Really big fan of clean spaces, quick service and good food Gino's keeps giving. 10% off when you check in on Yelp doesnt hurt anyways. Favorite is the Western. I was just expecting the traditional cheddar, bacon, onion rings and barbeque sauce situation, but these kids went and threw cole slaw on top for a delightful surprise. Meat is always fresh and juicy, buns steamed/toasted perfecly. About the closest I can get to an In-N-Out situation out east. Really good burger. Hope this continues.

Fast-casual dining at it's finest. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and speedy service. There are a lot of great eateries around this location, but don't overlook this joint if you need to get in and out. Because the patties are thin, burgers tend to be overcooked. However, they are still packed with flavor. The chicken, on the other hand, is almost always cooked to perfection. Whether it's fried or grilled, expect it to come out juicy and tender.

My son LOVES this place. He pesters us constantly to come here. I love him to death, but I'm almost at the point where I'm going to buy a Gino's Giant and smother him with it. But the truth is, he's right. This place is very good. I still prefer 5 guys burgers. But these come close. And their chicken is very very good. They also have about 3 dozen milkshake options. Can get a little busy at times. But it's a damn good burger, so I think it's worth waiting it out.

I had to give this place an extra star, because after my experience there, the owner offered to 'make it right.' Customer service is obviously a high priority here and I can appreciate that!

We went for an early dinner with the kids. It was okay, the onion rings and fries were terrific. Definitely the place for shakes, there's a ton to choose from! And four different flavored were approved by all! The chicken tenders were extremely well done almost on the very dark brown scale. My daughter was very much telling us like any 10 year would, what they looked like. Sadly, the burger would have been really good had it not been drenched in sauce, maybe that's how they are supposed to be but it was just pouring out of the bun from all sides. The staff were all very nice, we watched them cleaning tables as patrons were leaving. Go for the shakes and fries!

Stopped here late on a Saturday, close to closing time. The staff was polite and attentive. The food portions were generous, plus the food was fresh tasting and well prepared. All other guests observed appeared to be happy. The dining area was clean. A decent selection of fountain drinks were available, including fresh tea. Would visit here again.

First time here today. We thought this place was a little like Five Guys Burgers and priced equivalent too. The burgers were mediocre, nothing fantastic about them. Their saving grace is the milkshakes. They have a ton of flavored to choose from. I tried the French toast and cheesecake flavors; both were incredible. We plan to return for milkshakes

Gino's is always good. I prefer it second only to Burger Bros when they are closed or I do not feel like competing with the traffic or paying for parking on Dulaney. Their burgers are delicious, can be a little greasy but overall it is pretty good. I always get the create your own burger so I cant comment on those. One day soon I will try the fries that everyone rants and raves about. The milkshakes are absolutely delicious and you can combine the flavors which makes the 30+ flavor options almost endless! The burgers can be a little greasy and the ladies can be distracted by phones but the behaviors haven't indicated enough of a problem for me to not frequent the establishment again. The ladies can be forgetful (forgetting milkshake with order) and careless (not mixing the shake properly) but any issues can easily be resolved by asking them to remake the drink or reminding them of your complete order.

Turn the heat up in here! It's 40 degrees out n rainy n a little windy. Why does it feel almost the same indoors? It's not just me; everyone who came in here with a jacket is eating while wearing them. The others are in sweat-shirts and hoodies. (Okay, I started the above section WHILE I was sitting there uncomfortably.) We were also here during the summer, so AT FIRST the cold inside was a welcome contrast to the heat outside. After 20 minutes or so, it was a bit much. The AC definitely works. However, with the colder weather, and the fact that there are two separate entrances opening and closing and letting more cold in each time, it was just not where I wanted to be. I understand the heat was "on," but I just don't think it was on very much. At all. The food itself was good-- what we tasted of it. We were on a bit of a time crunch and both freezing, so we pretty much wolfed down the food and got out of there. We each had a burger and onion rings, and we both liked our meals. The o-rings are sliced thin and seasoned well, but maybe just slightly too greasy. They are not caked up with batter that falls off the moment you bite into them. The burgers are fresh. I will add a photo later when I go back to the phone app, but you get the idea. The server who took our order was very friendly, and she also ended up being the one who brought the order out to us as well. For those who like a little "show" with the open kitchen concept, it's cool to see the large metal tumbler they use for seasoning the onion rings. (I'm not sure if it slices the onions, too, but it would make sense if it did.)

This place either needs to lower its prices or raise the quality. Very disappointed. Went in for kids day, but no kids menu available. Order my daughter the grilled cheese sandwich, which ended up being burger buns flipped around with some barely warmed cheese in between. Watched the people next to me ask for their bottle of water and she told the customer to go to the front counter to get it. Good was bland or over flavored. Never coming back here.

As a student, I love Gino's half price Tuesdays if you show your student ID. Milkshakes and boneless buffalo wings are my favorite, both with lots of options to choose from. Only downside is that the salads are never fresh, with lettuce always brown and vegetables wilted.

Burgers and shakes are epic! The onion rings are good, just not for carry out (they defiantly need to be cooked in the oven for a bit when you get home). Always friendly service...

Yo Yelpers! Today I tried the World Famous Gino's out. The restaurant it self was pretty clean up beat staff. Ordering was a breeze. Now the food was a different tale all together. I ordered a chicken BLT and my hubby ordered tenders. I know you're probably thinking " why did you go to a burger joint and order chicken?" Well because we did (smile). When the food came to our table the order was a little off because the young lady forgot to add the fries we paid for. The server was hilarious stating the cashier was new and may have forgot no biggie. When Miss Cashier came with the fries I thought it was a curling contest the way she slid the fries cross the table. It's still all good. Now we are dressing up our food to conceal the dryness. My fries were fresh. So fresh it was like biting a potato. The sandwhich (hence the reason picture not included) was kinda just thrown together with a toothpick shoved down the middle. Someone call Merlin to get this toothpick out! My hubby's tenders; were tender but overly seasoned. I do not remember the original Gino's tasting so dry and needing mounds of mayo/ketchup to be edible. Outside of our food I could see the spot as a 21 century Happy Days. Next time I just won't order. I gave it three stars because it was clean food came out fast & the Hi Def TVS.

Really nice fast food!! Yes it's fast food- burgers and fries and grilled or fried chicken with shakes and sodas...but it's quite tasty!!! I had the Gino's Giant- two nicely seasoned burger patties with cheese, lettuce, and thousand island dressing (the special sauce). Burgers weren't as good as homemade fresh off grill, but were still hands above the schlcok at McDonalds or Burger King. Tasty, not overly greasy, a bit dry, but still not bad at all! The real standout was the onion rings-- holy crap those were good!! Barely a crust of a spicy, peppery batter, tempura-like as opposed the traditional thick crust. Very crispy, could really taste the sweet fried onion..mmmm good!!! They have a gazillion shake flavors you can choose from, too....Watching my figure, but maybe next time. A bit pricier than typical fast food- my burger, rings, and iced tea came to about 11 bucks. If you're in the area, crave a burger and onion rings, it's worth a stop.

