Really reminded of that California Classic restaurant - Rubio's Tacos. This fish taco joint is delicious. Bowls, burritos, tacos...spicy condiments! I had the seafood taco combo ... Grilled wahoo and grilled shrimp. Pinto beans and rice. Outstanding chain restaurant. Everything is made fresh. Everything!!!

Finally found a Baja Fresh - this one while on a road trip to DC. The location is clean, and well staffed. Sadly, the salsa bar was running low. In our party, we had four different burritos, and each was a welcome experience. Ingredients tasted fresh. Lots of stuff, other than rice. The steak in mine was flavorful and the pieces were tender and substantial - the more 'authentic' carne asada experiences I've had tend to produce relatively thin slices of tough meat ... that is, at other restaurant brands. Even as a chain, this location is great!

I don't come here too often, but sometimes I just need a Baja Fresh burrito. When I do go, the food is consistently good, and I love how you get complimentary chips and salsa. My favorite is the dark, almost black salsa. I wish that one was sold in stores -- so good! Dining in has been a better experience for me. The food doesn't always come extremely fast, but when it does it's good and hot. If you do order by phone, definitely check your order before leaving the store. Last time I ordered a steak burrito, and didn't realize I'd been given chicken until getting home. Wasn't exactly what I'd wanted, so it was a little disappointing but still good.

If you don't mind hearing staff calling out numbers throughout eating your meal, this restaurant is a decent spot for fresh fast food. Nice variety of salsa comes with a small basket of chips. The shrimp lime salad was good size. Avocado slices were a little mushy. Lettuce and lime dressing tasted fresh. Shrimp was a little dry. Overall, a good spot with easy parking for a filling meal under $10.

My biggest craving throughout my pregnancy was their Steak Torta Sandwich! I love the Wheaton staff, they are so nice and the food is always made to perfection! They even toast the bread a little which is super nice! You will have a nice experience coming into this Baja Fresh, always clean and offers amazing customer service! Keep it up!

This is your standard Baja Fresh with pretty good food. I usually get the Nacho Burrito. This particularly location is kind of hidden in a small shopping strip in the Wheaton Plaza parking lot next to a Quizno's.

The food is fresh and tasty. I make quite a number of changes to the regular menu items and they always get it correct!! The verde salsa is worth the price of admission. I wish I could get the recipe. The chips are good--just the right amount of salt on them. I'd be happy with just a meal of chips and verde salsa. The staff is always friendly.
