorious for. I get that this is a sports place, and they serve wings..That's the only thing special about this place. Never tried the beer here, and don't care too since beer isn't my thing. The wings at Checkers are just as good if you want your greasy fix. But this establishment is not worth the visit. I don't know if its just that Waldorf is that bad when it comes to chains, but there is desperate need for quality places to eat.

Very small place for the size of the area and distance to next BWW. Food is average for BWW. The TV screens are everywhere though and that's awesome. Wait staff doesn't seem to stick around that long, so service is usually not the same. Place is always crowded on main sports nights and the waiting area is tiny.

Went to BWW 12/28/13 around 2 pm for a late lunch. We ordered the boneless wings 5 of the Mango habenero and 5 of the spicy garlic. The mango wings were gross. They were spicy but didn't really have any flavor. It tasted like spicy corn syrup. The spicy garlic wings I got were a little disappointing in the fact that 2 of my wings were not even completely covered with sauce. My boyfriend ordered the black bean burger. It's the ENTIRE reason we came here to eat and after we finished our wing appetizers the waiter came out and told us they had none. So of course he was pissed and wouldn't order any other food. I got the Hail Mary burger and it wasn't that great. The olives that are supposed to come on the sandwich were not on there and it had no mayo or any other normal burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc) . My daughter got wings and fries and her fries were cold so I gave her mine. All in all it was a very disappointing visit. Which really sucks because we normally love the food here and visit BWW several times throughout the year. Honestly, I think we will stick to Fosters..or just go back to the BWW in Fredericksburg. **Side note, our waiter was really nice though and apologized for the food and not having the black bean burger** Went back 2/16/14 Stay away from this place! We decided to try again after the last crappy visit at the end of December. Big mistake. First and foremost we asked if they had the black bean burger because that's what we wanted and the last time they didn't tell us they were out until the other food orders came out. So we asked and the server told us yes. Well when the food came out it was a regular burger on there NOT the black bean. So we sent it back. Then they come out and tell us that they had no black bean burgers!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! My boyfriend was so pissed he got up and walked out. I tried my wings and they were cold as ice. I told the waiter and The manager came over and apologized profusely. Well you know what I'm sorry but that is unexceptable! It was the second time that had happened to us 2 visits in a row. I told the manger we would NOT be back! We got up and left.

The appetizer sampler and wings are okay - thanks to an active deep fryer line. The fish taco and ranch chicken sandwich are frankenfood. It's a sports bar so I'm not going to complain about the ambience, a.k.a., the light and noise assault on my senses. Even though we didn't enjoy the overall experience (or being charged $2.49 for "water"), we didn't take it out on our server.

Small McD's fry, $1.19 (had 52 fries). Basket of fries at this establishment, $4.89 (had 84 fries). Wings are good. Service is ok, but watch out for the scams like this one. Best bet is to order wings to go. Check them before you leave!

This place is the pits. The waitress spilled my drink all over my clothes and phone. Then she had the nerve to tell me that I didnt have to pay for the drink she spilled on me.

Disgusting. Will never eat there again. We went during lunch time. Ordered chips with chili con queso dip for an appetizer - the chips were super thick and had a weird texture to them. Kind of mealy once you chewed them actually. I got the traditional wings lunch special with asian zing (a spicy asian sauce) and regular honey BBQ sauce; my son got the honey BBQ and parmesan garlic. He demolished his wings saying they were quite tasty. I was extremely underwhelmed. Mine came out overly cooked, hardly any meat, and not moist at all. The sauces weren't fresh but like they had been cooked before and left sitting there. Our waitress was nice and efficient, though - but that's not enough for me to come back. This place will probably eat into Hooters's business but that's okay - it will make getting a table for the UFC fights easier.

I went today 1 feb 14. Food was ok. Fries could have been hotter. We waited a long time for the food which was no problem because my daughter and I were playing the trivea game. I thought the food would be hot. I also ordered boneless wings to go for my husbands lunch the next day. When I openwd the box around 8pm I realized the gave me the traditional wings. I def learned my lesson. Always look at your to go orders before you leave a restaurant. At least they didnt charge me the higher price and they had the correct seasoning. Will be awhile before I go back there.

I'm not sure how they run the bar but a beer on tap shouldn't take 12 minutes to get and where did my damn server go hello if a beer is almost empty ask if I need another since it takes so long to get a drink

Visited once and the place felt very dirty. Had a burger which was very good and the bar service was great execpt for the high-priced beers. Not worried about ever visiting this location again.

By far this is my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings Location. Ive been here a few times and ive only ever had slow service once due to that fact that a game was on. But the other times ive been i really enjoyed my service & my overall experience at this location.

Am I too old for this place? I hated it! Stopped here for lunch as it was cute from the outside. But inside it looked like it was having an identity crisis...it was like a night club - sports bar atmosphere. Menu was confusing, music too loud for lunch, food was ...YUCK...all fried, greasy and tasteless... without all of the sauces it stood no chance!...Service was horrible and the place was pretty empty, it was not a warm and fuzzy type place. I could not wait to leave!!! I hope I never go back!

Shelby the bartender is fantastic! Everything else sucked, will not return. Our first server had an attatude because it was her lunch break ( I assume it was her lunch she spent the rest of our time there eating) the second server never told us her name and never refilled my beer glass, I just went to the bar and got it myself.

I've been to this location a few times now. They have an awesome selection of beers. I was a little hesitant on what beer to get and the server was really kind and got me a free sample of one of the new ones they had on tap. They offer a nice selection of sauces and rubs for their wings. My only negative comment is that I literally froze when I was there. I know it's summer and hot outside, but our entire table, 5 of us, were freezing. I had to keep stepping outside to thaw out for a couple of minutes. We could have eaten on the patio but one of the people i was there with wanted to watch one of the sports channels they had on. They have a lot of tv's in the place and the atmosphere was really nice. I'll be back for more...next time with a sweatshirt.

Unfortunately they did not keep up their good services that was previously stated in other reviews. My husband, our two sons, and I were seated quickly. However we sat there for 10 minutes without so much as a "hi I will be right with you"....nothing we were completely ignored. I would have somewhat expected this if they were slammed but that was simply not the case. My husband got up handed the manager our menus, told him what happened, and we walked out. Worst service I have ever experienced hands down. The one in Lexington park would at least acknowledge that you are there and then get to you. Never again will we step foot in this buffalo wild wings. I have never been so upset with a dining establishment..especially since their companies policy is so strict.

Read the reviews and expected terrible service but we had a great time! Our waitress was Ashley and she paid a lot of attention to us and helped a lot. Food was decent, the beer 'specials' still seemed high but we enjoyed it. Also fun to play the trivia game, since its free.

They just opened. Great service. Hope they keep the standards up. Cheese sticks were good. Mini corn dogs were a hit with my daughter. The Hot wings were really good. Nice mix of flavor and spice. Don't bother with just 6, unless they are an appetizer, or you are ordering multiple flavored to try. The desert heat, dry rub, wings were good too. Nice change, but the hot were better. Servers were on point, almost annoyingly so. We went at lunch, so there was no shortage of seating. Lots of tvs. Great place to hang and socialize. I will be back. They will force the local hooters to step up their game. Hooters has been hit or miss and usually a nice layer of pooled grease in thd bottom of the wing basket. Not here though.
