I can say this was a big step up from my prior experience. Delivery was about 30 min, and food was hot and tasted great! Also the delivery person was very nice. I will deff order from here again

I just had to write about my little but great experience last night. I ordered delivery around 11:50pm, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were making my order fresh while trying to close up shop soon too, it took roughly 30-40 min before arriving at my doorstep. Hands down the best cheesesticks I ever had from any Papa Johns, or anywhere for that matter. Perfectly baked and had the most extravagant mouthwatering aromatic taste. Maybe I got a lucky batch but that cheesestick was no joke.

Customer service is dead. I get a lot of pizza from Papa John's. This location has staff (with the exception of the delivery drivers) that never fails to disappoint. Overcooked pizza is the norm. I never call about that. I tried calling tonight following the delivery of a thin crust, no sauce, overcooked pizza. I ordered an original crust, extra sauce pizza. Be prepared to wait on the phone when you call this particular Papa John's. Also, be ready to repeat your request numerous times as they transfer you to different people. The manager was not interested in helping me with my issue. His tone was dismissive and he rushed to get off the phone. My husband took one bite of the pizza and the rest went in the garbage. One good thing about Montgomery County is that there are plenty of restaurants to spend your money. I do want to note that the delivery drivers are always very nice.

If there is anyone in the world who loves pizza it would be me hands down. Beware of this paps johns. I have found hair in my pizza twice. Also, be careful when ordering because they will give you pizza that is not fresh. Perhaps, someone ordered the same thing but never picked it up and they end up giving it to you.

Rule of thumb: sign up for their papa rewards. They are always run specials so make sure you sign up so they can email you the specials. So this week they have a special you order a pizza over $10 next week you get a free pizza. I like that. I always order online because usually the specials are designed that way but if I do have to call in and speak with someone I get nice people. I never experience any issues or attitudes. I always do carryout because I can always get extra sauces at no extra charge. Pizzas are always on point and never skimp on toppings. Their sodas are outrageous. I love their chicken parm pizza. So delish. Although I do experience problems on their papa rewards site just dbl check ur order b4 paying. Because the store claims that they are not responsible for online orders. But overall, I can always strike a good deal here. ****I EDITED MY REVIEW: THEY GET 2 STARS FOR THEIR CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY REWARD PTS HAVING BEEN MISSING AND THEY REFUSE TO LOOK INTO IT...SO GUESS WHAT! IM STICK WITH LEDOS.... FU PAPAJOHNS.

Every time we order from this Location there is always a problem. Last time they took almost 2 hours to deliver our order and then when it came, the soda was wrong there was no ranch for our wings which we paid extra for to get extras. After calling the office to let them know about the issues he didn't really seem to care and offered free wings on my next order just to dismiss me and get me off the phone. I should have known that was a BS offer because fast foward to today i call to claim my wings with another order to which i was told that he couldn't help me out because they have 4 managers and he doesn't know if i was telling the truth yet he slipped up and said he sees it in the notes. After being put on hold several times he reluctantly said he would give me the wings with nothing but attitude. I asked for the his name since he is the "manager" he is questions me to why i need it and how he refused to give it to me . I was placed on hold yet again and when he came back i simply cancelled the order told him i'd be ordering from dominos and would be talking to the regional manager. He then hung up......DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. They have THE worst customer service and do not know how to treat their customers.

OK, I'm a fatty and we order from this Papa J's all the time. Which is odd, because we generally prefer Ledo's - which is right by our house...but alas, Ledo's doesn't deliver...and you finally now know the depths of just how lazy and fatty we are. Heh. Generally, the pies arrive fairly fast and still hot. The wings are...wings...but they are very generous with the buffalo sauce (which is what I prefer to dip my crusts in...yeah, I know, I'm gross). So why the 3 stars, you ask? Because their customer service on the phone is attrocious! Anytime we place an order via the phone and have to talk to someone, we get attitude, snottiness, and a clear unwillingness to provide any customer service. For example, one of the last times I called, I was trying to order enough pizza and wings for 5 people. While on hold, I heard some specials, but I didn't write down the cost of the 2 Large pizza special versus the 2 medium pizza special, so once the lady got back on the phone, I asked her to please repeat what the specials where. She promptly told me that they were listed when I was on hold. Um, I KNOW THAT. I just need to know what they were. Finally, she told me what the specials where, and I decided to do the 2 Large pizzas, and wanted to know if it would be enough to feed 5 people (well, 5 normal people...definitely not enough for 5 members of my family!), and I got an "I dunno". What what? Seriously? Anyways...we've taken to ordering our pizzas online, JUST so we don't have to speak to anyone over there. And it's turned out well. But it's also frustrating when you have 4 adults and 3 kids over...and you're trying to figure out just how many pizzas to order, and you can't ask the people who are selling you the pizzas what should be a good amount to order.

I normally wouldn't write a review for a chain delivery pizza place but I feel the need to share, hey that's why we are all here right? Right...? When it comes to late night cravings for pizza where I also just so happen to be too lazy to drive I feel that there are standard go to's, Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Papa Johns. No matter where you are there is one close by, it's usually open, and it delivers. When it comes to mentioned go-to;s I also feel that there is/should be a standard expectation/standards for the pizza. Basically I know what I am going to get. Sadly, this WAS not the case for my recent Papa Johns experience. In my opinion Papa Johns is the better of the three choices. So you can imagine my disappointment when it took over an hour and fifteen minutes to get my pizza and chicken bites and everything was ice cold. Don't get me wrong I am all about left over pizza but I would like to have the opportunity to eat it hot and fresh first. The chicken bites were cold and heating the up completely ruined them so they were tossed. The pizza we ate, cold, but ate it. Also, was disappointed that Papa John's no longer includes the garlic dipping sauce or jalapenos. For that I can't blame Germantown, surely some corporate BS. However, I can completely blame them for the cold food, super long delivery time, and the fact that it will now have to come down to one of there options: 1. Me driving 2. Domino's 3. Pizza Hut None of which seem that appealing....

Went here after getting a haircut next door on my lunch break and was told my pizza would be ready in about 7 minutes. I stood up after about 10 minutes or so and saw what I think was my pizza just then being topped and going into the oven which was then only ready after about 21 minutes-- 3 times as long, which made me late returning to work. While I was waiting for my pizza, a customer came in who had ordered 10 minutes prior over the phone. The guy who also forgot about my pizza could not seem to locate the customer's order until he finally found the order which i am pretty sure had not been started. Overall, they seem pretty poorly organized and managed. The pizza was pretty standard Papa John's-- good but nothing to write home about.

Do not order at this location! Pizza came late, when I opened the box there was no peppers or garlic sauce. The peppers and garlic sauce was the reason I like papa johns. I called and explained, the person I spoke with said they would send some out to us. A hour later no peppers or garlic sauce. I called back, they accused me of lying and said they were not spending any to us. I had to drive down there at 9:45pm to pick them up. Shame on them for the super poor customer service!

Their thin crust pizzas are really well made. The fact that you customize the amount of sauce, cheese etc makes it easier to get just the right pizza. my favorite is thin crust with extra sauce, light cheese, Italian sausage, mushroom, onion, tomato which has that light smoky flavor. Perfect.

I do not live in Germantown; but I was visiting a friend and I decided to order pizza for the kids. The pizza was delivered hot; but their was a topping missing. I called the manger and he was very accommodating and got a new pizza out to me within 20 minutes. Thanks
