Went there the other night food was good and the service was great. The drinks were okay, nothing special. The little cheddar cheese balls were okay and fresh. The salad bar was clean and fresh and good! This location is so much better then the Germantown! Our service answered all our questions and management was good.

Really good options if you want a salad bar. Lots of regular veggies like mixed greens, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, shredded cheese, cubed ham, potato salad, pasta salad, raisins, croutons, sunflower seed and dressings galore. You can always add a salad to every meal option. The thing that really impressed me are the new veggie options on the menu. Thanks for stepping it up a notch. Grilled zucchinni, roasted spaghetti squash, green beans, broccoli and asparagus. Order each for $2.50 a piece or a trio with a salad. Happy Hour starts at 4pm. Cocktails are $5 all day long. And if you don't drink alcohol, there are fresh squeezed lemonades and fruit teas. Sangrias and frozen margaritas starting at $6. If you have room after your burger or your lobster mac and cheese, try the white chocolate, cherry cheesecake. Trust me, you will thank me. ;)

Went in with a friend and his son, the host placed us in a booth that had wet paint on the table. They had placed tape over the wet paint, but did not cover it completely. The 4 of us had black paint on our hands, two of us had it on our clothes. When we made comment to the host he said, "Oh they didn't cover it completely?" Didn't offer to move us to a different table, not even a I'm sorry. The last few times I've been there the wait staff seems lacking. Had to ask for drinks to be refilled, not once but twice. I would rather drive to Rockville than go to this location, which I can walk to. :/

Never been to a Ruby Tuesday before. The food was surprisingly good...think Friday's prices with decent food. I definitely would pick a Ruby Tuesday over some other chain if I was ever in the position. (This was the settlement of my parents and I negotiating where to eat.) Food: gumbo-very good-interested if this due to being in Maryland and having decent seafood or just in general. Had their sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Very, very good considering the price and restaurant. Mashed potatoes were addicting, broccoli was meh but I love broccoli. Broccoli cheese soup-decent. Service: I am not sure if it just a Maryland thing or we had bad luck but we did not have very good service just about everywhere we went, and this was no exception. We ate here twice. The first time the waiter kept forgetting things but he checked at the table often and would remember then so it worked out. Second time, the waiter straight up forgot one of our entrees and did not check at table enough (maybe once?) for us to even fix it or get drink refills.

I am here right now for the first time at Ruby Tuesday's ever. My server doesn't seem to know how to anticipate the guests needs. He also doesn't seem to know the menu. I asked for help with the menu and was kindof brushed off. I think his name was Ernie. I have no problem with the lack of English, whatsoever. He just doesn't know the menu. He has a nice personality but gives the vibe that something else could be done instead of taking care of me, the guest. I'm still going to tip 20% bc the smokehouse burger seems like a good option. I'm tempted to walkout and not eat... I don't mean to sound like a jerk. I guess I just expect a standard of service that cant always be met. I'm just going to leave actually. My table isn't very clean and my server isn't attentive and it's just not the best experience I've had.

Don't waste your time or money going here. The food was terrible, as well as the service. I got dirty silverware 4/5 times that I requested fresh ones. The food was undercooked badly. This place deserves a half star and that's only because the waitress was sweet and did everything in her power to salvage the experience.

Great low carb menu for a chain.

I know it's only a mall restaurant, but to have gotten stuck with a server who, literally, almost got his name wrong, other servers cursing and complaining in earshot and just general terrible service, I would have been better off in the food court.

This place is trash I went there earlier in the day to place an order and let's just say they need to learn the true definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE! What ever happened to tending to the customer? If I could leave no stars I would do just that. I'm a former server so I know proper training comes from management. I was just offended and disappointed. Next time I'll cook at home rather than waste my money on terrible service... Get it together people!

