Wanted to grab a quick bite here and got exactly what I was craving: curly fries and hot roast beef! I've forgotten how much more expensive Arby's can be than other fast food joints, but the food is always tasty!

It's been awhile since I've been to an Arby's since most of the ones in NJ have been closing, and I was pretty excited to see one. My favorite sandwich is the Grand Turkey Club, and I was happy to see that it's back! It's warm shaved turkey breast with bacon, lettuce and tomato on a soft bun with mayo. The mayo was a little heavy-handed. I'm a fan of mayo but this was a tad too much even for me. Things got messy. I also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich (heavy with the mayo yet again) and curly fries. Both very good! Really my only complaint with this place was the wait. It felt like it took twice as long as everyone else including those who ordered AFTER me. Maybe they haven't made this sandwich in a while but it took forever to get my food. The service was fine. No one was rude but they weren't courteous either. It was very minimal and our exchanges were very succinct. I was fine with it but I can see how it would bother people who want to be served. As long as I get what I ordered correctly and quickly, I'm OK with not playing 20 questions. I'm from NYC/NJ where service is no b.s. too at times.

Though this is my first check in I actually come here often with my son. We dine in. The restaurant is always clean and quiet. The service is excellent and they are always efficient. The sandwiches actually look just like the photos on the menu which is rare in fast food restaurants. I never had an issue here. Excellent!!!

Okay, so this place used to be top notch, after all its 'Bethesda' This is like the only Arbys in MOCO, I used to drive all the way to Bethesda just to get a nice roast beef sandwich. But through the years, this place is beginning to show its age, and its nothing compared to the one in Frederick. This location has gives very poor service. I think it a franchise, but still it doesnt make it an excuse to give such poor service. The majority of the employees here are foreign and give such poor service. You have to pull teeth just to ask for the bare necessities to eat your meal. I could not believe I had to bg for some damn sauce, the ignorant cashier wouldnt give me a packet of sauce or ketchup and other sauces. telling me that we have sauces at the station over there. I said, well I just went their genius and this is all that came out! Well, we will put more out she says. So I yell out you just have that dude some packets why wont you give me any?!!!! I yelled because why is it an issue to give me some damn packets its not like its costing you? WTF! At this point Im annoyed. I asked for more napkins and all I get is one napkin enough to wipe my lipstick off. As for the food, I had better, the roast beef isnt up to par, not the best quality, the curly fries would have been better if the grease was changed but I can tell that the grease hasnt not been changed. I sure as hell wouldnt not come back to this stingy place.

Arby's roast beef is terrible. It doesn't even taste like roast beef plus it's not even real roast beef. It's a slurry of beef parts pumped into a mold that's shaped like a roast. If you want real roast beef go to Roy Rogers in Germantown.

I love Arby's as a brand, but hate this location where it seems like I always catch them at an off day when I get cold roast beef. Next time, I'll just hit Kenny's sub shop and say smell you later to the day off roast beef.

This is the first time I went to Arbys, and I'm not too impressed. I got a bacon cheddar roast beef sandwich, which was okay, nothing too spectacular. I wasn't a big fan of the fries either, quite mediocre. I don't know how this place stays in business, but the service isn't that great. I can understand if there is someone learning how to be a cashier, but when most of the team is confused about what's going on, that can't be too good. I was told that Arbys is usually better, but until someone drags me to a better Arbys, I probably will not be trying too hard to go to Arbys again. Since I don't have any "Arbys experience" to gauge this one again, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt with 2 stars.

It just amazes me how such a great fast food chain never really became a favorite among americans. The last time I went to Arby's, the menu was completely revamped. They added something called Market Fresh Sandwiches now (which is essentially a roast beef sandwich on regular bread with more veggies but more expensive) and toasted subs. Also they have a new dollar menu. Guess they figured they have to be competitive against McD and BK. Seems like all Arby's does is follow the trends of the major fast food giants. Here comes the sad part. Potato cakes are now available in limited locations. :( From time to time I do miss my horseradish sauced filled Roast beef sandwiches and will pay them a visit.