This is a place for stuffing your face until you explode. It's nothing special, but it's definitely satisfactory. Between the caesar salad with crispy chicken strips, the rolls, the bacon burger monstrosity that my S.O. and I created from scratch, the fries & onion ring basket and the amazing cinnamon-something-or-other milkshake, I believe we gained 10lbs each. In other words, you're not coming here for the healthy food. You're coming here to clog your arteries, which may be what some of you want. I enjoy coming here to do that exact thing every now and then (like once a year). You should too! Let's all be fat together!

Burgers are a bit dry. Wraps are ok. Staff was more concerned with gossip than customers. Appeared clean. Fries were boring. They were out of onion rings which were my first choice. Overall unimpressed. Been twice to give them a chance and was underwhelmed both times. Parking was not an issue.

I really like Gino's. Portion sizes are average, though it is slightly pricey. It's similar in price to Five Guys, though the food isn't as greasy. You get your choice of cheese and toppings and I like that they have more toppings that you don't have to pay extra for (like jalapenos are usually one you have to pay a little extra for). They do have Old Bay fries, which are a favorite of the Baltimore-born it seems, and their fries are always very crispy. The buns are very good too, though I don't know if they actually make them in-house. The milkshakes are fantastic and pretty thick. There is a huge variety of milkshakes to choose from. This is one of my favorite places to take visiting family members because their chicken strips are very good as are their burgers. Criticisms: I do wish there was a bit more flexibility with their chicken dishes though. $4.99 for a 2 piece chicken meal with fries is pretty nice, but if you want 3 pieces of chicken, the only other thing is the $8.99 3 piece meal with fries and coleslaw. If they had something in the middle that didn't include the other sides, I would be a very happy camper. I think management could stand to be a little better about training SOME of their staff. Most employees are fine and courteous, but I've heard a couple of employees say things in most inelegant way possible, "You done with that yet?" while clearing dishes and "That's all you want?" while taking orders. These employees weren't trying to be rude, I don't think. There should be a bit more training to give employees what they're supposed to say "Can I take these away for you?" or "Would you like anything else with your order?"

A decent place if you are a college student. Tuesdays they have half off any combo meal if you bring your student ID and every other day you get 10% off. That's really the only benefit. Don't go to Gino's on a Tuesday night, it's crowded with lots of college students, and a lot of them are rude jocks. The burgers are not too great. Not all that flavorful on their own. Their toppings are pretty cool and most are free. The fries are ok, you can get either regular or old bay seasoning. Old bay seasoning isn't all that great. I don't like the onion rings. They are very loosely fried and lose their shape. They also have a weird flavor and the sauce they come with is horrible. But you can request another sauce. They offer side salads, but they don't advertise them. The garden is bland, but the Caesar is good. Haven't had much chicken. It's a good cheapish fast food place, but it could improve. Service is good.

I stopped by because older people rave about it. I too had high hopes for there "fresh food" and nostalgic atmosphere. The line reminds me of Hoss'. Which I like. Unfortunately for me, the food is what's BAD. Dry(most likely frozen)burgers, onion rings that are basically onion straws, and bland frozen fries. Someone here said it blows away Five Guys, you are wrong! Seriously, McDonald's is better.

Was talking with a friend how I wanted a burger for dinner. She said "I know the perfect place". We ended up at Gino's... I had a burger that had chili/onions as toppings. It was good (two perfectly cooked patties) and messy (chili all over my hands). No complaints on the burger. I got a side of onion rings. They are the thinly cut, thinly breaded ones and they come with a good spicy dipping sauce. (If you're expecting big cut and heavily breaded onion rings though... that is not what you're gonna get. So order the fries instead). All in all no complaints here....

Stopped here for lunc this past Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. I had read a lot of negative reviews on here but just had to try it out for myself. My girlfriend had the buffalo chicken wrap and I had the Gino giant. We ordered the fries/rings basket with "boom boom" sauce and two drinks. The total was $20 which I think is a good deal for two people. The Gino giant was awesome! It was like a fancy big mac (and I LOVE big macs). The buffalo wrap was the best buffalo wrap I've ever tasted and the fries and rings were perfect with the "boom boom" sauce. Which reminds me, I need to figure out how to make that. All in all I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the dining room was clean. I'll be back.

Pretty good burgers. Mine was hot and juicy. I had no complaints. Fries are okay. Fries are one of my favorite foods (I wish I could eat them everyday without any negative health impacts, but I can't), and they are not in my top 15 of best tasting fries. They're just fine. Service is good. They have a college night, which can save you some money on a meal. Be warned...it will be kind of crowded.

Fast food, but not. The food is cooked to order and it still comes up quick. This one of the main reasons that I stop here, when I am in the area. The other in the thick tasty milkshakes that come in lots of flavors. If you are going to with fries, go with the Old Bay ones. The service was good and they all were very friendly and seemed happy that you were there.

Been back to Gino's a few times since my last review and I have to say something about the shakes/malts. I love them, the vanilla malt is one of the best I've had anywhere. Still loving this place. Two thumbs up Gino's!

Gino's is great for burgers, chicken, and milkshakes! The fries are tasty too. What I like most about it is the 50's diner feel of the place and seeing families with kids together enjoying a meal. The staff has always been friendly. Now if rating based on food alone, if you like this place I'd recommend checking out Burger Bros in Towson and adding that to your rotation!

After passing Gino's in the first few weeks it was open, I wasn't sure when the lines would die down. We finally came back and the line was reasonable. This place is popular and I can see why. First of all, Gino's has such a strong nostalgic connection for Baltimoreans. Secondly, Gino's features a few menu items and serves them well. We ordered the Gino's Giant (2 thick hamburger patties with special sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato and pickle between a heavily seeded sesame bun), Gino's Chicken Giant (seasoned and lightly breaded white meat chicken strips with secret sauce, shredded lettuce, pickle and cheese on a sesame seed bun), fries and a milkshake. The burger was really tasty, but I loved the Chicken Giant even more. It was lightly breaded and seasoned and fried perfectly. The secret sauce and pickles were the power ingredient combo to our sandwiches. Yum. The fries were thick and crispy - perfect. The Chocolate Oreo milkshake was thick, chocolatey and sweet. The line cooks are machines churning food for the hungry masses. You order, take a number, find a seat and wait for them to happily deliver your food to your table. The tables were packed, so we made new friends and sat with a nice couple who traveled to revisit Gino's. They said they remembered Gino's when they first started dating - they've been married 50 years. They said it tasted and looked just like the last time they had Gino's. Even with the crowds, I can see why people like Gino's. It brings people together - good food, friendly service and memories of a happy time.