My Dad really likes the salad bar here so I agreed to eat lunch with him here. I went with the grilled chicken salad instead of the unlimited salad bar. I checked out the salad bar and it was pretty nice for $7.99. I didn't see any protein on the salad bar and that's why I went with a salad off the main menu. The salad was plentiful but noticed there were one or two brown pieces of lettuce in the salad mix which was a bit disappointing. Also the chicken wasn't very warm as I had hoped it would be fresh off the grill. The hostess was very friendly and got us seated right away. Our server was nice and came around frequently to pick up extra plates and do refills.

I went for Happy Hour yesterday. I was trying to use 1 of my 2 $15 Holiday Bonus Offers from $100 of Ruby Tuesday gift card purchases. The offer says 'You've earned this valuable reward. Enjoy! ... Not valid with Steak and Lobster limited time offers, daily specials, other coupon or holiday offers, for alcoholic beverages, or in conjunction with our GiveBack program.' The Manager insisted that Happy Hour specials are 'daily specials' and refused to honor the offer (which I had to earn) until after a long and heated discussion. Happy Hour's from 4 to 6 pm and 9 pm to close - more like 'hourly' specials. Happy HOUR, by definition, cannot be DAILY specials. He also said he would not honor the offer for Happy Hour in the future. Ruby Tuesday needs to honor their own offers...

I go to this restaurant a lot and I am almost all the time satisfied. Everyone is very pleasant and always making sure we are doing good. Also, the salad bar is always fresh and fully stocked.

This is one restaurant were I don't feel bad ordering a burger. The triple prime cheddar burger is one of my favorite burgers anywhere. The mashed potatoes are also very creamy.

I've been to this restaurant twice, After the first visit i figured "anyone can have a bad night, give them another chance", unfortunately it would seem that the first visit was actually one of the good nights because the second was worse. The servers were nice enough, but food was Slooow to arrive both visits, ordered different steaks, one stringier than the other, with large amounts of gristle. veggies were actually ok, on the first visit i had ordered the tiramisu desert only to have it delivered to me frozen solid, i did not make the same mistake the next visit and ordered the ultimate chocolate cake they were supposedly featuring, placards on all the tables raving about it. waiter came back and said they had run out, this was at 7 pm on a friday night, you've run out of a featured item.??? i was craving sugar so i told the waiter that I would like the tiramisu but to make sure that it was not frozen like the last visit (i had told my server about this on the first visit) he said he would make sure. He quickly delivered and the scurried away.... yep, frozen solid. went to the survey site for the chain, described my displeasure, multiple days later was sent a coupon for buy 1 get one half price entrees. severalthings about this, 1. i am a single person, so this helps not a whit. ........2. this coupon is frequently sent out as a promotion anyway. The only way I can see this place staying open is that the mall provides them with fresh customers to disappoint daily.

Went to this location after arriving from my Houston flight. I was excited for the salad bar and a juicy Prime Cheddar Bacon burger especially since Houston does not have a Ruby Tuesdays. The two side items I chose were French fries and balsamic tomatoes. I will say that my food was delicious and the portions were acceptable. My wife ordered a steak and a baked potato along with the salad bar and was pleased. The meal took a bit long for what was ordered and there not being a crowd on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Our survey was very attentive if maybe a bit too much...certainly better than the other way around though. I would definitely go back though...very satisfying experience.

Service was good, yet fish tacos were very fishy, the BBQ ribs were over cooked and dry, almost like they were cooked days before and reheated. Two stars for the good service, not their fault the food is bad.

Food was ok, but portions less than other Ruby Tuesdays. Service was not good. Waiter NEVER checked with me once to see if I needed anything. Had to ask for biscuits and it seemed like it was an effort for him to get them for me. Finally got his attention to get a refill of my water and when I paid the bill and left tip on table, he was in a big hurry to clear the table and did not even asked if I was finished. So I did not even finish drinking my refill. Seems like he could not wait to get his tip (which he did not deserve) and in a big hurry to rush me out. Never again!

