What more can I say, other than, it's a starbucks. I love their drinks, especially the iced lattes and the chais. The staff is friendly. The drinks coem out quickly. And my daughter is head over heals in love with their pink cake pops.

Really like this location's drive thru. The people that great you at the pick up window are the friendliest of any of the Starbucks I've been to. The drinks are always just a tad more "crafted" than the other locations - you can definitely tell a subtle taste difference for the better here.

Meh. Typical Starbucks with a full menu of deliciousness right up an until you're reminded by the assistant managing girl from the Towson University store that your skin is as dark as a tall Pike Place

My husband and I stopped in to get a coffee to keep us awake for our the last leg of our drive. The second I walked in I knew I didn't want ANYTHING. This was the first time we have EVER walked out of Starbucks. Disgusting!!! Trash everywhere inside and outside right by the door. I could clearly see all the trash on the floor behind the counter. While my husband was looking up another Starbucks I watched the barista throw things all over the counter, use milk that looked like was sitting out for awhile. I've never been so disappointed with Starbucks. What a shame!

I stopped by this Starbucks during my trip road trip. They have one bathroom for each gender and it is pretty well kept Their staff were okay - more on the slow side... It took some time to receive our drinks. But the outside seating was perfect and peaceful for us to stretch our legs and get some fresh air.

Quaint and small; not the most organized, it took some time to get the drinks out.

Way to go to the new manager Katie . Short waits thorough out the day and much friendlier staff . I just feel the older gentlemen should not be a cashier at busy points of the day.

Yay! Not to sound like a broken record, but I always say it's difficult to review chains. This is a typical Starbucks. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful and the couches were comfortable. My summer drink of choice, the iced nonfat chai tea latte, was made the way I like it and I was satisfied. That's it!

Typical Starbucks....nothing to complain about but nothing to make a positive point about either.

I know i'm late, but I'm just now getting on the Coffee Band Wagon. I was never a big fan of it, and recently I've been drinking Coffee like it's juice. I guess that's what cold weather does to ya. Anywho, when I went to Stabucks I was greeted with a smile and a " How do you do", which I always love. The pastry's were looking delicious, so I got a Blueberry Scone. Mmmmmm, I'm a sucker for Scones. The Blueberry Scone was very flavorful, nice and flaky, just melt in your mouth. I definitely will be going back and getting another. I also ordered a Pumpkin Spice Iced Chai tea, because its just not Fall without Pumpkin Spice. I've never had Chai Tea, but I wanted to be adventurous and I will be ordering them more often. It was very creamy, just a little bit rich, but not enough to deter you away. Now, this is going to sound weird, but at first the only thing i didn't like is the size of the cup. I bought a small ( which is what i think they call a Tall, I know Crazy, Lol) because that was the more affordable one at around $4.00. However, the small looked too small, at least for what I paid for. As i continue to drink the Iced Chai Tea, I realized that the small didn't need to be bigger than what it was, because the tea is so creamy, that if you had a bigger cup, it would be too much.

This is a small, but comfy Sbux. They're really busy but keep up with it well.

My drink was SKIPPED.. Five people went through before I had to request my drink again... No free cause we forgot you passed was given to me either :( Otherwise the line was long and they only had one person ringing up... Being lunch time I would have thought there would be two. Drink tasted ok though once I got it.

One of the worst Starbucks experiences I've had. Right off the bat, it is the only location that doesn't offer blonde or dark roast after noon, meanwhile catering to the 800 other ridiculous drink combinations. Instead, they offered a pour over, which provides a taste on par with gas station coffee. To top it off, as soon as a few people came in, my uncomplicated black coffee was forgotten, even with 4 employees serving 3 total customers. My experience was tied together by a faulty lid that allowed coffee to spill all out of the sides if I so much as breathed too hard.

Date of service: 12/16/11 Chain stores of this nature are difficult to rate because they have a cookie cutter design. If you been in one Starbucks, you have been to most (not all) Starbucks. I like this location because it is close to the other places that I will frequent (Ledo's, Panera, Target, Lowes...etc). This is a smaller Starbucks with only 4 tables, one easy chair, and a window counter with about 6 seats. The customer service is usually good, and sometimes even great (there are two really cute and personable young ladies that make it great!!). I'm not sure what Rach was talking about as there are no couches at this location, it is just too small. They do have a nice outdoor seating area with about three tables that increases the size in good weather. The best part of Starbucks in general is the Free Internet, and free refills on drip coffee if you are a Starbucks Card green or higher member.

As Starbucks go, this one isn't to bad. It's generally quite and quick. And pretty much they make the drinks to order as expected with no hassle. The only problem i have is with the layout. They have rail style seating along with the more traditional sit down (they also have spots outside). But the rail is adjacent to the counter, and it doesn't leave to much room for the order line in between. While this is not a problem most of the tome, it can be when it gets busy, such as the various shift changes from the various facilities in the area. But all in all, if in the area and i want to grab a coffee, i have no problem with hitting this location up.

There's a reason they make you confirm you want your coffee black three times. The coffee tastes like angry cigarette butts are rioting in your mouth.
