In the 7 or so years that I've been eating (/been in love with) Chipotle, I have never had a burrito bowl so small as the one I had here today. The server literally gave me 5 pieces of lettuce, and when I asked for more, gave me 3 more. And even though I added almost everything, the ingredients still did not cover the length of the bowl. I'll be traveling the extra 10 minutes to the comparatively very generous Shady Grove Chipotle now - if not just go across the street to Taco Bar.

All I can say is that the customer service here is great, let's hope it stays this way. They also don't skimp on food like almost every other location. Food is still average compared to qdoba and I think it's absurd they still charge for guac. None of their competitors do.

Not friendly to customers with gluten allergies. When I ordered corn tacos, I told the staff member at the counter that I had a gluten allergy. I asked her to change her gloves. After she did, she then touched the wheat tortillas to reach the corn tortillas, then placed the corn tortillas on the press that had just held wheat tortillas. I talked to the manager, who informed me that the presses are "wiped down every hour." I had missed that event at the time of my visit. Chipotle's website claims their corn tortillas are gluten-free, but for people with serious allergies, they are not an option, at least not at this location.

So I'm recently a fan of Chipotle! I'm in love with a bowl, so when we found out they were putting a location close to work, I had to check it out!! This location has been open about 2 weeks, so it still has that new store smell! Upon entry, it was empty during lunch hours! I ordered my bowl in less than 3 minutes! The service was good and the staff was awesome!! Absolutely no complaints! My bowl hit the spot! I will say that the design of the location may present a problem on a crowded day! The beginning of the line is all the way to the right next to a wall!! That could present a problem when this location gets busier!!

The restaurant has been busy ever since it opened. I've ordered online twice, thinking it'll be faster, but it's not. The cashier has trouble checking me out when there is a steady stream of customers coming in from the order line. The food is pretty good, the restaurant has plenty of seating. So far, they do not offer the Rio Neighborhood Discount for employees who work in the area. Bummer.

Decided to stop by here whilst waiting for a movie to start. Service was super slow and the food was not up to par. To their defense, they were understaffed.

I never experienced such awful chipotle in my life as I did on Tuesday May 12 it literally tasted as if alcohol was in the guacamole it was the nastiest sour and unexplainable. Taste I couldn't even swallow my food down without wanting too gag I gave this location many tries but after that I will never ever come back I rather drive further to fallsgrove plain Nasty waste of my lunch money I would like a refund

I've actually worked at a chipotle before so I know the drill. And this place is a complete mess and the food is pretty bland, they also let the cilantro in the rice brown which is a no no for chipotle. But hey I was hungry so I overlooked it. But when it came time to pay they guy who was working the register rudely snatched my credit card to the point were it fell onto the floor. Please don't snatch the card out of my hand or anyone's hand. It's not like the line was long because there was only one person behind me so what rush were you in sir? There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom. So honestly even if you don't love your job please remember you're still getting paid so if you can't be nice at least take care of the appearance of the place! I didn't adore my job there but I sure did hustle and get what needed to be done DONE!

Chipotle Chipotle Chipotle... its a love/hate relationship. I love coming in and eating Chipotle. I hate ordering Chipotle remotely (Fax.Phone.Online)... No one ever gets it right. Why is that? 2 out of those 3 are on paper... Can't be any clearer than printed on a piece of paper. I just don't get it.. I get my food and it's always missing something. Chipotle isn't Chipotle if all the ingredients you chose aren't in the bowl. It just isnt. ...another meal ruined and $10 wasted. Yes, $10... for one bowl w guac... Enough said.

are you serious? I came into this SHITpotle last week and after 20 mins (no exxageration) behind 3 mexicans ordering who couldn't speak english (wait, really? They have never had a burrito and no one at SHITpotle speaks spanish?) I got my burrito and I regretted it all afternoon as my stomach turned on turned on food not genetically engineered? Engineer that shit and make it more edible. So I went back today absolutely knowing I needed more punishment and maybe hoping for montezumas revenge and oh how I got it. 1) The burrito roller couldn't roll burritos 2) I was in line for a half hour sweating like a hooker in the tjiuana sun because the entire room was filled with smoke. What happened SHITpotle's? Why oh why have you become a bastion of mediocreness? I guess if I want a decent burrito I'll have to go to Guapos and have some real mexican roll my shit, just like a do my weed.

All the employees put so little toppings I had to ask for more and they caught an attitude they were out of white rice and said I had to wait 20 minutes so I settled for the brown rice it was nasty and hard

Excellent location to cater to the weekday office crowd in the nearby office buildings, as well as the movie theater crowd on evenings and weekends. Located less than a block from the AMC Theaters. Interior is much smaller than the typical Chipotle you have been to, only rated for 66 occupants. No alcohol at this location (yet), but I have yet to see more than a few individuals order alcohol with their meal in the many years I have frequented various Chipotles.

New place with friendly and fantastic service. Since this place opened just a couple of days earlier it is extremely clean, but the staff members provide great service, especially the manager. It is great to have a Chipotle in the Rio!!!

I like this place, it gives me the options to chose what I put in my plate. Fresh food and the dressings are exceptionally good.

Ok, this is going to sound a bit odd, but this is one of the best Chipotles I have ever eaten at. In fact, it's the only one we will eat at in the area not sure what they are doing that is so right, but everything is always fresh, and well balanced, and the service very good. Highly recommended.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