My girlfriend and I finally made the pilgrimage to Gino's several years after it opened. I don't normally eat fast food though I will make the exceptions for Roy Rogers once every couple of months. Of course, Gino's states it is NOT fast food but casual food. Anyway, we both left very satisfied. It was quiet likely because of Memorial Day and because it was 3:30 in the afternoon. She had the Snak-Pak with onion rings and I had the Hickory Burger without the coleslaw, two sodas and an order of the old bay fries. The food came quickly as in under 10 minutes and was hot. The chicken tenders were juicy, not heavily spiced but were rather mild. They were not prefab stuff but actually pieces of chicken unlike other joints. My burger was tasty with really good bacon that wasn't overcooked (or under) with the shoestring onion rings and BBQ sauce. Was the burger overwhelming you with various facets of flavor? No - but it was juicy and enjoyable. I guess if Gino's wants to separate themselves from other burger joints they may need to develop a season that makes their burgers definitively theirs. The fries were crispy and hot with light old bay which we promptly added to. After our main course, we realized we had to have a milkshake and sprang for the black and white. It came out in under five minutes served in the metal mixing glass (which apparently offends some on here) and we drank it slowly as a regular is quite large and filling. We both thought it was great and the Edy's ice cream served it well. The place was clean outside of one booth that had some missing vinyl and the staff friendly. No doubt Gino's had (and maybe still has) growing pains but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The fries are better than Five Guys as their fries usually arrive stuffed in a cup, smashed and soggy. The Gino's fries were crispy and intact. While we don't eat fast food a lot and it is a bit of a drive, we hope to be back soon. Others should give the place a second chance - I think they have corrected a lot of the issues that other people have described.

When I was a little girl, a trip to Gino's was a weekly family treat. We loved their burgers and shakes probably more than McDonald's. I have many fond memories of our family outings to the Gino's on Mountain Road in Pasadena. We were sad to see it go. I was elated to see that Gino's was coming back and have been itching to visit their MD flagship store in Towson. My husband (who's from DC) and I finally made it up there for a late afternoon lunch, and we were quite impressed. Gino's seems to have gotten the fast casual concept down pat. Their ordering process, vast menu selection and ordering options and the vibrant dining room makes for a pleasant dining experience We ordered our food as we would at any fast food chain, and were given a number and told we would be served as soon as our food was ready. While we waited, we watched the trivia video and other clips Gino's had playing on a loop on the wall-mounted TVs. That, coupled with the mix of hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s made us feel like we were traveling back in time. Our burgers were decent..not the best we've ever had, but definitely leaps and bounds better than the standard-issue burgers you'd get at McD's, Burger King or Checkers. I'd dare say that Five Guys' burgers are way better than Gino's, but Gino's has a leg up on Five Guys in the fries milkshake department. LOL! No half-order of greasy fries soiling your bag here! For those nostalgic souls who remembers Gino's in its heyday, it's worth a trip to check out Gino's today. It's quite different in terms of menu offerings, but it definitely recaptures a lot of what made it great back in the day.

Back after many years gone, Gino's in Towson has been getting a lot of press lately. D tried it out to see what all the fuss was about. His plate: Gino's cheeseburger, snack pack of chicken (2 tenders), fries, onion rings We were there during a football game - so there wasn't a line. Usually, the line's out the door. We took the opportunity to get some quick food, and weren't disappointed. The onion rings are flavorful and oniony, the fries are good. D enjoyed his burger - though it wasn't his favorite (Woodberry) in town. We'll be back for more chicken!

"Baby everything that dies, some day comes back..." As a child Gino's was a fairytale my dad would tell me. He worked at one during high school, and he always spoke fondly and lovingly of the place. The burgers especially. When this place was being built earlier this year, my dad was the first person I called to tell. I couldn't believe Gino's was coming back. I came here tonight with four friends, and we all got burgers...and one chicken sandwich. Unlike it's former self this version does not sell fried chicken. Or mashed potatoes. Or any other side that would set this place apart from any other burger joint. I got a bacon cheeseburger. :( There are no words in any language I speak that can tell you what my stomach has been going through since eating that burger. I've never felt this crappy after eating any kind of burger, ever. It wasn't even that good. The bacon was soggy. Soggy bacon makes me super sad. The fries however were delicious, as was the hamburger bun. And we got our order within 15 minutes on a very busy Saturday night. Everyone agreed the food was mediocre. This once hamburger palace is now nothing more then a cheap rip off it's former glorious self. Five Guys is better. I don't even like Five Guys. I was let down. This place clearly will never be what it once was, and that makes me very sad for people like my father who had such fond memories of this place. If you want to keep your fond memories in tact, don't come here. Don't ruin it. Just think of what it once was, and Be happy you got to enjoy the true splendor of Gino's.

After trying Ginos a few times i will say try the chicken its way better. The large tender basket has really big tenders and are flavorful for a small price. The buffalo sauce is good as is the blue cheese on the side. The Onion ring basket and the spicy sauce totally outclass the french fries, you get a lot for a small price and they are delicious. Tried the tender sandwich and i gotta say you are better off with a basket, its freezing cold by the time it gets to you with the blue cheese crumbles on top of it. In the end I gotta say avoid the burgers and fries, come for the chicken and rings, next time i plan on trying a shake

A solid 3.5, more than A-OK. Slightly better than a normal American chain restaurant yet not quite the type of mom and pop homemade type of hardy comfort place. You could get a double burger meal for about $8 after tax. Everything from the salads, wraps, burgers, shake are pretty decent. Not mindblowing, but it gets the job done!

I get the nostalgic that they are going for, but... I don't know. From what I hear, this used to be a restaurant from the 60's owned by a Colts player. The burgers weren't what I expected for $6, the sauce didn't have much of an impact as I assumed it would. A cheese selection would be nice, since American is, well, bland. The coleslaw was creamy, crunchy, and lacked a bit of tangy that I love in coleslaw. Probably my favorite item. The onion rings are lost in translation. Salty, stringy, and lacked crunchiness. I don't know if it was meant to be thin on batter, but they need to be better drained of grease. The chicken tenders(since there's no chicken, but they market it as such) were juicy, meaty, and unseasoned. Thankfully not salty. I cannot tell if they were baked or fried. Gino's a solid option if looking for a quiet eat-in spot. don't expect to watch a game here though.

