I live near this location and yet for several months, I swore my iPhone was lying to me. "Stupid Steve Jobs, there is not Dunkin Donuts here!!" Alas, I lived to eat those words...and one miserable damn doughnut, too. I don't get it - the people working behind the counter scarcely speak English. As my Veirs Mill Dunkin Donuts review indicates - I am now happily willing to spend significantly more time traveling just to be served a product that is delivered expediently by people that appear to have a pulse and can muster a smile. Seriously? I refuse to believe that working a morning shift in the food services business means your buccinator (smile) muscles don't work. Here it is in a few easy steps: work your internal business processes BEFORE I arrive so that you offer fresh product, look me in the eye when you take my order so I know you're not asleep...and crack a damn smile so I don't feel like I'm at a funeral parlor!

Came here to buy 2-dozen donuts and the staff was certainly a bit on the condescending side as I picked them out. You would think that they would be happy to sell so many! The donuts were certainly delicious, but not enough for me to return here mainly because of the dirty environment and subpar service.

Out of the 4 times I've been to this location (the new everything is awesome!) only twice has my coffee been made right. I love sweet hazelnut iced coffee and for some reason, they use the un-sweetened syrup. But then I have to use sugar and then I get grainy sugar in my coffee (since sugar does not melt in iced coffee) and I hate it. The first time it happened I didn't say anything. The second time it was made unsweetened again and I asked for them to fix it and it still wasn't right. The third time I had to specify that I wanted a sweetened hazelnut coffee and it was delicious. The fourth time I just got regular sweetened and had no issues. I swear I'm not that picky, I just really dislike having grainy sugar in my iced coffee. I never really get donuts, but the one time I did, the donuts were soft and fresh and delicious. Can I give DD a half star for that? 3.5 stars outta five.

It's hard to enjoy any food because the frustration of ordering and dealing with this staff is so over the top. My past few visits have included crap like sandwiches being returned because the ingredients were on top of the bun instead of inside the bun (you know, like a normal sandwich), leaving with 18 bagels with no butter/cream cheese/ toasting even though I only ordered a half a dozen and ordered them at the very least toasted for my house guests that morning, completely wrong drinks even though the cup is labeled with the correct order... Today it was a chai order on the cup with vanilla latte inside but I've had a medley of fun surprises. Getting your order corrected is a hassle because there is usually a line of people who are having their orders corrected as well. When you finally get your turn, you're greeted with a crabby "WHY" or my personal favorite "FOR WHAT?"... Which was really awesome for the time I had a slice of cheese on top of my sandwich even though the girl had it in her hands and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Forcing you to explain multiple times how to fix whatever they've messed up. At this point, I feel a bit like a masochist since I've subjected myself to a few visits to this location. The truth is I went to this place for convenience since it's down the street from me. I also keep my orders fairly simple and I have faith that someone can get them done correctly. This might be true at other locations but that idea has a snow flake's chance in hell at this place.

I had a taste for a donut today, so I came to this Dunkin' Donuts location. It's been a moment since I've been here and oh how things have changed. First, it's bigger now. Previously it was just a little counter and now you can actually sit down in there. Second, they had donuts!! Unlike another location up the Pike, this location had a variety of donuts and they were all fresh. Last, the service was friendly. I was met with a smile by the lady behind the counter. So all in all, I give this location two thumbs up!

Your typical Dunkin' Donuts (although I don't think this is a Baskin Robbins?) I usually order an iced coffee and an everything bagel with cream cheese and everything usually comes out just fine with the exception of a few times when my coffee was a bit watery. Can be a bit of a line in the morning, but that's nothing unexpected. Staff is friendly and usually greets me when I come in. Try the Oreo Coolatas! Delicious!

Very friendly service! If you are a regular they will sometimes remember your order and have everything made for you before you get to the register. Can get busy in the morning on weekdays but what do you expect on a busy road in the DC area.

If you like espresso, don't go here! Their espresso is weak and overpriced, and it's also hard to believe people will pay $1.69 for a cup of their mediocre coffee! They also shorted me on the change. I will not go back. Their donuts suck, too.

I have to admit that I am disappointed that it is not possible to reward zero stars! A bit of background, I'm a New Englander who grew up with Dunkin Donuts being a major part of my life-I have since moved to Atlanta and have continued my DD passion with a cup of their coffee at least 4 out of 5 days during the work week. If Atlanta can get DD right, Anywhere can! This Rockville location continues to INFURIATE me because it is quite literally sullying the wonderful name of Dunkin Donuts. Over the past two years I have continually patronized this location as it is the closest to the condo I visit every few weeks. Each time I do, I walk out saying "never again". On a very high level, the customer service is abhorrent, I have yet to receive an order that is correct (Mind you this is over 20-25 visits for the past two years), and their store is consistently dirty. I have limited my negative comments thus far to the DD surveys, but as I have yet to be contacted by the store manager for a follow up, so I'm taking to yelp to spread the word. After this past week, I can say that I will never again allow my money to enter this specific DD location. The issues I encountered ranged from the filthy beverage/condiment counter (it looked like someone had spilled milk/half & half in the salt and pepper package container and it had dried into a disgusting mess), the condescending behavior and attitude of the cashier as I repeatedly had to ask her to remove incorrect and double charges, the long wait to even get to the counter to order-please reference repeated poor attitude by cashier here-the incompetency of the "kitchen" support crew-my iced coffee was horrible, and I know good DD iced coffee, and I had settled for an everything bagel as they didn't have garlic, and they even managed to screw this up! How hard is a bagel with butter? The cherry on top of the sundae was when I had a corporate coupon that no one knew how to enter. They spent 5+ minutes trying to figure it out, and even THEN only gave me 99 cents off as to the $1.09 that should have been deducted for the cost of the bagel. I will not only NEVER return to this location, but I strongly encourage DD corporate to immediately contact the franchise owner as this location is quite possibly skewing the perceptions of those who have not had an overwhelmingly positive experience with DD over the years.
