I have a very large family and they always accommodate to us! Waits are sometimes long but I understand due to it being one of the favorite restaurants in our area. Sam B. is one of our regular waiters and he's great. Chicken critters always come out still hot and fresh great selection of salads if meat isn't your thing.

Well, its kind of "OK", I guess. Was with a large group, so I really cant complain too much about our waitress, with the following exceptions: 1) when asked what kind of ribs were on the menu, her only response was that they were pork, they have bbq sauce on them, and that they fall off the bone. She/ they did not know what type of ribs they were 2) when asked if the deep fried pickles were dill pickles, or sweet- she did not know the answer and had to ask a fellow waitress for back up on this one as well A waitress that has been working there for 3 years should know that menu inside and out by now, dont ya think?.. Service was very good though. The deep fried pickles, and the appetizers were delicious. The ribs were dry/ yes they sure did fall off the bone, but we can't figure out how they pulled that off. The steaks were OK, but nothing to write home about. Avoid the peanuts in the waiting area, they are extremely stale. The ones on the table were fine. The. Biggest turnoff was the ANTS!!!! We were seated next to a window, and had a pretty good invasion of small and annoying little creatures. Was definitely a turn off. All in all, its an OK place if you are looking for something a step above Sonic, or McDonalds - Just sayin

I go here consistently. Never a bad experience. Good service. Food has been solid and I've eaten numerous items on the menu. You get a good value for some of the items compared to other places. Rolls are very good. Not a bad find for Fruitland.

Loud and fun atmosphere. Often can't hear the music playing on the sound system. Usually very crowded, so be prepared for a wait sometimes. Steaks are consistently good and at an excellent price. The ribs are excellent! Sweet potatoes are great! Everyone loves the rolls with the cinnamon butter. The side salads are fair, with evidence of some of the lettuce being thawed from a partially-frozen state (unintentional, I'm sure). No "light" dressing for the salads. The non-steak and -rib entrees are fair at best, but I have been warned not to get something other than steak at a steak place! Service is always pretty good -- nice smiles from the servers. The servers will get together and line dance on occasion, but they seem more embarrassed about doing it than anything. Speaking of which, they single out the birthday patrons and shout out a "yeehaw" salute. That sort of thing always makes the patrons and the servers uncomfortable, if you ask me. Always a good place for a steak, sweet potato and beer!

Went for my Birthday. Ordered my usual: Fried Pickle Chips appetizer and the Fried Catch. Was good as always.

Nothing fancy but always a consistent meal at a decent price. Service was very good at this location.

I have been to this place several times, primarily for business, it is right across the street from the hotel. In a nutshell I am officially finished with it! The food was consistently middle of the road, especially consisdering the price of some to "better" cuts of meat. Here is my real issue regarding the management and the staff; I as was walking in, the hostess staff did not make eye contact, and as I walked by to head for the bar...they made a rude and comment about me. I then confornted them about what they said...and they just giggled. Not apology, no explanation. I went immediately to the bar, asked for a manager...he came over, and had no real response or resolution to the rude comment. He did not even offer to speak with the hostess staff. Embarrasing for both parties to say the least. I am still blown away by the lack of care--i wasn't looking for a free anything, just a little bit of empathy.

I'm usually pretty generous with my reviews but my experience at this particular establishment was pretty bad. First let me say I LOVE Texas roadhouse. When I lived in Delaware it was my favorite place to go to eat and I always enjoyed my experience. During this visit we walked in and told them how many were in our party and a pager was just thrust into our hands. No predicted wait time or conversation. Not too much of a biggie, we simply asked how long the wait was. After about 30 minutes we got our page and the hostess pretty much acted like we weren't there, didn't ask if we wanted to pick out our steaks and just left us sitting at a table without saying as much as 3 sentences to us. My fiance and I both ordered steak medium and both steaks came out overcooked, mine was probably cooked well. I told the server and she sent it back and got a new one cooked for me but by the time it came out I was full off of mashed potatoes and bread so I just asked them to put it in a box for me. The only reason this review got 2 stars is because our waitress was very pleasant and the manager my fiance talked to was very accommodating. She took my meal off the bill and was genuinely concerned about my poor experience. Most likely will not be returning, next time I will be taking my business to Longhorn.

I ordered my steak (light pink center) according to the menu. It first came out raw, and after sending it back, they flat ironed it and turned it into leather

We order appetizers and a cold Budwiezer. The appetizers were alright...(combination appetizer) our beers we had to wait forever for. Why? Because the bartender was talking. His excuse not good enough for me when you have a spicy rattle snake ball in your mouth. GET MY DAMN BUDWEISER!!!!!!

I am pretty sure it's not just me but I don't like my meat over cooked let alone charred to dead. I order medium and it was more like well done also got the chili as my side chunky and spicy. I avoid at all cost only good thing is the rolls and cinnamon butter.