Came here with my husband, and we were both disappointed. The giant burger and chicken sandwich were both not tasty at all. However, the onion rings were pretty good. I think they should tweak their recipes, including using different buns. We would not come back.

I have been to Gino's one other time with co-workers, but I was trying to be healthy and got a grilled chicken buffalo salad(which is really good). So with $30 for my husband & I to spend with our Groupon, I decided to go for the fryer. You had to spend all $30 in one visit, so we went all out! I ordered the fried buffalo chicken wrap and onion rings - Love the side sauce that come with the rings. And the chicken is amazing (even still moist the next day). It was plenty for dinner that night & lunch the next day. My husband got the Gino's burger & fries, and the chicken club. It is got him through 2 meals as well. He enjoyed every bite of everything. To top off our gluttony, we both got regular sized milkshake. I had the Strawberry Cheesecake. BEST.MILKSHAKE.EVER - even had graham cracker crust in it. The service was great. Stephanie, at the counter was very nice and helped us along since we had to get the total to the $30 marker. She even stopped out to see us outside, to make sure we got everything ok, to see if we needed refills, and then brought us boxes for everything we needed to take home. It is great to have really good service at burger joint! Will return for sure! Will be ordering a little lighter next time, though ;-)

Frankly, all Franchises within a Company differ by the owner and it matters little which franchise you speak (McD, Burger King etc.). This Gino's in Towson, simply does their menu correctly every time. I have tried other locations of the new Gino's over the past year and always compared them to my visits to Towson. No comparison! First, Gino's is not like a fast food chain in Food Quality or Service. Fresh food, clean restaurants all the time! Yes, you pay a little more but it is priced to reflect the additional attention to food preparation and cleanliness. We went once again to the Towson Restaurant and was really pleased with the Juicy Burgers and the hot fries and onion rings. The staff was very helpful as we selected the best choices for each of our party. They suggested the family fry/onion ring basket that was huge for the four of us to eat. I am still thinking about that great burger even days later! My wife always gets their milkshakes which as you have read are amazing. I can't eat Burgers all the time, but when I do Gino's in Towson is worth the trip.

Five Guys is still my favorite burger place but this comes in a close second. The ambiance (ha, if you could even call it that...) is slightly better than Five Guys, and the waitstaff bring your food out to you. They also have about 84680583634261 milkshake flavors. The brownie batter milkshake was pretty awesome (why have I never thought to just had brownie mix to ice cream...?!). The burger was really good, and the onion rings were awesome. No complaints! Good lunch spot.

Gino's has some of the best burgers in B'More! Towson location is well-managed, super-fast and friendly. Super-clean restaurant and a fun environment (Oldies songs, local memoriabilia on walls, etc.) GREAT FOOD! Menu is extensive and they happily customize things. They have generous portions. You can choose from regular & Old Bay-seasoned fries - with just the right amount of Old Bay. I've tried nearly every burger on the menu and loved each one. You can add a number of toppings at no charge. Chicken sandwiches are fab, too. I've heard the salads are good, but with a burger that great, I've never been tempted. Don't plan on eating healthy here unless you get a salad only. Prices are reasonable, but not 'cheap'. If you're a student with ID, you get 50% off every Tuesday! I love the table service (they bring your food so you don't have to stand around waiting). Drinks/refills are self-service. Gino's knows what they're doing and are very efficient. Many times, a manager has stopped to ask if everything is okay - how nice! It's quite busy, so you may wait a few minutes for a table. However, I've always gotten one in 5 mins or less. It's busy all the time, but not loud/unpleasant. They also have outdoor seating :) Only menu item I'm not crazy about are the Onion rings. Personal preference of course, but they are always very greasy, so don't order them anymore. But, that's okay since the fries are great! Enjoy this newly-returned B'More staple!

Came here with my family for some lunch b/c we had a groupon and it was great. I had eaten here and at camden yards once and it has always impressed me. The food is reasonably priced and good, and the service is wonderful. I got the Towson Burger, which had jalapenos, pickles, lettuce, and a spicy sauce. I enjoyed it. The burgers are always moist and juicy. And as for the service, staff are always walking around cleaning and making sure everything is alright. The milkshakes are also really good. All in all, it was a great meal and I won't hesitate to return.

OK...it's a burger joint, so how great can it be??? GREAT! I used to go to Gino's when I was a kid, but I don't really remember it all that well (except that we used to go because it was close to our house:-) So I was pleasantly surprised when experiencing my first adult Gino's experience a few weeks ago! GREAT burgers with the Gino's sauce. Fries are awesome as are the self-serve drinks. My mom had a cherry coke, which is the kind they have to make with cherry syrup and soda....she loved it. They have a little outside eating area and low and behold, it's really close to another of my favorite dessert places: Tutti Fruitti...which is just a few doors down. If you're looking for quick food that's great, definitely be sure to get the Gino's experience!

I went to Gino's when I visited Baltimore to see what all the hub bub was about. I spent about $40 sampling all of their finest. In one word the food was DEPLORABLE! Everything and I do mean everything was very salty, burgers tasted refrigerated and salty, chicken strips burned and salty, chicken wrap tasted weird and salty, special sauce nasty and salty, onion rings were nasty peppery and salty, fries were average, shakes werent bad but a monkey can make a shake and not mess it up. These people need to get it together or they will be going out of business AGAIN!!

Pros: Our kids really liked their shakes/Quakes (shake with candy bits in it) made with Edy's ice cream. Plethora of flavoring options on those - too many really. Staff was attentive, place looked clean (but we were on the go). Wait time wasn't terribly long & we didn't have to stand for that. Cons: Burgers appeared and tasted like run-of-the-mill fast-food chain fare (5 Guys still wins out for recognizable ground beef & flavor, when not eating home-made). No shortage of toppings applied, but we had to inspect each sandwich to discover who's was who's (squiggle on the plain brown wrappers told us nothing). Fries okay, but overpriced (esp regs) IMHO. Even with my $30 coupon, I still paid over $11 for for 4 people (4 sandwiches, 2 shakes for the kids, 2 fries - 1reg, 1 "wild" to split among us)... While the kids seemed satisfied (1 had chicken sandwich, other single burger w/bacon), shortly after my Giant + some Wild fries I began experiencing serious indigestion and the Mrs (same selections) actually felt ill & suffered some lower digestive 'distress' only a few hours later. This all adds up to a less than stellar experience. Sorry, guys, unless we want shakes AND find ourselves in the neighborhood I think this was a one-shot trip down memory lane.

I actually prefer their burgers to Five Guys! I have been going here on and off ever since they opened up. Great place for a burger and fries. Love their wide variety of milkshake flavors as well!

