I just had the Outlaw Ribeye cooked Medium... I planned on eating half and saving half for another day.... It was the Best Steak I Ever had !!!!!! I don't miss the Crazyhorse quite as much Now !!!!!! Cesesr Salad was Great and the Sweet potato ( I get with just a little regular Butter )was Perfect . Server was Great also ( we sat at one of the tall tables across from the Bar )

The appetizer was ok but not great--not worth the 11.50!! Just so so. But the steak we got was not good. 2 of us got the same cut of steak and they looked very different. I got med rare but it was more rare--I was ok with that but it was nothing but gristle and way too fatty to eat. Half was fat!! The other was ordered medium and it came well and was tough. The fries looked like plain frozen fries put in the oven. Nothing special for the price. Yet they called them seasoned fries. NOT. The loaded baked potato was good--that was about it. The service was good at least. But the food--not worth it. We will not be back. The prices are too high for not even close good food!

I'm a regular customer at my own hometown longhorn and I've had countless meals and drinks from the darden chain throughout many states, I have to say this was the worst service/ time spent, here at this location. We were shopping at the Hagerstown Outlets, right next to longhorn and we wanted a sit down meal instead of the fast food at the outlets so I called ahead ( it was lunchtime) and they were on a 10 min wait so we walked over to Longhorn. We Walked in and I gave them my name, waited around 15 min. We were sat and it took around another 10 min just for our server to greet us! Like I said we know the menu so when she finally did come, we were ready to order everything. We went with two burgers with fries, a coke and a coffee- that's it. Our very difficult drinks took another 10 minutes and as she brought those we asked to have the bread they always usually serve to every table, another 10 min( now 30 min for drinks and bread). Finally at the 50 min mark, not joking, our burgers came out. Ticket times for burgers, let alone anything on their menu should never take that long. overall we spent almost an hour and a half in this longhorn, you guessed it the bill took long to get too. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food was decent. The service has much to be desired.

I ordered a strip steak. It was 2nd time ordering it.. Although I asked for rare and it was medium rare..but still delicious. Waitress and manager both offered to fix steak but it was still good for me.. Nadine was a great server and the energy between employees is palpable. They flow very well. Noone tripping over each other and manager making rounds on the floor to ensure quality..

We met my in laws here for Mother's Day dinner last night and had a great experience. They don't take reservations but allow call ahead seating so we called an hour before and when we got there, we got a table immediately. We had Allison as a waitress and she was great! Despite how busy they were for the holiday, everything moved very smooth and the food was delicious. We will definitely return.

It was rather busy when we visited, but the service was ridiculously bad. We got wrong orders, had missing items, asked multiple times for said items and never got them, etc. Food was just okay, with the fried chicken tenders being awesome. It's kind of hard to mess up fried food, though. Definitely not the best experience here and I won't be back.

