Is it worth the frustration!? First of all, navigation took me to some random location! I just moved here, didn't know where I was going, but this Moe's is in the big, busy food court of the outlet mall. One thing to know is this place doesn't do Moe's Monday. A homewrecker burrito is $9.53!!!! That should be a crime. Anyway, there were 3 people in front of me and yet it took FOREVER. I was looking around to see how clean things were, it was ok, adequately clean. The rice looked awful, so I skipped that. The beans containers were caked with old bean juice- they obviously just refill the beans over and over. It took so long for me to get my order placed and prepared and to pay that the woman behind me walked off and wished me good luck. The staff are zombies, just physically there and mouth breathing their way through their shift. The food was good enough, I have had better at other Moe's. And they apparently do not take gift cards. Their system said my gift card was zero'ed out, which freaked me out because I knew it had money on it. Then a manager came out and said there was a sign posted that they don't take gift cards.....he wasn't sure where that sign was posted however. And that lady that was behind me, that gave up on ever getting her order.....she was watching me after she got food elsewhere and came over and paid for my order in cash. It was quite an experience. Welcome to Moe's!!

The food is good. It's pretty much the same at each location. This location is in the food court at a busy outlet mall. I wasn't expecting much. The person who took my order seemed completely checked out. I repeated my order several times, and watched as she carried on a conversation with a co-worker while cutting my food over and over and over and over. I kept asking for the sides, correcting her, correcting her again, all the while she was trying to talk to the other person beside her who seemed to just be visiting behind the counter. As I was getting rung up, I noticed she had forgotten the sides, even after all the discussion. I saw them on the counter. The one star was for the decent food. The other star was for the quick reply from the corporate office after I contacted them about this incident.

I seen Moe's on undercover boss so I thought Id try them out. Nothing special is needed to be said about the place or staff. I ordered a nacho combo. The jalapenos were overly pickled. The green salsa too watery and the spicy tomatoes weren't very good either. Spicy tomatoes seemed like they just threw seasoning on fresh tomatoes. I did like that they had fresh veggie toppings. They are a little stingy with the veg though. The nachos were ok. I don't see the hype about the queso dip. Moe's is just another fast food joint. Staff was very nonchalant about everything. Also, idk if it's just me but the Coca-Cola sure tasted generic... like Shasta Cola or some other off brand. Maybe I'll try another location and another meal item. The taco salad served before me looked pretty good.

This was my first time as a patron at Moe's, and I have to say I'm super underwhelmed. It could possibly be the most boring burrito I have ever had. The burrito had no flavor, fell apart before I even picked it up was just horrible. Second, the queso portion they give you when you upgrade to a meal is ridiculous. They give you a whole basket of chips, but enough queso for 3 chips. Speaking of the chips they were cold and scooped out of a container that was sitting on a trashcan. Finally, the customer service is very lackluster, or I should say nonexistent. With three people working the line they were more interested in talking to each other than the customers. First impression is everything and I will not be visiting any Moe's location anytime soon. If you have a choice pick the Chipotle only 2 minutes from this location.

Food was decent but the service was very slow and unorganized. This seems to be the case with most Moe's I've been to.

Usually this is my favorite place to eat for quick bite on the East Coast but not this location. They let me stand in line for awhile only to find out they were out of tofu at the DINNER hour afyer waiting. No sign to let you know and no offer whatsoever to make more. Is this seriously a Moe's? They should have their franchise rights removed for bringing the brand down.

Slow service, no hustle, unmotivated team who could care less. Go somewhere else. Food was below average. I hate when they take a place you like and the employees working there take away any pleasure from the experience. I cannot tolerate such incompetence. Therefor I won't be going back to this Moe's and it will probably be sometime before I visit another one. If this is the way that there company is being run then Chipotle will be eating there lunch.

Moe's was my first time to eat in North Carolina. Somehow, i saw it in the food court. I knew it was good food to eat as mexican food. I was asking a cashier for a cup of water. The cashier mentioned the water is from the tap. (oh man). No water for me, however, the burrito was still good enough for me to satified myself

Coming from ca, I could day it's not bad. My wife loves the nachos and I think they have options to rival chipotle. Definitely worth a try

Moe's Southwest Grill is good enough to grab a bite after a long day at the mall -- or not wanting to wait in line at Chipotle across the street.

This facility is the worst facility ever! I asked this woman if I can take a picture of her for yelp and she said "f no, you can get the f out the building that is illegal and I'll get security on you" all because I told her I write yelp reviews. I told her I'm a military government worker and I wouldn't do anything illegal she said "f you" I told her to get her manager and she ran off and hid while her manager came out. Her manager refunded my money and apologized but I am still appalled how she acted and how she didn't even come to apologize. I returned the food in fear the cashier spit in it. Don't get rung up by julissa!!!

Nothing positive about the experience at Moe's. Excruciatingly slow service provided by the most disinterested staff. Waited in line for a good 10 minutes-and only a handful of people in front of me. By the time I got my food (a simple pulled-pork taco) it was cold and soggy. As for the pork it was more or less flavorless and the various options (vegetables, cheese, etc) really aren't worth mentioning. The complimentary chips and salsa are theoretically a nice touch but in practice the chips are tasteless (completely void of salt) and the salsa tastes like its been sitting unrefrigerated for hours. Given theses circumstances I cannot recommend Moe's and would therefore not go back.

I love quesadillas, so upon passing Moe's in the Arundel Mills food court and seeing they have one, I had to try it. I went here a few times before my bad experience; the food is decent, nothing spectacular, but not a bad quesadilla. Today, the woman working there was just muggin' at me. Lady, smile, say hello, SOMETHING. Ugh. What a grouch. She also could not speak nor understand English too well. I asked three times "What is that in the MIDDLE?" and she proceeded to point and say the things on the other sides. Really frustrating. Please, if you're going to work in food service where you have to speak to people all day LEARN left, right, middle, etc. So, while I was still ordering my food, telling grouchy what I wanted on it, the cashier lady is almost shouting to me 10 feet away, "Is that all? Do you want a drink?" And I'm like WTF? Um, yeah, I want a meal... etc. Never experienced that one before, someone rushing you when you're not even done ordering?! She was a complete idiot too. I guess they were out of the red salsa? Because my free chips and salsa didn't include it. I got the green salsa though. She did not say goodbye or thanks or anything just handed me my bag and I left. The quesadilla was a big mess, they should re-evaluate their burritos and use ones that hold up better or fry them longer so they actually crisp. Oh, and also the chips were kinda stale, and tasteless. Free should not mean gross. Bleh. Really effing unbelievable. I am done with this place. Skip it and go to Chipotle for better service AND food. Here comes my complaint on your website too, Moe's.

Don't waste your time. Stale chips, dirty knives, cold food, mediocre customer service.

I love Moe's, but this one is terrible. I guess it's bad ownership or management. I was recently double charged, but they take forever so it was not worth my time to ask for a refund. Plus, I would have been late to work. Also, the woman who works the cash register and wears a hijab is super rude! She told me that I could not buy a 2oz queso and forced my to buy a huge 6oz cup. This is BS because I had previously bought the small size at the same Moe's and every other Moe's I have visited. Boooooo Arundel Mills Moe's. Your service and attitude are on notice.

I eat here once or twice a week as it is convenient to my office. Used to drive down to the location in Annapolis just for the JC and the sauces. The staff is always friendly.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