I only ever go through the drive-thru here, and it's the only location remotely close to us, so we hit it every once in awhile for our fix. I can't resist their fries. And their chicken cordon bleu sandwich is quite tasty. Yeah, it's a little pricier than other fast food, but most of the time it's worth it. The place has decent drive-thru service and we've never had an issue with our orders. Never been inside that I can think of.

Okay. Arby's has pretty dang good fast food. Went through here on sunday and ordered a bacon chicken sandwich. good sandwich. But why the 2 stars? Well, i usually give fast food joints a 3 stars if they are good. if they are epic, they will get a five stars (like In n out burger). This place should have gotten a 3, but it got a two because of... dum da dum dum DUM..... the drive through is painfully slow. Yes. there is one guy there who has to work the speaker thingy and make change for you and give you your food. well, at a lot of places this works out okay, but this location either has a) baboons working for them instead of humans, or b) does not have adequate numbers of employees workin the window. Will I come here again. probably.... but now I know that the drive through is painfully slow and will dine in instead!

This review is primarily for the new "Reuben" they're offering. Don't get it. It's terrible. The bread and sauerkraut are limp, the corned beef is weak, the Russian dressing is mediocre at best and the cheese is basically tasteless. I generally like Arby's Roast Beef, their turkey is pretty good and their fries are frequently good, but don't get the Reuben.

So I was in an Arby's drive-through (Don't judge me! My husband adores fast food and I thought this was a bit healthier than Popeye's). He ordered the roast beef sandwich. I ordered a chicken salad. The babies started getting all crazy. So we pulled into a parking spot. I climbed in the back, wedged my tush between 2 car-seats, and started feeding my little ones (No-- not Arby's). I then opened my salad and noticed there was no chicken. My husband pulled up to the drive through and said, "Excuse me, there's no chicken in my wife's salad." Dude started muttering and mumbling (cursing under his breathe) -- "Some people are absolutely unbelievable. They eat all the chicken and want their money back." Jigga WHAT? He just accused me of lying and stealing! WTF? My husband held me back. I admit it, I was seriously pissed off and wanted to stab him with my plastic fork. I yelled something along the lines are, "Are you crazy fool?" My husband politely said, "Sir, we live here in Bethesda. We do not go around lying about chicken. You probably made a mistake." Dude replied with, "I've worked here for 14 years and I don't make mistakes." Uhm, clearly you made some mistake if you're still working at Arby's after 14 years (I know, I'm hating). Arby's we are through.

In general, Arby's are usually better than most fast food joints. This location is teh suck. The space is in desperate need of remodeling and the staff isn't great. However, it's the only Arby's around, so if you follow a few simple rules, you can get a decent meal. 1. Mind the ingredients. Keep it simple. -- Arby's puts way too much on the menu that's outside of it's core competency, roast beef. If you stick w/ roast beef sandwiches, you'll be very happy (and full). The French Dip is great if you want an alternative to the standard RB sandwich. 2. Stay away from the onion rings. As tempting as it might be to order an alternative to french fries, the onion rings here are nasty. 3. Market Fresh sandwiches are hit and miss. They can be a healthy alternative, but it doesn't seem they are made to order. Which means you could be getting a really old slimy sandwich. However, when they are made fresh, they are awesome.

This Arby's has been in business for I don't know how long...Because I was so tired to make dinner, we decided to grab something quick at Arby's. First of all, the restaurant had an unpleasant smell...I can understand it in a way since the place is decades old. Second, when the food came out, the sandwiches were made all sloppy, and the buns didn't even taste fresh. Don't get me wrong. I love Arby's, and I only experience such at this location....The one in falls church next to h-mart is really good. The restaurant is cleaner, food is more fresh...Too bad I don't work in Va anymore~ Anyway, for the last 2 times I had a meal here, I was extremely thirsty afterwards. So now I'm wondering what was in there that made me so thirsty....kinda scary too.... Don't get me wrong. I love Arby's, and I only experience such at this location....The one in falls church next to h-mart is really good. The restaurant is cleaner, food is more fresh...Too bad I don't work in Va anymore~ I don't think I'm going to go back again....at least not this location.

Pretty bad customer service. However, food is fresh and good. Though the employees are rude enough to make not want to go back. I've been a number of times. The worst is a guy named Momodou. If you want to get frowned at and treated poorly, go order from this winner.