I have been to the Hagerstown Outlet Mall twice in my life and each time we chose to eat at LongHorn...yes, this is the ONLY restaurant at the Mall but trust me that this is also the best choice!! Today my food clan was emulating ladies lunching so despite noshing after hours of shoe shopping (I found shoes that make me feel like I am walking on a cloud!) and Christmas shopping, we stuck to the lunch menu even though we all could have tied on actual feed bags!! My baby sister (the ultimate yelper and recent conscientious food consumer) downloaded the LongHorn app on my phone to check calorie count on all the sandwich, salad and soup options. Boy was I surprised to find out the lobster and shrimp bisque had fewer calories than the french onion soup (barely) and the chicken and strawberry salad clocked in with over 1,000 calories. At 1:30p the joint was packed but there was not a wait for a table. We were greeted immediately by a friendly host, seated by a smiling hostess and welcomed by an enthusiastic server and warm wheat bread. Loved the great start! Barely a word was spoken as lunch was devoured! Mom was happy with her chimichurri sirloin on soft sliced bread and bisque. After baby sister finished her sliced prime rib on a baguette and bisque, she kept dipping her finger in the horseradish mixed with sour cream...it was a really good sauce! The cute sister was odd man out with her avocado and chicken on flatbread and baked potato soup. I heard the soup was yummy (how can you go wrong with potatoes, cheese and bacon??) but the avocado was a spread instead of thick slices and made the sandwich a messy eat. A minor disappointment...and even though I saw plenty of thick slices of chicken, it looked like a tiny sandwich (I recommend getting the whole sandwich to make a dent in a tummy!!) Personally, I was in heaven! Under a full layer of melted cheese was hiding a flavorful beef broth with caramelized onions. Of course the toast was mushy after absorbing all the soup but it did not stop me from digging in and burning my esophagus! The prime rib slices on my sandwich were juicy, perfectly cooked and nestled within grilled onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese. I had the most fun making different taste combinations with each bite...meat slathered with horseradish sauce; sandwich, sauce dipped in soup; sandwich in soup and then sauce....my taste buds were under attack!! *raised eyebrow* ....Really? Could a sandwich really be that good? You betcha'!! My mouth is watering right now thinking about it...I even remember the last bite where I picked up every last meaty, oniony morsel off my plate. I rarely use the term "Gastronomically Orgasmic".....but OMG this lunch combo was GO!! I have to find the receipt to get the servers name, but he was on point!!! Refilling drinks BEFORE we even asked and giving us a heads up that the kitchen was slammed with orders the same time ours went in and offering more bread....He was definitely a GREAT server!!! Thank you for paying attention to all the little details!!! Four lunch combos and 3 non-alcoholic drinks set us back $44 which includes tax. They also have a "Flavorful Under 500" menu for those counting calories. This is definitely a chain doing it right....

I was impressed with this location. I came here to shop at Premium Outlets. Longhorn usually has good food and service, so I am not surprised that I gave five stars. The Ribeye steak is the best thing on the menu. Flavorful and marinated well. My hubby had the Gourmet burger. Awesome as well! I recommend for any visitor. Great steakhouses are hard to come by. Morton's and Ruth Chris are overrated in my opinion. Longhorn has great menu options for lower costs. I will come to this location when I come to shop again.

Service: We arrived at a busy time and were told that we would have a 45 minute wait. We waited 70 minutes for a table. We had a party of 6, but instead of putting 2 tables together, they were seating smaller parties and we waited to be seated at one of the round booths. The table was too small for 6 people. Food: Decent, but 4 of the 6 steaks were somewhat tough. I certainly would not go back and wait 70 minutes for a mediocre steak. Should have gone to the Outback.

What a poorly run resteraunt. The food is typical Longhorn fare, no better or no worse, but the service here is terrible. Between rude servers complaining out loud about how much they hate their jobs, to a hostess completely overwhelmed and incapable of seating people in a timely fashion, the service here is a joke. If someone from the corporate office would happen to read this, perhaps you should look for some new management at this location and put the staff through some much needed training. A very poorly run location. Two stars is generous but at least the food seems okay if you can get past the incompetent staff.

So I came to this longhorn after a full day of traveling. I had to wait about 15 Min for a table but it was very busy . Our server was rebecca and she was Great!!! Super friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. . I had the full rack of ribs and they were on point . If you are traveling to or are in Hagerstown Maryland I recommend this restaurant

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but when you are on a long work trip this was the option picked. I was pleasantly surprised at the food and service. We did call a head seating as we had a party of 15 and once we arrived we were quickly seated at the long table they had waiting for us. We had two servers who took our drink and food orders quickly. The warm bread they bring out first was delicious although they did not bring us bread plates. With many options to choose from they brought all our orders out quickly and they were correct. I went with the 6 oz. filet with a Cesar salad to start and mashed potatoes as my side. Everything was delicious especially the mashed potatoes and reasonably priced.

I have never been to a Longhorn Steakhouse, so I decided to try it. I think it was the commercial with all the new steak options. We walked in and were seated quickly. Waitress was great. Our drinks and apps arrived quickly after we sat down. We ordered the chips with the artichoke dip and it was very good. Loved the side of bread. I ordered the 8 oz. Spicy Jalapeño Cheddar Sirloin. It was awesome. It is a steak topped with a spicy jalapeño-cheddar sauce, crispy fresh-cut jalapeños, sweet red peppers and onion straws. I will be back to try the other steak combinations.