Not to be confused with Geno's steaks in South Philly, where grease is purveyed by neck tatted ex-cons who bleed Eagle green, Gino's Towson is a time warped Baltimore Colt's nostilga destination. Ocean City sweatshirt clad baby boomers and their next generation can't get enough of this place. Gino's ripoff of the Big Mac brings reminicent memories of Memorial Stadium when Gino's fryer provided relief from blinding Natty Boh hangovers. The surly stadium attitude persists despite the fact that Gino's is alcohol free. We saw an obese Ravens jerseyed hon almost rumble with two elderly AME church ladies who unwittingly trangressed the unwritten etiquette of poaching a recently vacated table without waiting in a makeshift post order line. Think Balmer Five Guys higher qualtiy burgers with a ton of milkshake varieties and irritating 50's do wop music. Kid's meals come with crayons and are served in a cardboard pink Cadillac. Didn't see anyone ordering chicken, and this was not a salad crowd. Expect to wait because it is clean, has good service, is great for kids, and is a much better alternative than just about every other fast food joint. Just don't butt in line.

I had heard so many awesome things about the re-opening of Gino's in Towson, I was absolutely stoked to finally get over and try it out for myself. However, I also heard grumblings of poor service, high prices and bland food. What I found was a mix of good and bad. The Good: Our food was very tasty. My wife ordered the signature Gino's Giant, and she found it to be a very good burger, but not so good that it absolutely blew her away. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and I must say that it was very delicious and ranks right up there with Five Guys, Fat Burger and Red Robin. I was pleased. The burger is not going to make a health food fanatic happy by any means, and as I was eating it I think I could actually feel my arteries slowly blocking. We also ordered a half and half which was a huge platter of fries and onion straws. We both enjoyed the fries and onion straws, and my wife very much enjoyed the dipping sauce that accompanied the onion straws. Again, these were very greasy, but extremely tasty. The Bad: As I was told going in, the prices here are a bit steep. For our meal which consisted of two burgers (not combo meals), a half and half (fries and onion straws), a large milkshake and one fountain beverage, our total surpassed $20. I did not mind paying this, as the food was very good, but I can see where some people may grumble over the high prices. The biggest problem we had with the restaurant was the service. When we entered, neither of us had been to the restaurant previously, so we were a little unfamiliar with the menu and their offerings. We went at approximately 4:00 PM, and the place was dead. There was one other couple in the restaurant at the time, and that was it. We were greeted by a teenage girl who was obviously not happy being at work. She was very short with us and seemed frustrated that we continued to look at the menu as we were ordering. Please note that there was no one else in line at the time and we were not holding anyone else up. After we ordered, we were told our food would be out shortly. Unfortunately for us, shortly equalled over 20 minutes. I could understand it taking this long during a busy period, but when we are watching a surplus of employees play around near the kitchen and front counter, we figure our food would be ready a little quicker, but it wasn't. The theming in the restaurant is a little weak. I could tell they were going for the retro style diner motif, but there was not enough to really wow me with theming. The restaurant was very clean though and we did enjoy the food once it was delivered. Overall, we would gladly return to Gino's. We enjoyed our food. The milk shake was okay, service was bad. However, I have only been in the place once, and some people just have bad days. Hopefully next time I go, the service will be a little more helpful and less aggrivated.

The burgers are the best around, especially the Gino Giant. The french fries are very good. The onion rings are very tasty but could be much thicker. The milk shakes are the best and you can make any flavor combination you wish. The place was very clean and the rest rooms were immaculate. However, the thing that impressed me the most was the friendliness and appearance of the staff. They are the nicest and friendliest bunch of young people you will ever hope to meet. They are all more helpful than any place I have ever been. My family are regular customers now.

The Gino's hype machine started rolling months before the place opened resulting in a perpetual line-out-the-door for the first couple of weeks. If anything, the owners know how to market their product. I admittedly got sucked into the marketing ploy and had been dying to eat there every since they opened. However, each time I drove past the restaurant, I was deterred by the aforementioned line-out-the-door. I finally got a chance to eat here, and boy, was I disappointed. Maybe the marketing hype raised my expectations to unsustainable levels. Maybe the kitchen was over taxed due to the packed house. Or maybe the food was just plain meh. The Gino's Giant that I ordered was OK. The burger patties were tasteless and dry. The sesame seed buns were too big. The secret sauce, similar to the stuff they use at other burger joints, was just OK here. Even the toppings were kinda meh. The onion ring topping sounded interested but was super small and tasted kinda stale like it was previously fried and then microwaved or something. My "strawberry" milkshake was a vanilla milkshake with strawberry syrup. The fries were pretty good, but are way overpriced. Not the worst burger I've ever had, but definitely not the best. For what the food costs, I would expect much, much, much better quality food than what I got.

Great burgers & chicken sandwiches! I stopped in yesterday and was my first time visiting this Gino's or any Gino's for that matter. Prices on the sandwiches are cheap but they get you on the fries and drink. I got their chicken club sandwich and it was great. I'd definitely recommend it. I liked the outside seating area and loved the fact that they bus the tables here so no worries. I would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

So I decided that I would stop by this place because I have heard so many people who are older than I am telling me that I must go to his place and eat their food. In my mind I was thinking that when I got to this place that I would be jumping magical lily pads with unicorns in the background as I ate my food. I got there and had to wait in line. All of us thought that this place was busy, but when I got inside I quickly realized that they intentionally were holding the line back to make it look that way. Who knew that a burger joint could pull the same pretentious crap that you see at a DC club. I looked at the menu and realized that everything is priced really high. Ordered my food, which was just a single burger and some fries. They bring the food out to me and lo and behold the hamburger patty was the same thickness that I could have gotten at the effen golden arches for much less. Then I ate it and it was the driest burger I have ever eaten. I knew at that point that I just got robbed and could have gone to a fast food joint for a cheaper price or paid the same amount at Five Guys and have gotten a much better burger, This taught me a lesson, as I will never listen to older people that much ever again. Either the food here has gotten worse over the years it was absent, or the older generation's memories are screwed up.

Everyone talked about how awesome Gino's was "back in the day", so I went a few months after the hysteria of the re-opening to get a "Gino Giant". It's kind of like a Big Mac, with it's own "special sauce" of goodness. I got a side of onion rings, which were like actually slices of regular onion. They were good, but gave me wicked heartburn. While I came for the burger, I stayed for the MILKSHAKES! The milkshakes here are some of the BEST I've ever had. My favorite flavor is the Birthday cake milkshake. I know, sounds weird, right? But oh no, it's SO GOOD! It's actually got sprinkles and has a delicious, yet non-fake taste of cake batter. So the reason I have been back is strictly for the shakes. While the food is alright, it's a bit pricey for something that is essentially greasy burgers and fries.

