I love Qdoba, and this location is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The toppings are always very fresh. The dining area is always kept clean. The best part is that they don't charge extra for guacamole! Their smothered burritos are amazing and very filling.

This might be the second-worst Qdoba ever (the worst being in Owings Mills). If you like toppings, just expect them in the middle of your tacos. I got several toppings, and the woman making them just kinda dropped everything right in the middle. Cheese? Just the middle. Sour cream? Middle. Salsa? Middle. It's like the tacos only existed for the 2" in the middle.of each one.

Up until now I have been one of the biggest Qdoba advocates around, choosing them over Chipotle any day. However, last night I walked into Qdoba with the intention of placing a catering order, as well as getting dinner. When we walked in I was floored to see that the line was about 15 people long. I did notice that there were plenty of open tables, so I assumed that maybe this was just a sudden rush, and that the line would drain quickly. I came to realize that this wasn't the case. In actuality, there was some woman and bald guy working behind the counter who didn't seem to understand how to do their jobs. After 10 minutes, they were still working on the same customer, and the line has not moved at all. After 20 minute, 3 people had made it through the line. At that rate, I would have been in there for another hour just getting the food. So needless to say, may family packed up, and took our business elsewhere. Qdoba lost not just a family dinner order, but also a $230 catering order. Im sure this seems like a drop in the bucket to them, but what a crumby way to do business, sending ready and willing customers out the door because your employees can't do their own jobs.

It's "fast food Mexican" , so if you're looking for something traditional, this isn't it. However. If you're looking for a good hearty lunch or dinner, are craving Mexican food and don't have the time, or if you just plain hate Chipotle, I'd definitely give Qdoba a try. Now it might just be this location in general that's really awesome. I've heard horror stories of other Qdoba locations being horrible, and I can understand that, being a chain restaurant and all. However, this particular location has been awesome everyone I've been in it, and I've been through several times at this point. Unlike Chipotle, the offer the taco basket, which is incredibly crucial to my existence. Rice is always cooked right (especially the steak, so important), meat is flavorful and tender every time. Their vast assortment of sauces and salsas are always fresh and tasty, and when I say "extra cilantro", they aren't afraid to pile it on. Again. It might just be this location, but if I have a choice or a craving for Mexican and want something fast, this is the go to spot for me.

For those of you who don't know Qdoba (not sure how big the chain is) - its a "mexican" fast food that is a good alternative to Chipotle. The thing is, the burritos always come out over stuffed, amorphous and require a fork to actually eat. Really a giant bulging mess. Everything else on the menu works out pretty well. The taco salads and the quesadillas are probably my favorites - though the quesadillas are a tad light for a dinner. Price point - compared to Chipotle - is a bit high, and they include too much packaging in the to go containers to be environmentally friendly. This particular location is kept clean, staff was relatively fast despite the cute girl flirting with the cashier.

I was in Baltimore and needed a quick dinner, so we decided on Qdoba. I had never been to one before, but it's in the same vein as Chipotle, Moe's, etc. The service was pleasant albeit somewhat disorganized. I'll chalk it up to Black Friday fatigue. I ordered the taco salad in the tortilla bowl with grilled chicken, corn and black bean "salad", grilled peppers and onions, pico, salsa verde, guacamole atop a bed of lettuce. Apparently it usually comes with a mexican style ranch dressing, but I don't see the need with all of the other and healthier toppings available. I also ordered chips and salsa for the table while my friend got the queso. I normally am not a fan of cheesy sauces a la queso, but this was very tasty with a nice spicy kick. I really enjoyed the taco salad despite the measly portion of chicken. I normally don't eat a ton of meat on my main salads but this was just pathetic with a measly ounce or so. The tortilla shell was just ok - when I would try to break off a piece to eat, it was almost just shatter in my hands like it was cooked with too much oil or something. Not my favorite. It's a little pricy (~$9), but it was deceptively filling. Quick and easy, but I'll probably stick to Chipotle, although the free guacamole is a nice touch!

The chicken or steak soft tacos with corn, pico de gallo, & lettuce is the only thing I'll order here. Pretty yummy!!! Well, chips & salsa, too, but that's a given! I mean, you got to get chips. It's just the employees working the counter that really turns me off. They are not a smooth, well oiled machine, like their competitors at Chipotle. Each time, they have seemed tired, sweaty, overworked, overwhelmed, & have never heard of a darn smile. And I have always had something thrown on my tacos that I did not ask for. The counter where all of the food is kept never looks very clean either. I do crave their tacos every now & then so that is why they still get my business, but I hope they start shaping up soon because I know I'm not the only that has noticed their lack in "service". I've witnessed other customers complaining to employees there, without any resolution, really. :(

Disgusting!!!! The second my family and I walked in we noticed trash and food all over the floor. Trash on the floor by the register. There were rubber gloves thrown on the counter by the employees! It was so gross and wasn't going to feed my family there!! What a shame and huge disappointment!