This is our favorite restaurant. The waitresses are friendly, knowledgeable, and are right on with timing. The lobster is my favorite, tastes great and isn't rubbery. The atmosphere is relaxing, the wait time is short when you use the call ahead option, and the manager comes out to see how our meal was. I like how they change up their seasonal dish options. Their calamari was exceptional. Their steaks are always done to perfection. We love their specialty drinks. The last one we ordered came with extra in a separate container. We have never had a bad experience dining here.

So the bread, green beans and potato, leak au graten was yum. But this place is a steak house. Both our steaks were cold. Sent them back, still luke warm. We just ate them. Check came, no comp or even a gift card. Waiter was really busy, but just OK service.

We sat right away about 1pm on a Sat. We ordered salads. Couldn't go wrong there. The soups we ordered was broccoli asiago which was good and lobster soup. The soups were hot didn't care for the lobster. Tasted commercial nothing special. Had the prime rib sandwich with the creamy horseradish. I like reg horseradish better. Overall good experience. Waitress was efficient, fast and friendly. Didn't wait long for our food with the place very busy. Lucky I guess.

Greatest service ever! Called ahead for a part of 25. They held the tables for us and we walked right in and sat down without waiting. This was at 1 on a Saturday! I was very impressed!

I enjoy steak and good service. I also frequent LongHorn Steakhouses. The service at this location was very poor and the food was wrong when it was brought out. I had to flag down staff to get drink refills. While I still enjoy dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, I will NEVER go back to this location.

What a friendly establishment! Upon entry, the front greeter had a waitress walk us to a booth who provided menus. It really feels like a lower tier of Clydes. The ambiance has a low-light, by the fireplace feel with low chatter, which is really soothing for a cold day. Then, the jolliest waiter came to tell us his recommendations off the special menu and was real gungho about all the options. He is definitely no ordinary chain waiter. He was tending to many tables, but was very fast with getting us drinks and our orders in. Our salads came out first, which was not overdressed. The free warm wheat bread is really, really surprisingly good for a chain. Not too long later, our entrees came out piping hot. We got the 6oz under 500 calories steak with fresh vegetables. The cut of the meat is not the best steak you'll ever get, but it was cooked to medium rare as asked and had a lot of flavor to it. What impressed me were the vegetables...usually when you go to a chain, they come out dull in color, soggy. But these were crisp and bright in color. We also had the sweet potato bites, which were addictive. Think tater tots, but sweet potato form, basted in a caramel flavor. It was like kettle popcorn heaven. Only qualm was that the fries were pretty salty. Getting the check could not have been easier. There was never, ever a wait with our waiter; he was always nearby and quickly tending to his other parties. While this is no Ruths Chris, for a chain and for its prices this is a decent steakhouse to come to after a long day of shopping. Warm service that you usually don't expect from a chain.

Our waitress was the best! She made drink recommendations that were spot on, her attitude and demeanor were pleasant, and never an empty glass. We had the outlaw and ribeye, cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes were good, asparagus tasted yummy as well. It was a random stop on our trip home, and well worth the 20 minute wait.

This is our favorite go-to spot for steak in Hagerstown! The salads are always made with fresh ingredients, the steaks are juicy and flavorful, and the ambiance is perfect for anything from eating solo to dinner dates and celebrations. The menu has something for everyone. Try to avoid going between lunch and dinner hours as we have had poor service during this time. Sadly, the attentiveness of the servers has been hit or miss. We have had poor service and stellar service...just depends on when you go. We highly recommend the 7 Pepper Sirloin Salad...large enough to share with another person, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, chunks of blue cheese, steak slices...just amazing! Steaks have always, always been made correctly and are fantastic.