I have eaten here several times. I like to go because it is a neat place to grab an okay burger. The last time I was there was perhaps my last. I ordered a Gino's Giant and my son got a kids burger. Our meal was served by a person that is higher than a manager, I presume one of the owners. He was very courteous. When I lifted the burger there was a pubic hair right on top of my burger. I was stunned. The executive was talking to people right next to our table and I called him over, about 1 minute after he walked away. He handled everything very well, and returned with a copy of my receipt that revered the charges. The manager, or whatever he is, returned with the revered check and he was reassuring me that everyone practices clean hygiene. This got me a bit annoyed, because obviously not. How else would a pubic hair land on my burger. After my son finished his burger we left and a manager who was off duty ran after us and met me in the parking lot to offer me free stuff. I thanked her for her effort, but told her that it would be a while before we decide to return.

we used to go to the Gino's in King of Prussia, PA, that closed a few months ago and made it a weekly "date". The onion rings were delicious. we hope to visit a Gino's in MD soon. Fortunately, a Shake Shack opened in King of Prussia a few months after Gino's closed.

I finally made it to Gino's, no line outside today!! Went through the door and was met by "the line". After about 20 minutes I placed my order for the "Gino Giant". What a surprise. These two patties were overcooked and so dry I was glad I had a drink to help wash it down. One of the WORST burgers ever. Definitely not the Gino's from my high school days at Poly with Gino's just two blocks away. They better get a clue or they surely won't last. The prices are too high for the poor quality.

I got food from gino's again, and i got the same thing i mentioned on my last review of this place, just not the jr size. It was much better than the last one, could have put more mayo on there though. Instead of fries i got the onion "rings" as a side. I say " rings" because when you think of an onion ring its more crispy and thicker. These are more like onion stings. They were pretty good, besides the after taste was so salty i felt like I accidentally swallowed beach water. The sauce did help though. I also got the chocolate oreo shake which is really good. I would almost give it 4 stars but i do not like their sides. I will go again though, just get the burger and a normal size shake. It is really busy in the sit down area so i recommend just bringing it home instead. One more thing, the website (i know, not really involved with the actual food), does not have all the detail on the menu. It just annoys me.

Been wanting to visit Gino's and have to say I was impressed. Attractive place for a burger joint with indoor/outdoor seating and lots of vintage Gino's/Baltimore sports memorabilia. Ordered the Gino Giant and Old Bay seasoned fries. Both were very good. Burger was well cooked and tasty thanks to the 'special sauce', fries also were good - and not overpowered with Old Bay. My wife got onion rings and they were not the typical huge breaded variety where the full onion comes off when you bite into them - and also very good. What really impressed me was the service, efficient at the counter and other staff walking around asking if things were Ok and even offering to fill up drinks. I'll definitely be back. They also offer groupons occasionally which makes for a good deal.

I swear the people complaining about the wait are ridiculous. This was one of the most loved burger places in Baltimore and for good reason. It's 20 year absence is fueling crazy demand. As of this review its the first Ginos opened and its two weeks in. I went this afternoon and the line out the door was 20 people deep and when I got to the counter there was 20 people behind me. The person in front of me ordered 8 Giants and the person behind me ordered 20 Giants. The demand is nuts. In spite of all this I got my food in less than 25 minutes. The service was friendly and fast. The Gino Giant's beef I ordered was unbelievably fresh and tasty. The secret sauce was on par with In-n-Outs spread. Fries were hand cut, hot, and delicious. May have been the best semi-fast food burger I've had from a chain. If you don't want to wait a few minutes in line give it another month or so, but Gino's is going to give Five Guys a run. Right now Gino's is the king of fast food burgers in town.

Yes. The wait is ridiculous. In a 3/4 full place we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. But I'm not deducting a single star for that. It's fine to slow down and have a conversation once in a while. This is all about the food. Some of the most ill conceived set of flavors I've had. My kid's bacon cheeseburger was okay according to him, but my bacon bleu cheese burger was not. Why? Who puts both american cheese and bleu cheese on the same burger? I wouldn't have if I knew that is what they were going to do. And then there are the onion rings...a soggy mess so over spiced as to be inedible. The spice was somewhere between old bay and the old McCormick seasoning salt. So overpowering. The "giant" burger was anything but and the junior could have been had for 1/4 the price at any other fast food place and was less tasty than anywhere but Burger King, which goes out of it's way to offend anyone's sensibilities. A $20 price tag for a regular "giant" burger, a junior burger, two orders of onion rings and two drinks is a little too high. I would have been glad to pay it if the food were tasty and was quality. Sorry folks. Nostalgia will only take you so far. Unless they get their quality up, and their recipes revamp, this one will not last, and will become another chain. Actually, I'd love a Steak and Shake or In 'n' Out to replace it.

The Towson Burger was excellent. I've never had onion rings like they have at Gino's but I thought they were great. I'm on the chocolate/coffee/cappuccino end of the milkshake spectrum, it was also delicious. And the whole place was spotless. I'm not from the area, but I feel like the prices are comparable to any place nearby. I hope to come back again.

Nothing special about this place. There was a lot of hype since it used to be popular but now is just a boring burger and shake joint. Not worth the visit. I was told the shakes are good but didn't try. 5 guys and burger bros nearby are better.

  • Colby R.

Gino's has great onion rings, good burgers, and an awesome array of shake flavors. The staff will help you find a place to sit when it's busy and will come around once you're sat to see if you need anything else. I think I'd be happier though if they stopped telling me they can't cook a burger to order, and started cutting fresh fries instead of frozen. Aside from that it's a pretty good time.

Awesome burgers and fries. Great service. Don't let all the hecklers on here deter you. If you like burgers, you need a Gino Giant.

  • Stacey G.

Unfortunately, the review of the food was not good. It was tasteless. From the burger, to the ranch salad dressing. What was good was the huge variety of shakes, which was pretty cool. They were all right but they used soft serve ice cream. The kid's meals were served in car trays, which was really neat for my boys. But overall, not a place to go to again and my husband is still disappointed we didn't go to Burger Brothers instead.

    (2)
  • Stacey B.

