The Monday deal is the only thing I would ever buy! Okay pizza. What you would expect of a $6 pizza.

Hadn't had Jerry's pizza in years so I thought I'd go give it a try. Now I remember why I stayed away. Pizza is just bland to my taste. The garlic bread was pretty decent but very oily.

Over time, they lost good employees and I don't come here anymore because of be woman that works here. The older Asian guy has a great sense of humor and I love stopping by when he's working. Monday pizza deals are amazing and I love taking glasses full of their delicious banana peppers!

Not from the DC area but finally had my first taste of a Jerry's experience. Sub and pizza were on the docket so I got to try both. I'm from the Philly area so I hold any hoagie to a high standard. The Philly cheesesteak and Italian were slightly below average with not much care given to the bread selection. Honestly I'd prefer wawa hoagie as a better shot given that it's a buck cheaper and 2 inches longer for a classic compared to a Jerrys regular. The pizza was the same, nothing really stood out about it. On a positive note Jerrys does have some good coupons out there.

Have a 5.99 special on Mondays yet if you ask for any topping other than cheese bumps the price to about normal price as your paying. Also I ordered over phone and was given estimate of around 10 minutes and arrived 10 minutes later and they still hadn't even put the pizza in and they were all just standing around. It took them another 5 minutes to even put it in and we're very snobby about the whole situation. I would NOT recommend coming here.

It's a Jerry's, there's not really much else you need to know. Good pizza, good value. The parking in this plaza is a pain, it's very busy. Also the dinning room isn't super spacious so it can't accommodate huge groups. But if you're in the neighborhood it's worth stopping by.

HOT, MESSY CHEESESTEAK DISASTER! Oooh mama! I actually don't mind a big drippy mess of a sub so long as it's good. And actually, my Philly cheesteak wasn't half bad. The meat was spot on, and the cheese was a gooey delight, but the structure was ridiculous. After 5 minutes I was basically eating a ball of dough, meat, greaze, and cheese product. Would have preferred better bread, but the taste really hit the spot.

Worst customer service and management ever. Not just this location, but the "corporate" office too. I ordered my food online for delivery. After an hour of waiting, I called the store, only to be told their online ordering system was down and that they hadn't received any orders. The manager said he had to call their corporate office and find out what to do. After a while, he called me back and said he hadn't talked to corporate, but there wasn't anything he could do but cancel my order (which I thought was weird, since he had said he didn't get any new orders. He was able to find it after I read him my confirmation number. What a load of BS). I couldn't even order again for delivery, because the delivery driver had left for the day. That was fine with me, but since I had paid online, I asked the manager to make sure my card wasn't charged. He promised me it wouldn't be. But, sure enough, my card was charged. I called AND emailed the corporate office (twice each time) and still haven't gotten a response, or money, back. I would think, for a pretty well-known chain, they would have competent staff and a well run corporate office. What a waste of time and money.

Amazing customer service. I had a situation at store and the store manager Bill helped me out through it. The situation literally did not become a situation because Bill and his employees helped me. Amazing service

I've always loved the food but seems like every time I come here I'm waiting double the expected time to get my food. They need more people working instead of one at the cashier and one cooking. I would like to come more often if this problem was fixed.

There was a COCKROACH in my sandwich!! And if this wasnt bad enough, the staff was not even apologetic and seemed to deny it; the sandwich with the cockroach was clearly in her hand. Aside from the cockroach, the sandwich itself is subpar - might as well save the 10 dollars and go get something else. Please save yourself the bad experience, food, and service.

I came here for a quick lunch and ordered the cheesesteak/soda combo for $5.25 or something close to that. The sub was OK. Very messy with the liquid cheese-like substance poured on top. I guess that was to make it authentic looking/tasting with "Velveeta" (although I doubt it was real Velveeta). Definitely not something to get if you're dressed nicely. Spill quotient is too high. Decent decor, clean and quick. Not really much to complain about. It was a Jerry's and adequate for what I wanted.

It's greasy, and it's cheap (if you are smart about picking a combo/deal of the day). Other than that, not terribly authentic or quality food. The floor at this location always seems to be sticky, like it hasn't been washed enough, but other than that the staff are pretty nice.

I have no idea why you would eat here. I mean, I guess it's better than starving. But there are much better options in this shopping plaza. There was nothing special about my Crispy Chicken sandwich. And there was much confusion while I was ordering it. I tried to get it as a buffalo chicken sandwich, but the cashier did not comprehend. It probably would not have made the sandwich better, anyway. My husband's Philly was ... meh. I mean, I know he was in the hospital and not really up to eating much, but he didn't finish it. And that man LOVES Philly cheesesteaks. I mean, I knew going in that there was NO WAY this cheap, chain restaurant had the best cheesesteaks in the world, as they claim, but I wasn't expecting the food to be barely edible. The fries were, again, meh. I ate some because I was hungry and stuck in a hospital room with no other options. Like I said, better than starving. This is definitely not a repeat. But, at least now I know.

I had a medium South Street cheesesteak and I enjoyed it every much. The cashier was friendly and the place was clean. It hit the spot on New Year's day.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad here. When I asked what was on it, the guy had no idea. He said something like, "I don't know..maybe olives, cucumbers..you pretty much get to choose what's on it." So I ordered this, wasn't given the option to choose my toppings, but whatever. The lettuce was super wet, which basically ruins the dressing, and was absolutely nothing worth getting Husband had the small cheese pizza. Super thin crust, little sauce, little cheese. I've seen better looking gas station pizzas. We also got a diet coke, which tasted just like the birch beer next to it. Wont return. Ever. I think I enjoy McD's more than here.

I ordered food here two weeks ago and after experiencing a problem with my order, I waited until now to see what, if anything, management or corporate would do to remedy the problem. The answer - nothing. I placed an order on-line, but the website was having glitches accepting its own coupon code, so I wrote on the order I would be bringing my coupon in. The website said the order would take 30 minutes (two Philly cheese-steaks), but not wanting to pick up cold food, I arrived in about 20 and the order was already ready. I displayed my coupon (on my iPhone), but neither the cashier nor manager would accept it, so I ended up spending double what I expected, and yes, the food was cold when I opened it minutes later. I emailed a complaint to Jerrys and received several responses telling me how sorry they were, how this never should have happened, how they were going to call me and send me something in the mail - but no, all hot air. I even received an inadvertent email between two Jerry employees about my "case," which referred to me in a derogatory and insulting way. Bottom line - I won't be patronizing this place for a long time to come.

Went here for a quick dinner with my wife. Pizza was horrible, granted I'm from NYC so I'm used to pretty good pizza but I would MUCH rather have ANY chain pizza (dominos, pizza hut). Think poor cafeteria pizza. We did get a sandwich/sub too tho and that wasn't too bad. So I guess I'd say pizza 1 star sandwich 3 stars maybe 3.5. Wasn't cheap either :/. Sandwich large was 10 bucks (no drink/ chips) included.