First visit was pleasant and my food was prepared well! I enjoyed my waiter who was knowledgeable about the menu items. He didn't get an attitude when I asked for special preparations for my food and was always available for questions. The place was busy and people who were eating seemed to be having fun. The place was very clean and I always look around because a lot of places have dust overhead overtop of the table and I have dust allergies! I really thought it was very nice to be thanked for coming and having the waiter day it was a pleasure to serve you! Great experience all around!

Pretty typical steakhouse, although when I come here I don't really get a steak. When I came here, we ordered just appetizers so that we have some food in us before we started shopping at the outlet stores next door. I remember the chips and artichoke dip was really tasty, maybe a little too flavorful. The mac and cheese had a little bit of crunchiness to it, which was a nice difference from the traditional mac and cheese dishes. I did have a Strawberry Margarita. It took quite awhile to arrive at our table, but it was quite good and refreshing.

Haven't been to a Longhorn in a very long time. We went for lunch today and were not disappointed. Friendly and efficient staff. Manager, Rhonda, introduced herself to us and every table as soon as meals were served....very nice touch. Would consider trying other Longhorn restaurants. Actually, the few times that we've been to a Longhorn, it's been a very good experience.

This place is usually pretty busy as its the only restaurant close to the Hagerstown Outlets. I love the Wild West shrimp appetizer and the Parmesan crusted chicken ... DELICIOUS! Try it sometime!

By far the worst steakhouse I've ever been to. The food, doesn't have much flavor. The staff, not the friendliest and not very attentive.

We have been there 3 times. 1st time I ordered a medium rare burger and it came well done so I sent it back, by the time I got the burger back medium rare, my wife had already eaten her steak which was good. I did complain and they gave us a free dessert. The 2nd time, all was good, we both had ribs that were excellent, great deserts and the Firecracker Chix Wraos are excellent. 3rd time for my son's graduation and all was good but we ordered desserts to go only to find out they were incorrect we called and the Mgr said they would send us a free coupon which we never received last time there was 6/7/13. So 2 out of 3 times we had issues but the overall food is good.

I have never ever ate a LongHorn Steakhouse but was seriously impressed with all aspects of my experience. The place was full with patrons. I was promptly seated. I ordered a porterhouse steak Medium with a salad and loaded baked potato. The Salad was sort of weak, I thought that the croutons were nasty and therewas not a lot of other stuff on the salad outside of lettuce. It needed more stuff that makes a salad a salad such as tomatoes, maybe some matchstick carrots, etc. The loaded baked potato was pretty good although I felt that it was slightly over baked the skin of the potato was extremely brittle, yes I know that in theory a baked potato is going to have brittle skin but this was like cardboard. But the thing that mattered was the steak and that was excellent! It was flavored perfectly and cooked to my request of medium. The steak was also a nice composition of meat versus fat and bone. The steak was very tender and because of this excellent job cooking this chunk of meatI will come back and try it again. Overall nice job.

This location has a much better feel than the Frederick location. The service has always been good and the food is good as well. It's what you expect from a steakhouse chain restaurant.

I wish we had one in Baltimore County area. What a great place (Stoney River does not hold a candle to it). Fast service, awesome food, fast refills. Desserts (I love the apple crisp). Steak and lobster tail-all under 22 bucks? Awesome. Superb warm bread at the table when you arrive. The best chain-restaurant steak we have ever had!

We went after a busy lunchtime, most of the staff looked overwhelmed and were short with us. My husband ordered the sirloin and shrimp. It was decent but his steak was overcooked and the shrimp were dry. The waitress was inattentive and we had to flag her down and ask for anything; bread, refills, etc. I ordered the sirloin, medium well. It came back barely medium. I sent it back, after waiting almost 10 minutes for the waitress to return, and waited another 10 minutes to get it back. When it came back it was well done, chewy, and really tough. I waited another five minutes to be able to flag the waitress down to report this to her. She rolled her eyes and said she would get the manager. The manager never showed but the waitress returned to ask if we wanted dessert or the bill. No offer to get a replacement meal, which I would have enjoyed but everyone else at my table was finished long ago and ready to leave. I asked her if the manager was coming and she said my meal had been taken off the bill. Well, that's nice, but I'm still hungry...skip this place and go to outback.