I'm "just" old enough to remember Gino's restaurants (My Mom and I used to go to the one on Mountain Road) and what I remember most was the fried chicken, which was really just KFC. Still, I'm a nostalgia junkie, and when Gino's re-opened, I was excited to give it a try. I wouldn't go NEAR the place when they first opened, horrified by the near constant OUT THE DOOR lines. The lines were at their worst when it was raining almost daily here. Eventually, my hubby and I braved a relatively short line and had a meal. All I can say is "much ado about nothing". If you think that Burger King makes the BEST fast food in America, you'll love it here. If you think that the only borderline-decent burger chain is Five Guys, you'll be really disappointed in what Gino's sells. Gino's might have been memorable in its day, but the reality is that the burger business has grown and innovated over time, and Gino's just wasn't around to develop and grow with the industy trends. The food is just ok, the burgers are frozen, not fresh, (or they taste that way which is worse) and the fries are utterly forgettable. In a climate where fast food places that stress fresh, locally-sourced ingredients are becoming what the public seems to crave, Gino's is definitely in the dark ages with food that tastes every bit as processed as the major fast-food chains, with a longer wait and higher price tags at Gino's. I really won't be going back any time soon, there's just too many options that are MUCH better. If you want a REAL burger, try the Hamilton Tavern, Alewife, or about a ton of other local places that respect the food they prepare and aren't trying to dazzle you with hype. I drive by Gino's on the regular, and the business seems to have fallen off exponentially. I think the real reason for that is that the food just doesn't live up to everyone's memories. Sad, really when it wouldn't really take much (fresh food, made right) to make it more competitive.

    (2)
  • S J.

I should have done this a few months ago, but better late than never. Gino's got their act together and the food is much better. We have been back a lot and the whole family has been enjoying their food. The burgers are cooked much better and I get the three patty powerhouse...it's big, it's messy...it's a lot like me! Also, I have never had a better shake...it's so full of flavor without going too far.

    (4)
  • Colleen B.

I'm not a native Baltimorean so I decided to see what the hype was all about. My first visit I found the burger dry - especially compared to Five-Guys. My second visit I just got onion rings which were so greasy that I could only eat a few. My third visit I got the Portabello 'burger' which was wonderful...and a little pricey. I got the onion rings again because I have selective memory and again they were incredibly greasy. I liked the taste but my body can't handle so much grease. I ended blotting them with my napkin before eating them. I would go back but it wouldn't be my first choice. The place was clean, I moved through the line and received my food rather quickly.

    (3)
  • Nancy M.

Service was excellent. I ordered the chicken and rings. The tenders were large plump and moist. They were also very greasy and way too salty. The rings are the skinny variety, but also way too greasy and again salty. I could not taste the delicious sweetness of the onion, just grease, salt, and I guess whatever the secret seasoning is. They can keep it a secret. Not worth the stop.

Burgers, onion rings, and shakes were delicious! Fries not that great. More variety than Five Guys. If the fries were better, they'd get 5 stars.

I went here today, and after waiting in line for 20 mins, I reached the counter and ordered a burger as did my friend. The people who work there are wonderfully nice. However, it was SLOW, and that's an understatement. My friend and I waited an HOUR for our burgers. Now, at a place like this you would expect a 10 minute wait like at 5 guys, but this was terrible. The only thing keeping this place alive is the food. The burger was good, but not worth that wait. If they aren't around in another year, don't be surprised. Slowest carryout place ever.

    (2)
  • Gwen M.

Been here a few times now. Have enjoyed it each time. This time it was my husband and I - we each got a Towson burger and split some onion rings. Service was fast. Food was hot and tasty. It was busy since it was lunch time but we never felt rushed. My husband topped his meal off with a gingerbread cookie dough shake and loved it as always.

    (4)
  • Anthony M.

A bland, uninspired burger joint that banks on the nostalgia factor more then serving quality food. The wait is always too long and the fries and onion rings are over seasoned. McDonalds and Burger King serve a better meal then Gino's.

    (2)
  • Brian S.

My brother and I had to check this place out since we were just wee little ones when Gino's closed their doors in the late 70s. We know the name but don't remember the taste. If this is what Gino's used to be, maybe it should have stayed in the 70s. I got a Gino's Giant, their signature burger and onion rings. Onion rings were really just onion straws and were super greasy and not all that delicious. Burger patty was marginal at best and the "special sauce" really had little taste. The problem is that they are charging premium burger prices for what I would expect to get served at a bar. If you want some nostalgia, try it once. I did, but will be spending my money and allocated fat intake elsewhere.

Food was great and although it's a little high in price, it's on par with Five Guys if not better. The milkshake variations are almost limitless and the service was great. Would definitely go back.

While on travel to the East Coast for work I stopped in the famous Gino's everyone has been raving about. The special sauces, the onion rings and the bacon cheese burger was AMAZING for the price!! if you are looking for high-end then go somewhere else. The service was great and everyone was working the line so no one had to wait too long and the cars for the kids meals was a huge hit for the kids......My favorite....the hundreds of options for a milk shakes! Name your favorite candy bar or candy and they will mix it in just for you.

I'd been wanting to try Gino's for a while because I'd heard from some coworkers that they supposedly had great burgers. When I saw a Groupon for essentially 50% off, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out. My husband got a triple burger with barbeque sauce, fried onions, tomatoes, and pepperjack cheese; I got a double burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onion rings, and Cheddar cheese. He got a vanilla milkshake, and we split "wild fries" and onion rings. We also got a cookie to eat later. The wait was about 40 minutes. I noticed at one point that in the packed restaurant, most of the people seated around us did not have food. Not a good sign. But, it was a busy weekday night, so we figured it'd be worth the wait if the food was good. The food was not good. Both burgers were bland and dry. My burger had enough sauce to compensate for the dryness and make it edible, but my husband's triple burger was a wad of VERY cooked meat--very unappetizing. The onion "rings" were stringy and way too salty. The wild fries were tolerable, but the cheese sauce and ranch dressing made them messy. The milkshake was decent, but not anything spectacular. Neither of us finished our meals despite being VERY hungry after such a long wait. On the plus side, we ate the macadamia nut cookie later in the evening, and it was pretty good. This was not worth it. Not even half off. Five Guys is better, and I don't really like them that much. Even McDonald's is better--at least the meat has flavor, and you're in and out in five minutes!

I fondly remeber this chain from my childhood, so maybe my hopes were high... The atmosphere is garish, even by fast food standards and the music too loud. Ordered the gino's giant and it came to my table drenched in their special sauce (1000 island) and the lettuce was rusting. Fries were nothing spectacular, possibly just Sysco, not fresh cut. My buddy ordered the onion rings, which were good, but got really hard when they started to cool. About the same prices as Five Guys and I would much rather have their fries as well as burgers.

I don't have the nostalgia for this place, as I was merely a child when the original chain closed. Based soley on the food, I can't go any higher than 2 stars. The fries and burger were both acceptable, but not as good as the other area burger chains (Five Guys, Boardwalk, Burger Bros).

