While I'm glad that this Dunkin' Donuts is close to my home, its food could be better. The first time I came here, I ordered hot chocolate, only for it to arrive leaving the "hot" out of "hot chocolate", with its lukewarm temperature. It hardly resembled hot chocolate, as there was no taste of chocolate, nor was there a rich brown color. Instead, it was more like water with a few brown, tasteless granules dumped in. My second time around, I ordered maple donuts. They were stale and tasteless, and surprisingly, the maple donuts at a Dunkin' Donuts gas station were WAY fresher and more flavorful than the ones at an actual franchise location. Honestly, I wish this DD was a Krispy Kreme instead.

I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts five times. I'd really like for it to be a great experience. I keep hoping, as it's the closest one to my house. Several of the times I've met friends for coffee (they are hoping, too!) But I've been disappointed every time. I do not plan to return any time soon. There was the "I'll speak only to the man in your party" experience. That was...different. There was the "I'll stand and ignore you after asking for your order" experience. That was accompanied by a complete mix-up of the donuts ordered (one french cruller, one Boston cream, two chocolate frosted -- not complicated). This took two trips back to the counter. This visit was also the first time I ordered coffee here. Ha. Too difficult. The manager observed all of this and was not the least bit concerned or helpful to the clerk. More than once, the visit has been punctuated by "stale donuts and oddly flavored coffee" While you'd think the donuts/coffee would be fairly standard, you'd be wrong. When every single person in your party says the same, "this tastes odd" thing, you know something is wrong. The service is spotty at best. Sometimes it's glacially slow, as it was on my most recent visit. I was the only dine-in customer; there were two gentlemen waiting for their coffee ahead of me. Nothing fancy, just large brewed coffee, but it took 10 minutes. I timed it. The store has been clean twice out of the five visits. Save your time and money, go to the Dunkin in Damascus, Hyattstown, or Germantown near the Town Center & it will be a much more pleasant experience.

One Stale Donut left on National Donut Day? Really? This Dunkin Donuts is understaffed and I ordered a Cappuccino to get my free stale cake donut and it wasn't even full. I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for 40 years....this has to be the Worst of them All......I will be driving further to the Hyattstown Store.

I love DD, I really do. I grew up on DD but I feel the need to call out this location even tho it is in my neighborhood and close enough I can walk there. I find the cleanliness to be appalling. The cashiers keep gloves on, handle money and CC and don't change them when they go to handle food. Rarely do I ever see anyone wash their hands. I am reluctant to get coffee there and will definitely NOT get food.

No free wifi despite advertising that right at the entrance. When you ask a question, they simply walk away. Waited at least 5 minutes before order was taken. 2 people on duty, only 1 customer ahead of me. Made eye contact and then just walked away from me. The worst DD by far. Do not come here. One star bc otherwise yelp won't let me leave a comment

Of course everyone loves Dunkin Donuts...however, the cleanliness of the tables, floor and glass door/windows and everything else needs to be worked on! I love the convenience in the neighborhood, but please, let's keep it clean!
