I love this Chick-fil-A. They're always very polite and friendly. Even though the drive-through line can be pretty long, they seem to get through it really fast. I usually have my dog with me and after they hand me my items, they always offer me a dog treat for her. The few times I have gone inside, it's been very clean and seems organized.

On a given Saturday, I asked and told that it's a celebration. The line was long but the service was pleasant. I tried the iced coffee and it's noting like it. This is the best vanilla iced coffee I ever had. And of course, I always get the nuggets. Chickfila is Topnotch in the nugget category. I'm telling you ---skip the Wendy's or McD. This is what you want - satisfaction.

My new favorite location due to the fact that gave me a free chicken sandwich because I was wearing an Orioles Shirt today! I gotta keep up on these promotions. Free is always good. This location is very quick and efficient with getting customers their orders right away. Food is always delicious, I would come here more if I lived closer not just for my lunch breaks! Not really a negative, but if you come here during lunch time parking can be a bitch!

Great location, very busy too. Ample parking for vehicles of all sizes. Once inside, the lobby and restrooms are clean as they keep an employee stationed in the lobby to clean tables, tend to the trash, replace napkins, straws and even provide refills for those dining in. Ms. Helen was my favorite. A mature lady with a great sense of humor. My meal was simple; however, lightening fast and hot! This is one location you have to ask for everything (condiments)you need. What happened to the days you could get ketchup yourself? lol My favorite Chick-fil-A is in Hunt Valley. Every dipping sauce, packet and mints are laid out for the customer to take what you need. I digress...

I absolutely LOVE Chic Fil A! My cashier was so nice and funny. He gave me an extra cherry on my milkshake. They're nice and friendly. The drive thru was probably the longest I've ever waited at any Chic Fil A, but that made me go in and meet such nice people. It's clean and has an indoor play area for the kids!

This location has amazing service! The employees always have a smile in their face . Once I called in to buy my boyfriend lunch. They let me pay for it over the phone. He then came I'm during his lunch break to pick it up. I really appreciated the management allowing me to do something unconventional. 5***

I must say I love Chick-fil-A. My favorite fast food restaurant, hands down. I usually come here in the mornings for my chicken biscuit. If you never had one, you need to go get one...they are sooo good. Melt in your mouth, for real! I also like coming here with my son. He just loves Chick-fil-A and the playground. It's hard to get him to leave sometimes. I will be coming here again and again and again!

The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so we decided to go inside. The wait in line was very quick. Ordered just the chicken sandwich, no value meal. I was able to try the waffle fries, and probably should have listen to the little birdie in my ear, and ordered them, but it's ok. I had forgot, from the only one previous experience, how good Chick-fil-A is! Chicken is tender and juicy! Loved how they have the nice hot sauce and honey available in packets as well. Honey packets... those aren't cheap now a days! Kind of surprised to see pickles were on a normal sandwich, but I didn't mind. I wish they locations up in NYS! Ok, no more chain reviews, I promise!

Chick-fil-a food is Chick-fil-a food, regardless of where you go. The difference is service. Chick-fil-a, in general has excellent service. This location is a little below average for CFA, but that is still far above other fast food joints.

I second the other reviewer's comments and agree that the customer service here sucks pretty bad. You can stand there and wait, even when there is nobody else there. And it's usually not full because everyone else is at the Corridor Marketplace Chick-fil-A. The staff doesn't work as a team and the result is a staff that just doesn't get customer service at all.

This review is mainly for the drive-thru service. When I'm in Laurel, I usually stop by here about once a week to get a quick breakfast or drink. The service is always speedy. I have never had a problem getting what I ordered quickly, the only problems arise when the customers in front of you are slow. Sometimes they will forget sauces or something, but I have never had a problem if I specifically request the sauce when I am ordering. Altogether a pleasant experience, speedy service, and yummy food!

Absolutely love it! I thought Wendy's #6 spicy chicken meal was good but man, it has nothing on the #4 spicy deluxe from ChickfilA. The meat was bigger than the bun, very tender and well seasoned. The fries were on point :-). The service was amazing. I will be going back. Wendy's who again?

The service at this outlet...mm.. not good. I went to this outlet on a Saturday evening. No crowds and yet they took a long time to take orders. The lady didn't even bother asking what sauces i needed. I was surprised there was no servers attached to the tables (as I previously experienced at the other outlet at Corridor Mkt place). When I had to refill my drink, i had to wait in line with the people who were ordering their food as no one had offered to refill my drink. The outlet at Corridor Mkt place beats this one hands down on service.