I am not picky, not a foodie, not a food snob. I remember when Dee from "What's Happening" was filming a burger place commercial and complained the burger she had to keep biting was nasty, huh? as far as I have always been concerned there are no such thing as nasty burgers, I like to eat and even a day old, cold McDonald's Cheeseburger makes me pretty happy. I have perfectly happy with every burger I've ever had - Wendy's are great, when McDonald's are fresh they are great, Burger King Whoppers are pretty good, I love Five Guys, I love In N Out, I like Shake Shack, I love White Castle, Hardee's, Roy Rogers---- I swear to you I have never had a burger that was not good enough to call OK (and I'm sure you see this coming) UNTIL NOW! I threw away two of the Gino's double cheeseburgers I bought with their Groupon deal for one reason only, not the yummy soft bun, not the generous amount of tasty American cheese and not because of the personally selected assortment of toppings that while no where near the quality of Five Guys, seemed good enough, no I threw away two Gino's burgers because of their MEAT! It is inedible. Not sure how to describe it , it's like a couple days old meatloaf only kept part of that time in the fridge that has lost most moisture. There seemed to not be any seasoning to cover the bad taste but it would not have helped these burgers ranked. Me and my wife were just laughing our behinds off because I am a chubby guy and have never seen a dish I'm not OK with but this burger was so so bad. We could not believe they did not test market their burgers before opening their stores. Now here's where I am forced to pile on... The chicken sandwich is about 25% better than the burgers but that only makes them edible at least for me my wife who ain't a big fatty And actually turns down a meal now and again would never again eat a Gino's chicken sandwich, I would but I would never pay for it, like I'd only eat one if it was given to me for free I'll foot chick fil a or McDonald's for chicken if I must pay. Also the onion rings are so soaked with grease and covered with salt their too are inedible and were thrown away. The cheese bacon fries were yucky they just did not "work" this place seems to not have tries to make the three ingredients fit and they just threw a type of fries some kind of cheese and some brand bacon bits together and did not care about the end result. And just so you will know I didn't make this all up and am just being mean to this place i am Happy to lavish praise on the two girls at the counter the one taking my order and the one delivering my food were sweethearts they were both nice similar to the classy folks that work at Chick Fil A. Also the Banana Oreo shake was Delicious, the girl said she liked that one and I'm glad I asked it had a real whole banana and whole Oreos dropped in and blended. I would come come back for the shake and their awsome list of shakes to choose from. The place is nice enough as well it looks professionally designed. One more thing if the folks that run Gino's are reading this I watched a guy who seemed to be in management there slightly bulky tallish white guy making milk shakes literally yell at almost the top of his lungs at the female manager there complaining about the phones not working and telling her to do something. It was weird as the place had a bunch of customers in it and this guy is literally yelling orders at someone about 12 feet away. So that's my review Gino's food all except the shakes belong in the garbage and not in your stomach it's harsh but it's the truth and I ain't picky.

Awful!!! I got my food, and my chicken sandwich was cold. I went back inside to have another one prepared, and I guess the solution was to put an already cooked piece of chicken back in the (clearly) dirty grease. When I got it, it was hot, but missing the mayo. So now I have a hot, dry, burnt tasting sandwich. No thank you!! The fries were just ok, and the cheese sauce was bad!!! I understand that there is a demand for it, but probably not much repeat business. Everyone I talked to while I was there had never been before.....

I love burgers and although I am not a beef expert, I know a good burger when I taste one. Last weekend I went on a wild burger hunt but couldn't make up my mind where to go. I'm not a Baltimore native but my partner is and has raved about eating at Gino's burgers as a kid. I followed her suggestion and ended up in Gino's parking lot. Gino's menu is really big: literally, it takes up half a wall but was very easy to follow. I ordered the Gino's Giant, fries, and a Banana Foster milk shake. I impatiently waited 5 minutes and anticipated sinking my teeth into a juicy, beefy, burger. What landed in front of me was a pile of overly well-done, chewy bland, and dry beef patties. The shake wasn't much better and I couldn't even take a sip because there was whole mashed banana occupying the bottom half of my cup. Gino's was an absolute disappointment. If dry and tasteless burgers are you thing just skip Gino's and head straight to the nearest McDonald's drive through. You'll pay much less for an equally uninspired and unpalatable product.

I love going to Gino's whenever I want a good burger, with some fries or onion rings, and a milkshake. I was impressed the first time I went, and I haven't stopped going since. The Gino's giant is great or you can get a burger with a variety of toppings. Or, you can get chicken strips or a Chicken Giant. These are also good choices. I always get the onion rings that come with a great sauce just like the one from Outback. The fries are good, but they're made even better when you get the cheese fries. Of course, I get a milkshake to complete my meal. I've tried the chocolate milkshake, Oreo, Bananas Foster, and Frozen Hot Chocolate. All of them are delicious! The banana milkshakes are awesome because they use real bananas. They recently had a Groupon which was well worth it. I'm also glad that they give a student discount. Gino's is consistent and never disappoints.

I went back after I gave a bad review on the "Giant". Gotta say that it was good. It tasted just as I remember .The restaurant wasn't crowded this time, so my dining experience was a lot nicer. I love the toasted edges on my bun, I thought that was a great touch, since that how they use to be . I like the use of vanillia ice cream and chocolate syrup to make a chocolate shake, and was very happy to see the chocolate floating in my shake. Gotta say I was impressed with " Gino's " management wanting to keep a good product out there and care what customers say.

the burger i had was great! it had a lot of melted cheese, a sauce a lot like thousand island, the roll was covered in sesame seeds, and was huge. i ordered fries, but couldnt finish them, and im a big guy. im guessing there was about 100 different flavors for the malts. just order your food, and they bring it to your table when its ready. you dont even have to clear your trash, they do it for you. the only down side is price. its $8.88 for a burger and fries

Not a fan of their manager. Always rude to employees and even brought in a bag of macdonalds one day. The price and portions are fair here. Im a big fan of their onion rings and enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich. The tenders are okay, hot but too greasy. Taking time to pat them down when they come out the fryer would be nice. Customer service here is lousy. No one is happy to serve you and there is one woman who busts tables that always tries to kick me out as soon as i finish eating. Just plain rude. But then again the manager sets the tone for the employees. Better off going to wendys or chikfila.

Burgers were pretty darn good!! Loved the onion rings! Nothing really special about the fries, but everything else made up for that. Awesome for a quick guilty pleasure meal!!

This place is somewhere in between McDonald's and Five Guys. The burgers are small like a fast food place. The service is great and the place is clean. They have ton of milkshakes. Everything is okay, just a little too expensive for what you get.