It's kind of like Chipotle, but the meat is less spicy. Their guac is awesome. I used to love this particular location, but it seems that recently the quality has gone downhill. They don't give you as much guac now that it is free, and the food sometimes tastes stale.

Service here is so hit-or-miss. When it is bad, it's awful. When I order something non vegetarian, they say there is an up charge for the mixed veggies, when I order something vegetarian, the mixed veggies are standard, but they say there is an up charge for the fajita veggies....even if I don't get the mixed veggies! What the hell? They rush you through the line and scowl at you while you order. I get nervous going up to the counter. The food is good, but is not really different from chipotle, which has way more generous portions and friendlier service. Hopefully, qdoba will improve when chipotle moves in across the street.

Good fast food Mexican restaurant. I have never had a problem there other than being busy and having to wait in line to order. I usually order the 3 chicken tacos Or a taco salad, both great, just not low in calories

Fast, friendly service and quality food at a decent price. Sure, you can go to McDonald's and order a dollar cheeseburger, or you can spend a few extra bucks and get all natural deliciousness. I vote deliciousness :) I love the burrito bowls. Their shredded beef is to die for! And don't forget to sign up for their card program. After so many points you get a free entree I believe.

Not bad... Qdoba is fast food Mexican, similar to Chipotle or La Salsa or Baja Fresh (the list goes on). I like the tortilla here best because it's sort of chewy/stretchy and can withstand a little tough handling. This means it doesn't crumble and break and leave you with an exploded burrito. I usually get the fajita ranchero burrito or soft tacos, depending on my appetite. The rice has bits of cilantro in it, which I really appreciate and the ingredients are usually v. fresh, though that can depend on location. This particular location was towards the middle of the pack for me. The staff was nice but sort of slow and they rolled my burrito pretty messily. It looked like a little square package instead of a cylinder. If you're watching your calories you can get your meal without the tortilla in a container.

Best of all the "fast food" Mexican restaurants. Cannot go wrong with the chicken nachos, chicken soft taco, queso chicken burrito or naked chicken bowl (the healthier version). All of the above are my favorite. When eating healthier it is the naked chicken burrito bowl, when not carrying about calories or fat it is the chicken nachos. Enjoy.

This location is really great if you like to see the person preparing your food pick her nose or scratch her greasy head!!!! My kinda place. I'll have the booger burrito with sour cream and piece of your scalp and some hair!!!! Yes a wonderful place for the whole family!!!!

The food is heavy in fat and calories, but it sure tastes good! For a quick lunch, this Qdoba is conveniently located in the shopping center by Target in White Marsh and I can get a meal that will leave me full for the rest of the day for about $8. Less than $10 if I get a drink. Grab a Qdoba card if you eat here on a regular (or semi-regular) basis so that you can get points to earn a free meal. You get double points on Mondays. Warning: Beware of the little Mexican woman that puts on the cheese, salsa, and other toppings. She is very skimpy with the grilled veggies and a tattletale when it comes to your extra toppings that some other employees might hook you up with.

The food is good! But they really rush you through and need to turn up the heat during the winter in the dining area.

I have the BIGGEST beef with this location and their refusal to have onions available. I would give one star, but when I ask for onions and they have them available, someone will go in back and get me onions, but onions are a staple of Mexican cuisine (mebbe? I dunno, but seems if they aren't, they should be) and to only have them in the Pico is really pathetic. But I love Qdoba otherwise...

Listen, if you want a great burrito with fast service then go here. Probably the best option for a quick lunch.

Great food, outstanding people, and an overall good time. I'm a fan of the BBQ chicken and chicken fajita rachera signature burritos. My wife loves the taco salad with seasoned beef. Good guacamole too.

It's good quick service mexican. I see them as a copy cat of Chipotle. Their chicken chunks are bigger than Chipotle's but not as spicy. Their tortilla soup is AWESOME! I love that soup. Overall, their burritos are good. It's more of a fast food concept, and great for a good filling quick lunch. Their prices are a tad high...if you order more than just a burrito and a drink then you are spending some money. It's essentially an $8-$12 lunch place. I frequent everytime I am getting my car serviced at koons for an oil change (I will walk over). I also hit up the location on Boston street from time to time. Overall, It's a decent chain and I will keep coming back when I am able to. My only suggestion to them would be to watch their prices. They are border line for being too expensive for a fast food concept.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
