The only reason im giving this place two stars is because fries where hot even though it took over 30 mins just to get my food not to mention the staff there are just plan rude when you ask something they have the attitudes

I just do not like this Checkers! I have been going here for over 3 years and I can count on 1 hand...maybe 3 fingers how many times I've had good service, they didn't mess up my order, or they didn't make me wait for almost 20 min for wings...this is the usual practice of this place. Sad because it seems like the people who work here don't give a sh*T about the Checkers brand and just go here to come to work and make a quick dollar AND probably get free food. My last visit was the final straw; when I was told at the window "you can't add anything to your order at the window after you have placed it". I was a little stunned especially after I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed that there was all of....NO ONE BEHIND ME!! So why you can't add 1 CHEESEBURGER to my order is beyond me but what I do know is I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I will drive to the next closet location if I just have to have Checkers...hell even than I might just drive to Sonic!

Lordt! Where do I begin?! This Checkers smh..... Okay, to begin with, the interior where the customer comes in to order, is dirty. In the winter it's freezing inside and in the summer it's burning up. Which wouldn't be too bad if the wait time wasn't 15 minutes. I guess drive thru orders take precedence to the walk-ups. And the bulletproof glass...I get it...but to then turn around and tint the bulletproof glass..I don't. Then they also stuff tissue into the hole that I assume was for communication between the cashier and customer. So basically you can't see the person taking your order, which is weird and impersonal, it feels like I'm talking to a wall. Want to see your order being made? Fahgetaboutit! Oh yeah..and as for the food...(see pic).

why is the service SOOOOOOOOOO slow. Be prepared to sit in the drive thru for a while to get your food. The line is backed up tremendously and there are two drive thru. Their service times have to exceed the recommendations set by corporate. Some training needs to be had.

I thought the point of a fast food restaurant was to get you your food fast! The wings are amazing tho!
