I think this place is so cute. I've only been in here once, and I didn't buy any coffee or tea, hence my lack of a fifth star. I went in to purchase some coffee beans and tea bags for some loved ones for Christmas last year, and I was pleasantly surprised with the large variety. The packaging on all of the tea and coffee bags are so creative and cute. The place is very spacious and clean, and the staff at the time was helpful and friendly. Will be back sometime soon whenever I'm over that way to try out a drink! I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

This shop/cafe is adorable! The tea and coffee selection is surprisingly large and diverse. It's also very well organized and displayed. I worry this business will be underestimated from the outside. Make sure you don't miss out! Once you're inside, you'll realize you've discovered a special hidden gem! The service is also fabulous. I've always found the staff to be cheerful, delightfully eager to please, and prompt in all things.

First visit and I'm in love! Great coffee, friendly staff, adorable store. A must-go! I got the cinnamon bun iced coffee of the day. Yum! Not even going to bother with one of the Starbucks around here.

The Odenton location is adjacent to a MARC commuter train station but set off from the main road with small signage. The place has a wide selection of whole beans locally roasted. There were eight different coffees (half decaffeinated) on tap. Iced coffees are made through a cold brewing process so the resulting coffee is not as bitter. I opted to get a salted caramel frozen coffee, without whip cream. The drink was dessert-like but not overly saccharine, with a rounded caramel flavor. Although I did not need to add more sugar to my drink, I appreciated that they had a bottle for adding squirts of simple syrup, so sweetness better distributes in drinks

This shop is well laid out, they have indoor and outdoor seating, it is clean, and the staff is friendly. I have tried several of the coffees and found them weak, including the boldest two roasts. They carry a large selection of white tea and the one I have tried was smooth. It was nice to sit outside and watch the world go by.

This place is fantastic! They open at 5:30am weekdays and have a HUGE selection of coffee flavors (a surprising large amount available in decaf too). I'm a simple man with simple tastes and my go to drink is an ice coffee and I love that they have a daily flavor and it's a great way to try all of their selections. Great foods as well- this place is brand new as well so it's really a hidden gem! The staff is also really friendly and knowledgeable as well!

This place on the okay side. I do prefer the coffee at the White Rabbit down he street. This has a nice seating area and has lots of drip options. I like the early and afternoon options. The coffee is pretty good. I will try some food in the future!

The ingredients used are nice quality, but honestly it's a bit expensive for the quantity. I got a panini and it was just on regular white bread that was put in a panini press. Definitely wasn't impressed with that. Paying 9 dollars for a sandwich I expected at least panini bread...

Have been coming into this fine establishment for a few weeks now, and plan on returning much more. Quality of food/drinks is excellent, with a good menu and plenty of options to customize anything you order. I love the oatmeal!!!! The staff is always excellent, friendly, and upbeat. Atmosphere is lovely to dine and dash or hang out for awhile. :)

Great coffee shop! Super friendly staff, awesome coffee flavors, great sandwiches, and an excellent ambiance. Definitely a new favorite place in Odenton!

Excellent coffee. Excellent food. The staff is very friendly. The location isn't great but I definitely go out of my way to go there.

Disappointed at the small tea selection. I bought 2 large teas and a pastry for $8. Way overpriced for the taste. Not going here again.

This place has been one of my favorites since it opened. The breakfast sandwiches are awesome. My favorite thing to order is the chicken salad sandwich. Go here a couple time a week. Plus the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The Place: This place could be so much more! But my fantasy-coffee-shop just ain't reality. This place has a huge amount of space and outdoor seating, but it's sparse wooden tables and uncomfortable. There are two places they could set up some love seats and couches and really make this place comfortable, but that doesn't seem to be a priority. They've got the wall space to bring in some great local art, but again, not a priority. They've got a great facility to mimic one of the awesome community-friendly Starbucks that are so popular in metropolitan areas, but they don't seem to have the client base to support it, which is a shame. The Victuals: Unfortunately, the awesome potential of the shop itself stands out more to me than the coffee does. It's mediocre and not well curated, they've got a seemingly-large tea collection that I've never tried, but which seems to be eighteen different brands of the same tea. They've got some muffins and things and some ok-looking wraps. It wouldn't take much to make this uninspiring little shop into something very neat - it's huge and easily accessible, they've got an impressive (looking, not tasting) coffee display, and their staff has always been happy to see me. It's just... not. It lacks character. It needs and wants some OOMF! Maybe it'll get there in time, they seem pretty new, so I'll keep recommending this place to folks, I think they've got potential and there's nothing like it close by. This town needs a nitty-gritty, community-focused little coffee shop, not another Dunkin' Donuts. You have to try this, though... So weird... the best thing they have there? The crab seasoning flavored caramel popcorn. Seriously, just do it.

Hands down, the best coffee in the Fort Meade area. Rich and flavorful, it's spoiled me. And good food too: I love the Apple and Brie panini especially. I like the open, light, clean design of the store, too: a lot of coffee shops seem to fail in this area. Sadly I'll be moving to Baltimore City soon and I won't make it out here as often. Great location if you use the Odenton MARC station.

