I was picking up something at the mall and stopped at the food court for a quick bite to eat. I noticed this spot had a very similar setup to Chipotle and Qdoba so I thought I'd give it a go... THE GOOD... -employees were friendly -vegetarian options THE BAD... -food was beyond bland and tasteless -burrito fell apart -vegetables offered were abysmal...green peppers and onions only... -salsa didn't taste good Overall this place is bad even for a spot in the food court. It may give off similarities of familiar Mexican chains, but don't be fooled! I'd never eat here again.

The chicken was absolutely disgusting. I love mexican food and couldn't even touch this stuff. Never again.

The food court at Towson Town Center is mainly blah. Fast food here. Chinese here. Burgers there. So when I saw this burrito place, I thought I'd go for something different. They make the tortilla using fresh dough and a press. Fresh ingredients. And the kicker... they mix the contents before wrapping it up! My new favorite burrito place in Baltimore. Too bad this is their one and only location in the state.

I love this place. It beats and burrito joint in the city. They use only fresh ingredients and make the tortillas right in from of you. I recommend everyone try this once. It is a Midwest chain restaurant which is making its way East.

I had lunch here today with my fiancee after reading the great reviews on Yelp! Even though the tortillas are fresh (and good), the food is just okay. I had the tacos and he had the quesidilla with steak. The steak is not flavorful at all, the salsa isn't even a tiny bit spicy, and the food reminded me of the kind I got from my university. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. For chain store mexican food, my fiancee and I would go to chipotle before coming here. Maybe I'm just picky since I typically only eat Mexican food while I'm home in CA.

PANCHERO'S IS AWESOME!!! My very first experience with Panchero's was back at college in Ann Arbor. I probably went there once or twice a week, once as a normal lunch/dinner spot and the other as a late night drunk munchy hot spot. Everything about Panchero's was amazing, especially the fresh torillas. That is what makes this place so amazing. So when I graduated and returned home to Baltimore, I was back to eating burritos from Chipotle and Qdoba. These places were pretty good, but I would always crave the tortilla from panchero's when I would eat at these places. Then one day I was walking through the mall and I saw a sign that said, "Coming Soon PANCHERO'S Mexican Grill", I was freakin SUPER EXCITED!!! They finally opened and it is just how I remembered it back in Michigan. Tortillas come fresh off the press and the toppings are always fresh. The only complaint I have about this location is that they aren't open late night and the burritos seem a tad smaller than the ones I used to get(probably b/c it's not geared towards hungry college students). But the taste is still AMAZING!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Let's get this out of the way: I'm a Chipotle enthusiast in general, so I have a bit of a bias. A friend told me to check out this place for both the Queso (pretty good!), and the fact that they mix your toppings before they roll your burrito (why doesn't every place do this?).... Anyhow, I tried to remain analogous to what I'd normally get at Chipotle so I could make a good comparison. I found their steak a bit overcooked (but Chipotle does theirs medium-ish, and I'm sure there are folks who disapprove of it), and a bit mild/boring in comparison.Topping selection was solid, and having queso as an option is nice. I'd definitely pick this over most options in the food court, but I wouldn't go out of my way to hit the mall and get a burrito.

Stopped here while shopping a few weeks ago. It's not terribly special (just another Chipotle/Qdoba type place in the food court) but what did stand out was the fresh tasting tortillas AND the guy actually mixed up everything so it was evenly dispersed throughout my burrito instead of having random bites of all rice or all sour cream. The steak could've been a little less cooked. The burrito's look smaller than a standard Chipotle burrito baby, but, I was still completely full so they might just look deceptively small. I'm not really a fan of mall pizza, Chik Fil A, or any of the other food court places so if I needed lunch again while shopping, I would stop here again.

I work at the mall in which Panchero's is located and I am also a vegetarian. Panchero's, Villa Pizza and Nate's Deli are the only 3 places that I really feel comfortable eating at. There is usually little if any wait and the tortillas are fresh. I always order the Veggie Burrito. The Veggies are slightly bland but I'm usually not thinking about that after working an eight hour shift in retail. The only reason why I am giving Panchero's 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the men who work there are creepy and have whistled at me and made inappropriate comments towards me before. Unprofessional.

I don't know why this place is never busy. This place is clean and has homemade flour tortillas. The meat and ingredients are fresh and really favorable. Please try this place, and keep a decent place in a mall food court up and running

Wow an I the only person that wonders if Chipotle knows that panchero's ripped off their business model. The food is good but nothing original. I asked the burrito maker if the ingredients were fresh and he looked at me as I had grown a horn on my face. So I broke out my rusty Spanish and he quickly told me the are fresh ( most of them ). If people of Towson think this is the best in town, you might want to take a vacation, this place is average at best.

Great Mexican food - tasty tacos that are grilled to order. The staff is friendly and serve you quickly.

The wait is not long at all. I usually get the chicken tacos and they are A-ok. They make the tortilla fresh on the grill every time. The staff is super nice. I just feel like there is something missing, the food is boarderline bland.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
