Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They mess your order up and then they call you a lair saying its in the bag when its not and they refuse to send it back out with the tight order, food is great people are horrible, worst customer service.

3 strikes, your out! 1). Ordered 2 subs which came out wrong. After the normal 45 minute wait. 2). After explaining my order several times, I am told they would send out correct subs. Ok, I think. Mistakes happen. 3). After another 45 mins or so, the delivery girl shows up and asks for my original sub. I showed it to her and she changed her mind. Just testing me I guess. Then I realize I got two more completely wrong subs. Gotta say, I wasn't very nice on the phone. Sorry for that, but, seriously, how hard is it to get an order right after it being repeated ad nausium to ensure you get it right this time? Anyhow, they offered to send it out yet again. At this point, I just wanted my money back. After a hilarious conversation with the "manager" who didn't seem to know what an italian cheesesteak was (From your menu, "manager"): ITALIAN CHEESESTEAK With mushrooms, green peppers, fried onions & marinara sauce They finally agreed to refund me. I wait 5 days and nothing is credited. So I call back and am told they aren't going to refund me completely because, hey, I did get the mozzarella sticks and cannoli but they will allow me to drive in to pick up 20 cash of the nearly 40 bucks I spent ( as they refused to credit my card). my husband and I did show up and the manager insisted he never spoke to me before (then who was that man claiming to be the manager 5 days ago who sounds just like you?) but did give me the partial credit. I drove by another restaurant to pick up their carry out menu on the way back home.

Ordered twice, first time found hair in my cheeseburger, SHOULD have learned a lesson, I'm a slow learner, second time found fingernail chip in my drink! So DONE with this place!

I ordered delivery and the person that took my order was distracted and speaking to another employee. They explained that they were having problems with their systems and apologized. Not a big deal... However, it says on their website "Fast Delivery". Unfortunately, that was not the case. They said that the estimated delivery time was 20-30 minutes. Our pizza showed up over an hour later. The pizza itself was satisfying. I'm willing to give it another try, but maybe next time I'll order pick up.