I just walked into the Odenton location. Usually I get pretty decent service, despite something always being wrong with my sandwich. But today, the alarm is going off, making it loud and ridiculously obnoxious to be in there. To add to the fire alarm going off, the cashier tells me they can't make me a Cobb salad. She didn't say they don't have ingredients, just that they can't and won't make it. Not very professional. This definitely changes how I feel about this place.

The staff here is always friendly and great at making suggestion for the type of coffee you prefer. The sandwiches are also great. Made to order with the best ingredients.

Friendly staff and great coffee. I had the triple red eye with smores coffee and it was really flavorful and bold. I also had an asiago bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was nice and crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, pretty good for A place that doesn't specialize in bagels. They also offered a gluten free bagel which is great to know if I ever come back with my SO who has celiac disease and must eat gluten free. I hope this place can make it with all the busy commuters.

We had a wonderful meal during preview day this past Monday the 28th! Fast service, wonderful food with a smile and an enjoyable atmosphere. The lighting and background are perfect for easy conversation. The food and drink we had were wonderfully delish! Free wifi here if you need to get some work done. Although not part of the actual store you will find some seating out back as part of the apartment complex / public parking lot. But BCT has a lot of seating indoors, too. Hi and low tables and room for a family. The choices of bean coffees and teas to go are amazing! SO many options! And they do have appliances to make your fav coffee or tea at home, too. Welcome to Odenton!

After being spoiled by a friend in San Francisco, I've come to really appreciate an expertly pulled espresso. That being said, Starbucks espresso is like a 4/10. I've been to at least 4 other mom and pop shops since I've been here and I'm convinced... They pull the best shot of espresso outside of Baltimore and Annapolis. It was so good I almost cried. I cannot wait to go back - I wish it was close enough to me to make it there daily, I would give them all my money.

I don't generally like tea or coffee, so I can't speak to those aspects, but the staff was friendly and the place was spotless. More importantly, the veggie panini was delicious. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other ones (I heard one of the cashiers recommend the ham & cheese on pretzel roll, so that's likely to be my next one).

Great coffee shop! Good location, Great selection. Very much like the Annapolis store. So glad they're here in Odenton.

We go here all the time for beans, espresso drinks, sandwiches, snacks, etc., and everything is always great. The food is really surprisingly good for coffee shop fare (I always get my sandwiches on a pretzel roll, but the ciabatta bread looks great, too) and the coffee is WAY better than Starbucks. They have probably the largest selection of beans I've ever seen and the flavors we have tried have all BEAN (get it?) great! (Our favorite beans, however, are Frosty's Favorite and Rainforest Crunch. Definitely try those. Definitely.) They have a few different rewards cards, give great discounts/free stuff to military personnel in uniform, and frequently have free samples of coffee (sometimes other stuff, too) available. The service is great and all of the employees are warm and friendly. We are really glad to have this place so close!

Cute little place! Would have never found it without yelp! Interesting coffee selections. And tastey samples of baked goods!

What a great find on our drive through the area! Extensive coffee beans and beverage collection and a mini "shop" with teas and other goodies within the store. We purchased two 1/2 pounds of the beans, so we'll have to give it a try before giving any feedback. However, we had a couple of the specialty lattes (the OMG! and Turtle), and they were both delicious. Both were on the sweeter side - as expected - but overall delicious. You can still taste the coffee, which is nice! The breakfast sandwiches were well made. Good variety of sandwiches you can choose from! Definitely a nice spot for coffee and breakfast, and the store is large enough for you sit around and take a break! So glad we stopped by.

BCT is a great place to stop for coffee, a sweet bit, and downtime to unwind. They have eight types of coffee on tap; four regular and four decaf. If you can't find one type to suit you, have them make a speciality coffee. And teas ... Over one hundred choices to choose from. Just look at their tea wall! Stop by and get warm at BCT!!

An exceptionally clean establishment offering punch cards for frequent customers. 9 punches gets you a free drink on your next visit. Sandwiches are made to order or you can grab one of the wraps or other assorted items if you don't want to wait. Fresh pastries and a varied assortment of drinks is available. Street parking and free wifi.

I've been here two times now and both times were great experiences. Love the coffee and pastries. The atmosphere is great too. I think this may be my new favorite place to get coffee from.

The difference between this and Starbucks is that you can buy your coffee beans and DIY it at your home, variety of teas and other goodies and stuffs in the wall shelves. There are sitting in and out of the store. More difference is it more deli as they make sandwiches, soups, salad fresh.

Very pleased with my experiences at this spacious and accommodating coffee shop. This is the kind of place you can sit and work or read or just relax for a long time while you enjoy your food or coffee. You can also buy bulk coffee. There's never a line so long to detour you from waiting. The coffee tastes fresh and the service is prompt and friendly. It has everything a little coffee shop requires.