Most average meal ever at a RT. Filet was over cooked but certainly not medium as requested. Salad bar had many fewer choices than other RTs however each item was fresh and well stocked. Service was fine; nothing spectacular. Restrooms were a mess.

When I was working at Lakeforest Mall I used to order out for dinner here all the time. The food is consistent, so you always know what you're getting. If you get your meal to go you really can't take advantage of the "all you can eat" salad bar, but it's not a bad deal. I don't care for eating there that much. I find all Ruby Tuesdays have a cheap and almost depressing feel. The atmosphere is not at all appealing to me, but in the last year they have tried to make it more classy. It's getting better. I went there more recently with a large group of friends. We got a seat right away. I don't believe I ever have to wait more than 10 min. When we sat down we ordered appetizers and drinks. We planned to be there for a while, but made sure to keep ordering more drinks and food as we chatted so we weren't just hogging a table. There was empty tables and no one waiting to be seated, so I didn't feel so bad. Besides, we were running up quite a tab. After two hours, our waiter came to our table and said he was leaving for the night and asked us to close out with him - which was no problem, at all. He said he was rushing home to read his daughter a bedtime story and tuck her in. He went on about how he was raising her alone and the mother walked out on them. It was certainly a lot of personal information for one night, but we left him a big tip for not rushing us out and stayed to keep drinking and chat. After an hour we realized the waiter was still working. He had only told us he was leaving so we'd leave sooner. The place was empty, no one was waiting, so I don't understand why he wanted to rush us out. Despite taking more tables, he never came back over to take any more orders from us. Consider we were not trouble customers I was a little put off by the situation, but we decided to move on and continue the night elsewhere. All in all, what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Consistently decent food, somewhat comfortable atmosphere, decent service and a pretty affordable.

I've been coming to this Ruby Tuesday since I moved to Gaithersburg with my parents almost 20 years ago. Well, it feels like it has been there that long. Luckily for them (and us) they have updated the decor a couple years back. It seems every time I go in here they have updated the menu, which I appreciate, but since it is a chain I wonder if it is because of financial issues (like a last-ditch effort to "re-brand" to save the chain). Anyway, my mom always wants to come here because she likes the salad bar and the petite sirloin. The salad bar is pretty standard, but for some reason I love the creamy corkscrew pasta with ham and peas. It's like pasta salad for kids, but whatever. I like the Louisiana shrimp, which are breaded and kind of spicy, and come with a spicy cajun dip. Everything is pretty much OK. You won't kill yourself if you have to eat here. That's obviously not a glowing recommendation, but it is what it is. The Chocolate Tall Cake is a fun dessert to split with a group--gigantic glass bowl filled with brownie/cake, ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream...mmm. Oh, and I tried the house-made biscuits last time I was here. I had absolutely no hopes for a biscuit made at Ruby Tuesday, but they were great. Since they publish all of the calories in the menu, I limited myself to 1 of them, but I could have eaten a handful of them.

I have been to Ruby Tuesday at Lakeforest multiple times and can honestly say that the food is excellent as well as the service. My waiter Fransisco Robles was great! and the chef J.J. who I was told has been there for 26 years (explains why the meals have been consistently wonderful) cooked a great meal. I would recommend something but everything I have had has been exceptional! The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is it seems when I have ordered "carry out" items they were not up to parr. I would recommend eating your meal inside.

Remember when Ruby's had buy one draft beer get another one for a penny? Ah, this Ruby Tuesday used to be my watering hole. Now I stop by every once in a while for the salad bar and the cheap steaks and seafood they offer. I ordered the Top Sirloin (comes with mashed potatoes and broccoli) and added the salad bar. I love their mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly. The bartender (Dieter) was not particularly attentive to me. He was joking and schmoozing with what I assume is now the regular Ruby Tuesdays bar crowd. He didn't charge me for the salad bar though. Average service and cheap food. Sounds like Ruby Tuesdays.
