Amazing customer experience here: indoor fun and clean playground, friendly and efficient customer-oriented service (your dishes will be served at your table), delicious, warm and affordable food with a fair size portion... Our toddler enjoyed the child's menu, which included a small fruit cup and milk chocolate. We enjoyed our grilled or fried chicken sandwiches. Fresh flowers were decorating the tables. The clean restrooms had a changing table. It was easy and free to park. There was a gorgeous tree with a myriad of pink flowers on the parking lot. During one of our visits, we filled a raving customer survey, which enabled us to redeem a free fried chicken sandwich within 2 days. This has been our favorite fast food restaurant in town.

I am not one to usually have something bad to say, but I visited the drive thru 3 times this week. Each time I waited for a significant amount of time when I ordered just one thing for me. In the past if I had to wait the staff member was very apologetic and it seemed no big deal this week. Last night I stopped for a kids meal for my child and an ice cream cone. The staff member working the window was the rudest employee I have ever encountered there. She hands me the ice cream cone, then I wait for the kids meal. She finally hands that to me then turns around. So I'm like okay and I start to pull away, then I here ma'am your apple juice? I say yes what about it? And rudely she says I haven't given it to you yet! Okay well all she had to say was here is the kids meal i just need to give you the apple juice. As far as I was concerned it was already in the bag when she just gave it to me and just turned around the other way. So my point to all this is ever since the renovation the wait time in the drive thru and the employees are just not the same. Everyone use to be so friendly and efficient and I just haven't noticed that lately especially this week. I love Chic fil A and hate to see this happen.

One of the worst Chickfila locations I have been to. Always a long wait for food inside. Always a long wait at the drive thru. No one has been rude but I haven't seen that over the top kindness you usually get at most Chickfilas. Worst experience was when I took my kids for an after school treat of ice cream. So it was 3pm...not a super busy time. We waited over 10 minutes for 2 kids ice cream cones. The guy who took my order kept looking at us then looking to see if anyone was making them and never once asked anyone...or *gasp* even attempt to make them himself! We actually stood patiently waiting while other people received their full food orders and one guy even got a milkshake. ..but still, no ice cream. One customer came up to me as he was leaving and commented on what well behaved children I had for waiting so nicely. So overall, we go here because it's the closest location without going in the mall...but I can honestly say since moving to this area we have cut back on our visits to Chick-fil-A because of this locations poor service.

To the manager: Faster drive thru, more business. Take some tips from Chickfila Oconee, FL. I always chose to go there for breakfast on the way to work because of speedy service. Never disappointed. However, your drive thru needs some help. As I sit and wait for the cows to come home...

Chik-fil-a makes great food but they have a terrible corporate culture. They donate money to bigoted, hateful organizations and use their kids meal giveaways to fill childrens' heads with propaganda. Do not eat here.

These guys are great--exceptional for fast food. Customer service is best anywhere. Good food for fast food. Peach shakes in season are surprisingly wonderful. Only downside is that they can get very busy, but lines usually move quickly.

This Chick-fil-a has more than just great food. The service is fast and the employees are very polite! Have any kids? This location is good for the whole family. The playplace is awesome and there are free ballons!!! Overall...this place is LEGIT!

The staff and good quality are the reason my boyfriend and I always return. Most 'fast food' places can be hit or miss but this place is great! Their manager, a man with red hair who's name escapes me, has always been kind and welcoming.

I am a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A because the food is go and the service is always impeccable. So whenever I come back to Salisbury, it's almost like I HAVE to stop here to get my fix. For almost $6 you get their homestyle chicken sandwich served with pickles (yum!), waffle fries, and a drink with free refills. And it's very filling. The food is always very good and they get your order correct! This location is always busy whenever it is open. And furthermore, the parking is ridiculous and getting in and out of this location is a total pain in the ass. But the restaurant is very kid-friendly (there is a huge kid play area) and meticulously clean. For a quick bite the entire family will enjoy, I definitely recommend stopping in. That is, if you can figure out how to get in here from Rt. 13. And good luck getting out.
