Ooo, ooo, Jerry's! There's plenty of this chain around and I love the food. When I moved out west, the first thing I missed as Jerry's Subs & Pizza. Tastiest steak and cheese short of driving up to Phillie. Now, as a chain, each Jerry's is hit and miss. I give this one a good rating because, despite the ghetto area, this place has always been good to me. Even through a whole rack of owners, I have rarely had a complaint here. There's even one guy working there that's continued to do so even when owners and managers change. Food is hot and good. Fries are usually good (occasionally you get some that could use some salt or warming up). I've rarely had a screw-up on the sub and, as long as you're eating in, they'll fix it. The current managers/owners are awesome and will bend over backwards for you if they're in. Although the enthusiasm from the employees is a little lacking, it's in keeping with the local attitude. As long as I get my food done right and it's hot and tasty? I'm stickin' with this Jerry's.

Tried it for the first time. The gentleman at the cash register, Kenny, was very courteous & helpful in explaining each entree and their side options. Ended up with the double trouble (monthly special) w onion rings & a huge 44oz soda. There is a lot of seating & even a tv.

When I walked in I felt a negative atmosphere, little did I know that it was only the beginning. I came up to the register, a man by the name of Kenny was doing everything and I mean everything, he was cashier, fryer, front line, took delivery orders, did pizza, and was even doing grill. Then there was what looks like a teenage boy getting his delivery gear ready, they had people waiting to have their orders taken at the register, and amidst all of that was what appeared to be the owner, an old Indian lady just watching everything unfold not bothering to help her employees. After a few minutes she disappears into her office. She showed no intent or interest in her own business or cared for the customers. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

How are these people still in business here? The guy behind the counter rang up my order on his register, which looks like it never gets cleaned, answered the phone, AND prepared food all while wearing the same set of gloves he never changed. Ewwww. Fries were cold. They gave me a bottled soda instead of a cup to fill my own (probably a good thing, in hindsight). The place was filthy.

Only one in the place. Several orders going out the door for delivery. The foot long sub was good, fair price, dated, hard to get into and out of for parking. Staff is friendly. Probably won't be going back.

$4.99 large pizza on Mondays. Every time I go it tastes different. This restaurant is newer, cleaner, better decor than the one in College Park.