Anyone who read my review when we had a "Meet the Maker" event here won't be surprised that I came back so soon. Bought one pound of Rainforest Crunch (which they will grind for you in styles depending on your coffeemaker). Then the employee helping me told me the wonderful news that with a purchase of a pound of coffee, you get a complimentary cup of coffee in any size you choose! HA THATS WHAT STARTED THIS ADDICTION IN THE FIRST PLACE! Love these peeps. Also purchased the St. Michael's sandwich which is tuna salad with some extras like tomato and cucumber. Added some chipotle mayo on a personal recommendation and that bad boy was delish! Don't forget to ask for a frequent buyer card!

First time here! Finally got to bring along my best friend to a yelp event! It was her first Yelp event and I am glad it was a "Meet the Maker" event--these are my favorite! "Meet the Maker" events are my favorite due to the educational information and product knowledge you gain from listening to the Firm's employees speak so passionately. There were plenty of coffees to smell, inspect, and taste with three teas to try as well. I do wish there was more tea to taste, however, I did purchase one that wasn't being sample due to it sounding amazing!--Chocolate Covered Strawberry, HELLO! Oh yea, the Crème Brulee coffee would make a perfect candle! This is something BCT should look into as well as the Cinnamon Bun--Holy Moley Yummy. I believe the young man working the coffee exhibit stated that there are 120 freshly roasted coffees offered at this store (woahhh)--Starbuck's has nothing on them! At this exhibit is where we learned about the coffee brewing process and the different levels of removing acidity for a higher clarity and fresher taste. We learned about products such as the Chemex and Toddy Coffee Makers. Between the three types of ways that BCT brews their coffees (Automatic, French Press and Toddy), Toddy Coffee Brewing is the best and I don't even care for coffee (tea drinker)! You can see how they brew their coffee here at this link (short video): baltcoffee.com/video/our… . The staff was overly nice and accommodating. Also, it was super nice of BCT to offer us a complimentary drink to-go or enjoy in-house. Plus we were able to pick from any type of size! Being a coconut lover I selected the Almond Joy and Christina had the Snickers. YUM. What an excellent event! Looking forward to the next one!

With a variety of aromatic and flavorful roasts, the coffee part of this local chain is almost overwhelming. Personal favorites being the Ethiopian Harrar and the Haitian Baraderes, for their unique color, body and taste profiles, it's always nice to be able to sample the range of other fresh brewed coffees waiting on the counter while one waits for more complicated orders. The shop's tea selection is more than ample, though I have yet to get past ordering the tiger chai. The array of take-home tea that lines the wall is just enough to lose oneself in idle speculation, but falls short of truly drifting into sublimity. Which may be for the best - there is still a small plethora of food to contemplate. The panini leave a little bit wanting, but their salads are substantial enough to be a lunch unto themselves, and the cold sandwiches are just interesting enough to be worthwhile. If you've a sweet tooth, there is almost certainly something for you on the counter.

What an amazing place! We came here for a special Yelp event and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. The staff are amazing and helpful, pointing us to recommended coffees, explaining differences in preparation and style, and just being on hand no matter what. The coffees... wow. So many to choose from, it's hard to narrow it down. I personally went with the English Toffee and the Almaretto, but my wife stands by the Rainforest Crunch. Even if you don't go for flavored, try some of their imports and blends; the Baltimore was rather nice. And they have many of them in decaf! Then there's the wall of teas. So many teas, including imports, local production, etc. Flavors upon flavors, and they have them in both teabags ~and~ loose leaf. The Oolong I had was rather nice, and there was something tasty about their White. If we hadn't eaten before, we might've also enjoyed some of their food. They have sandwiches, sweets, snacks, etc. The cookies... so HUGE! And it's a nice place to eat at, with plenty of room, nice decor, and even outdoor seating on a nice day. Stop by here if you can and enjoy the smells and tastes. One of my favorite coffee and tea places around!

I finally had a chance to check this place out after passing it so many times and I even purchased a gift card there for someone. I am a bit upset that I was not able to attend a Yelp event there a few months ago. This time it was my turn to sample and find out myself why so many people gave this place such rave reviews. Hands down one of the cleanest eating establishments and this gives you a feeling that the people who work there care. The staff is courteous and I went with a suggestion as one said that their favorite sandwich is the Italian I opted to give it a try but on a croissant roll as it was breakfast time. The sandwich was great and had a pesto spread on it adding to the flavor of the meat but not overpowering it as to the point where all you taste is the pesto spread. I will be returning as many items of food caught my eye. I am not a big coffee drinker but I may feel a bit adventurous to sample one of their many offerings.

First time visiting! It's a bit out of the way from home, but I found the atmosphere to be quiet enough - but not dead silent. It's got a great cozy vibe! There's ample seating, both in the front and few bar-style tables in the back as well. I only got to taste an iced latte and an oatmeal raisin cookie, but both were quite delicious! There's a good number of Free 2-Hr parking on the street sides adjacent. (No time limit for weekends though!) The only bummer was the really bad wi-fi connection I was getting. I had a laptop with me and had a pretty difficult time getting a single page to load (I was connected properly and there was only 1 other person at the time on their phone...) Not sure why the wifi was kinda messed up?? I had to leave early due to this issue, but I enjoyed the nice weather with good coffee nonetheless!
