The pizza is mediocre. The cheese and sauce taste really cheap, and I agree with the review that says the crust tastes like burnt chalk. I wonder if the health department knows about this place, because the inside was dirty, smelly, and featured flies galore. This place is popular with drunks and stoners because it's the only show in town after 11pm...I see why, you have to be drunk or high to like this place.

We ordered a pizza from Romeos to be delivered. Credit card was charged, but pizza never arrived. Went to Romeos the next day around 11 am to ask for a refund but they were not open. Business hours were posted as 10 - 4 AM or something like that.

Tried this place once back when it first opened up in '09. Wasn't real impressed. Decided to try it again. Got my food late around midnight, as they were the only shop open in this crap town. In a pinch, this place will do. The cheese tastes ok, but not nearly enough sauce on the pizza. Crust has a funny burnt taste to it with too much corn meal on the bottom, gives it an unpleasant chalky taste. Toppings were not good, sausage and meatballs left a lot to be desired. In fact, they were worse than domiblows, or pizza butt and that is saying a lot. Place was clean but there were a lot of shady looking kids sitting in there, then again, does anything good really happen after midnight? FYI, they only sell 2 size pizzas. 18" Jumbo with 1 topping everyday for 10.99 and some sort of 32" monstrosity for 28 bucks. Stick to the Papa Johns 11 buck special or the domiblows special that fake actor manager douche cries about when he says it should be worth at least 14 dollars. If its after midnight, this will scratch your itch.

I should have red the reviews first. Worst pizza in Salisbury. Service was bad, the room wasn't clean, the pizza tasted like frozen. No actually, that's an insult to frozen pizza. Avoid this place at all costs. We threw half of it out.

It took over 2 hours to get our food and when it arrived half of it was missing. We are in a hotel and specifically requested silverware , none was sent. So now we only had half of our food and nothing to eat it with. I called and the young rude man answered the phone and refused To let me speak to the manager.......we won't be ordering here again and suggest you do the same !!!

It all started as a late night craving, for something hot and delicious, that I stumbled upon this location. My cravings for pizza would surely be satisfied, was my initial thought, and so I placed a call to their Salisbury Location. Ordered my two meat lovers pizzas and requested delivery, as a pizza in the hand is worth two in the bush, but upon learning about a $2 delivery charge I canceled the delivery and decided to pick it up. After the walk to Romeo's, it was then I learned that my precious pizza was already taken out on delivery, even after confirmation over the phone of pick up. To my dismay the customer service in person was tenfold worse than over the phone. In an attempt to convey my disapproval of their customer service and not be charged the $2 delivery fee, the response was "no need to act like a D*#K." I have experience in restaurant customer service and I do not recall that name calling is a good way to handle customers. The manager fortunately removed the $2 delivery fee and took a $3 discount off the pizza. I returned home and within a few minutes the delivery driver made the delivery. The driver was very courteous and understood what had happened. Thank you. Pizza itself was 2 out of 5. Not the best, but as a late night meal it was decent.

Warning: Prices may rise as you eat! I stopped in here at 10:05pm on a weekday and was the only customer in the place. Placed an order and noticed it was more expensive than stated on menu. Was then told that prices rise at 10pm! Really... I was the only person in there! What a scam. Food is average. Anyone who gave this place 5 stars was probably drunk when at this location.

My pizza arrived cold. They were out of some toppings and did not carry something that was printed on the menu! The sausage tasted like a breakfast sausage patty made from dog food.

Over priced, Poor quality customer service, Extended wait times and the manager is never there to make things right. I ordered the same sub 5 different times and every time i got it it wasn't the same. I don't care how drunk you get and come in here the food taste like shit no matter what you do. Stay away! Save your money and frustration!

I never realized that there was such a creature as a dive pizza shop, but this would actually fit into this category. The staff is very attentive and helpful, but this will only get you so far in my book. Most of the prices seemed overly expensive for the type of food that they serve. To me it seems as though you're paying high end pizza prices for what will I would consider a mediocre pie. If you're in the mood for a good pizza pie I recommend some of the other pizza joints located in the Salisbury area. I mean can win this is a college town so of course there are a ton of pizza joints all over! Overall I wasn't overly impressed, but I wasn't hungry at the end of the night.

"Romeo, oh Romeo, where art thou, oh Romeo?" No, seriously, where art thou, Romeo? This place is one huge dump. I stopped because of the street sign in front announcing $1.00 for a slice of pizza. I had just left the gym and my stomach was screaming, "Feed me, feed me." First, the food. They had one old slice, so they had to make a fresh pizza. They don't make the dough fresh, they get it shipped in. It was hand tossed. About 10-minutes later, I had my two slices. Nothing remarkable about the pizza. But for $1.00 a slice, it was respectable. Now the restaurant. From the outside, this place looks pretty appealing. It all goes down hill once you open the door. The place is filthy and disorganized. The windows are dirty. Floor is dirty. Second hand tables and chairs were dirty and scattered about. Old Styrofoam cups with lids and straws popping out were scattered about. Cobb webs abound. There was a stack of two-week old local newspapers on the window sill. Second hand refrigerator, balanced on boards, is out on the dining floor because of a lack of space back in the kitchen area. No salt, pepper, pepper flakes, or napkins to be found. My two slices of pizza were served to me, get this, in a 12" pizza box. That has to be great for the bottom line. Salt, cheese, and red pepper flakes had to be dispensed by the cook from large containers into small containers. I ordered a Diet Pepsi from the fountain. It wasn't working or was empty, so the cook had to open a 2 liter bottle of Diet Pepsi he had back in the kitchen. This place was sad, just sad. I had visited Romeos before it moved into its new location. The old location was a real mess, too. This place sits directly across the street from a college campus, so I guess there are enough college students buying enough pizza to keep the door open on this place. But there are many other fast food and pizza joints within walking distance that the margins on this place have to be razor thin, which may explain why they don't have salt and pepper shakers on the tables, and serve two slices of pie in a cardboard box. Romeo, if you need help in managing your place, write me, I'll come in and give you a crash course on how to run a clean and profitable business. What you have going on now is a royal mess. Those $1.00 slices of pizza may be enough to get people like me to stop in, but they're not enough to make me a loyal customer, or enough to make you a profitable business owner. The first lesson I'll give to you for free. Clean the place up and wash the windows.

Terrible! We ordered pizza, a Caesar salad, and wings...which supposed to get us a free order of "garlic knots", at 830 pm. We were told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. 10 pm came, no pizza. We called they said it would be there in 5-6 minutes. 11:30, they said "the driver just left". 12:45, they said it would be there in 5-6 minutes again. 1:50, called again; they said they would re-send our order and include another free order of garlic knots for the inconvenience. 2:53, our order FINALLY came.......and no free knots. So now, we are starving because this is the only place open and we haven't eaten, and even starving, the food was bleh. Pizza was dry, wings were overcooked, the "salad" was literally shredded taco lettuce with some fried pizza dough that I guess were supposed to be croutons.... Needless to say, I'm NEVER coming back. Sorry!

I was not really impressed with this place. Their pizza is not that good, and the cashier could barely understand us because he did not speak English very well. Also, I'm sick of them constantly sticking menus on our door. We have at least 10 right now, and that's 10 too many.
